Resort Style 2br/2ba Condo on Seven Mile Beach

Verity’s place is amazing, she was very responsive and made it easy to understand everything.

We had an amazing stay at this Grand Cayman villa. We loved the beautiful pool with the swim‑up bar and the peaceful private beach area… both made our trip feel extra relaxing. The villa was comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Verity was wonderful and responded quickly to every question, making our stay smooth and stress‑free. We’d absolutely stay again.

Verity was absolutely incredible! She was so helpful in making sure we were set up when we arrived, even picked up our grocery order in advance and had everything in the condo when we arrived! Top notch service and the condo had all of the beach goodies, games and activities and fun needed for a memorable vacation! 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come back!

The best air bnb I have ever stayed in!! She had every little thing you could possibly need and more! I loved all the little touches like games and pool floats for my kids. The beach was perfect, I never had to worry about my little one in the water. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place to spend a week, amazing views!

Lovely space that was clean & smelled nice and fresh (not like some tropical hotel rooms that smell a little musty/mildewy). Cute welcome basket with snacks & ground coffee and a written note. Helpful binder full of tips, recommendations, pamphlets. Clear instructions for how to use the TV & access WiFi. Kitchen stocked with all the basics we might need. Nice little games cupboard with books, board games, card games, paper/markers for coloring. Lots of pool floaties/sand toys for the kids.

I mentioned I was visiting with my children & 1 bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with kids toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) & bath toys. More than enough linens were provided. I appreciated the collapsible drying rack provided as well. The kids loved the little private beach cove. They also loved the pool with its little swim around section under the bridge. There was always lounge chairs available. Overall, an excellent stay and we would love to return again next time we visit the island

My family (husband, 2 children; ages 7 and 10) just stayed at Verity’s condo at Sunset Cove in April. Verity was very responsive on the front end helping with check in and answered all our questions. We were fortunate to be able to check in early and she even left Easter coloring books for the kids. She had everything you could think of. A few of our friends had 3 other condos and we all said ours was the most thought of in terms of things we need. She truly thought of everything down to the sound machine in the kids bedroom, the baby lotion and shampoo, all the beach toys/snorkeling, the list goes on. Highly recommend Verity’s condo!! We had a wonderful stay, thank you for making our first time in Grand Cayman perfect! The location is also wonderful, walking distance to anything you need. The resort is so cute and wasn’t jam packed with people making it nice to stay at. We certainly will be back!

Verity was an absolute gem to work with. Everything was just as expected and pictured. Took us a couple days to figure out the hot water in kitchen and guest bathroom haha. It’s opposite of what we thought. She has all the beach equipment which was a major bonus and we weren’t restricted to having to wash all bedding and make beds, another HUGE bonus! 5/5 stars from us!

This property and complex was even better than we expected! Verity was amazing and the only disappointment was that we could not stay extra days. We will back!!

Everything was great at Verity's place at Sunset Cove. She had snacks and Champagne waiting for us to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The central location of the condo was close to restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The bus stop is very close and it was easy to navigate the bus system. Beach was steps away and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use. Next time we visit the Grand Caymans we will definitely stay there again.

Verity was a great host! She reminded us that grocery stores are closed on Sundays and offered to pick up our order on Saturday so that we would have it at the condo upon arrival. Beds are comfy! Beach is spectacular! Verify provides a nice basket of snacks and coffee. She has everything you need, more than the usual kitchen items - pool floats for kids and adults, snorkeling equipment, cooler, can huggies, nice beach chairs to take to other beaches. If you wonder if she has it inquire since she probably does.

Wonderful place just steps away from the beach. All you need for perfect vacation.Verity is very thoughtful and left a lot of goodies for us! There is a lot of restaurants walking distance. Beach is clean and the gardens are beautiful. Definitely would recommend! Can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay at Verity’s condo. It was quiet and clean… the perfect place for our family of 4. The beach is beautiful, and we loved having the protected cove. We booked all of our excursions by Verity’s recommendations, and all were wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed in. The host has thought of every possible thing you may need. The condo had all the essentials and more. You can’t beat the location with the cove and restaurants within walking distance. The area was quiet despite the busy holiday week. It was so incredibly clean! I don’t think we’ve ever stayed somewhere with this many amenities in the unit or somewhere as clean. Verity was fantastic and so quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo and its location worked well for us. Lots of room, and, being only 2 people, bedroom 2 came in handy as a dressing area. We didn’t use the beach although I did walk out to take a look … in any case it looked appealing and seemed to be well kept. Verity is a very responsive and accommodating host which certainly contributed to making our stay very pleasant.

Great stay

Absolutely amazing place! Super clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the condo includes beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling gear. Verity is incredibly responsive, she replies almost immediately if you have any questions. The beach (with chairs and umbrellas) is wonderful and kid-friendly. The breakwater makes swimming safe and easy, while still providing access to the open ocean.

We had a wonderful time on Seven Mile Beach! This condo was the best well-stocked beach condo I have ever seen! We loved snorkeling at the cove, swimming in the pool and grabbing drinks at the Lazy Lizard. We would love to come back.

The condo at sunset cove was comfortable and clean. There was a lot of beach/snorkeling equipment available making it easy to explore the island.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The host was always responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a nice neighborhood feel. We especially loved having the pool for the kids to enjoy, and the variety of board games kept them happily entertained during downtime. It was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We’d love to come back and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway!

Great condo in a great location!

The place was amazing. It is really close to the beach and pool/bar area. We brought our 3 kids and our baby. They had so much stuff for the kids from toys, games, and everything you would need for the beach. They had great recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants, and activities. The place was extremely clean. Verity is a great communicator and was very responsive with our travel hiccups. They have thought of everything. We got a car, but it’s not needed with all the amenities, restaurants, and shopping at your fingertips. Finally, our biggest concern was how busy the beach would be while we were there. We had no issues getting chairs and umbrellas and felt like we had a beautiful, private beach at times. I 100% recommend this place!

We loved Verity’s place! It is a beautiful accommodation that was great for our family. Her condo is elegant and super clean. The gorgeous, tropical foliage by our quiet patio was a treasure to see even from inside. We loved swimming in the cove, enjoying the beach, and also the pool with a swim up bar, plus hot tub. There are many great restaurants in short walking distance, too. Verity was always quick in responding to any of our queries. Verity has made this a fabulous place for guests and we would be very happy to return someday.

The condo was perfect for my family. Every time we went to beach or pool there were chairs available and very few guests just staked out a chair all day long. Great suggestions given by Verity for restaurants. It was a super spring break vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well-stocked, but not cluttered. We appreciated and sand toys and scuba equipment provided. It was a very comfortable stay for our family. We love that Sunset Cove has the pool bar and grill. That makes it very easy. We loved the beach area with ample space for everyone. Try walking to Coconut Joes for a friendly and tasty meal as well!

This was our second stay at this condo. We like the greenery and privacy of the back patio and proximity to the beach and pool. Very walkable location to many good restaurants. Happy with what this condo has to offer. Knowing what to expect was nice. Will come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were nice. The large pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and the bar food was perfect for a quick meal. Plus, being just steps from the beach made everything so convenient. I would definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous 2 week vacation staying at Verity’s condo! The location was great with a beautiful beach and pool only a one minute walk away. We could not see the ocean from the condo but we enjoyed eating our breakfast and lunch on the patio which was private with beautiful trees and plants. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car and always had a place to park. The weather was perfect with a low of 77 and a high of 82 with sun every day. As an added bonus, Verity offered us a free house cleaning and refresh of our towels and linens after our first week. Verity was easy to contact and very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend verity’s condo and Sunset Cove.

Like the other reviews say, this place was fantastic. So close to the beach, very well stocked- super comfortable. Can’t recommend more highly!

We enjoyed Cayman Islands very much. Verity’s place is exactly how you see it in the photos. She had extra items in the kitchen, bathrooms, and yummy snacks for us. The bathrooms were super clean! We didn’t spend much time in the condominium, but it was quiet at night time. Thanks Verity, we will definitely stay at your place next time. The only thing we noticed, by the entrance, not sure if the place is under construction, it was lots of debris, trimming trees.

Nothing else to say but perfect in every way. Simply paradise! You cannot go wrong with this rental. Amenities, location, convenience, all top notch. We will absolutely stay here again!

Sammie's place was great! Very clean and spacious- was just like the photos. We loved having access to the private beach cove and pool with the pool bar. Sammie was very accommodating and responsive to requests and needs. The location was great to walk to area restaurants and other beach access spots for snorkeling; We did rent a car however we did get a taxi a few evenings and it was very easy. Ms. Pipers is definitely a great place for dinner and Tillies for brunch is a must! Everyone was very friendly. Sammie's place was an excellent place to stay and have our family vacation with my two teenage son's. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Sammie’s. Loved having the restaurant with swim up bar when we got there. The best part was not having to get up at 5am to save lounge chairs by the pool or beach. Stress free visit.

Sammie's place is great! We love staying at Sunset Cove, it's my third year at the property. Sammie's place was as described. I like that it was tucked away a bit for privacy but still super close to the beach. She also had some snorkel gear which we had to use since my son's mask broke. Sunset cove is a great location on 7 Mile beach with a grocery store less than a mile away, a liquor store just feet away, and many great restaurants are walkable. The beach is pristine, there is a protected cove for floating, coral outside of the cove for snorkeling, a pool with a swim up bar with GREAT food I might add. We used taxi's to get around b/c I'd be too nervous driving on the left side in pretty crazy traffic. We did a snorkel cruise with Paradise Pontoons and Paradise Paddles delivered paddle boards to the condo beach (different companies). Sammie was also quick to respond to all questions! My kids and I had a blast!

Sammie’s places in grand caymans are wonderful! Been at both locations in the past 6 weeks and will be back to stay with her again. The snorkeling was amazing as well as the food. Everything you need is walkable from her condos. She is a great host and easy to communicate with. I recommend staying a her condos if you are coming to grand cayman.

Absolutely incredible! Not only is the property perfectly situated by multiple restaurants and shopping, but the location is mere steps away from the pool, jacuzzi, and beachfront with great snorkeling. The property itself is spacious and filled with lots of homey touches. Sammie provides snorkel gear including fins, a yummy welcome basket with snacks, beach towels, board games, and a sound machine for sleeping. Very private, very quiet. Sammie was also very responsive with any and all questions and was extremely flexible with check-in as we arrived a bit early. 5 out of 5 stars all around. You won't find a better property in the Caymans.

Very comfortable beds, pillows, and soft linens. The place offered everything we needed and more. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Private back patio. Snorkel masks, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very well stocked with all necessities, with plenty of backups, and even surprising extras, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, ground coffee and variety of coffee pods, laundry detergent, plentiful towels, as well as baby items and toys. Hey, it’s the little things! They were appreciated and nice to see. The place was clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the first floor patio in the morning while our son explored around. Sammie was very responsive and graciously accommodating of our early check in and late check out. We’ll be back!

Just steps to the beach. Some storm damage right at the beach but workers were on top of it. The crashing waves made for great sunset pics. The condo was very clean and orderly. Allow plenty of time for showers. The water pressure was so good I didn’t want to get out. Place is well stocked, even a cooler for taking drinks to the beach. The king bed is very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great location and everything was as advertised but the phone number listed for Sammie on Airbnb was not hers so when we had an issue with the electronic lock we had no way to reach her.

Was the first ever visit to Grand Cayman for several of us and we think it was one of our best trips ever thanks to finding a great place to stay. Bar and grill onsite were so great. Beach was beyond expectations. Sammie was a great host. Totally recommend this rental.

Everything was exactly like the pictures - and was even bigger than it looked. There were plenty of towels and everything was well stocked - we had everything we needed. Easy to walk to lots of places - or just hang out on the beautiful beach or by the lovely pool. Great vacation!!

The second time here, and planning to go back for a third. We just love Sunset Cove. Just steps from the beach this place has everything we need and want for a relaxing vacation. We especially love the cove which keeps the ocean usable even when the waves are high. The huge pool and hot tub are pristine. Breakfast was enjoyed on the back patio every morning surrounded by lush greenery. Highly recommend.

Sammie’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The private beach cove was a great way for my younger kids to experience snorkeling in the ocean and it was nice to have a short walk back to the pool. The condo had all of the amenities we needed and having the snorkeling gear there was a nice touch.

Sammie was amazing at providing local advice on getting a reasonably priced rental car company that picked us up from the airport and company recommendations for all of our adventures. I appreciated her quick replies and making sure we had everything we needed to have a great trip.

We love the location of Sunset Cove because it’s close to great restaurants and the private cove is a great spot for snorkeling with a variety of fish. We are a family of five with three kids and absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sammie’s condo. She accommodated an early check-in with a code that we selected. The condo was very clean, well stocked with plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, all kitchen items including cooler bags, ziploc bags and extra toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap. We opted to walk, take the bus or taxi when needed. Foster’s (grocery store) is a 20 min walk from the condo and a few great eating spots are all within a 20 min walk as well. The beach was incredible and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Her condo included sand toys so need to bring any if you’re travelling with kids. We had a great experience exploring the island and will definitely return one day!

This place was great. No view of the ocean from the porch, but other than that everything was perfect. The beach is 25 yards from the front porch. We never had any problem getting beach chairs and there were never more than 10 people on the beach the whole time we were there.

Sammie’s place was perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better…close to airport, multiple restaurants, pharmacy, private beach access and pool. We didn’t plan to rent a car initially, but with the convenience of a recommended rental company less than a 10 minute walk away, we opted to do so to move about the town better with our toddler. There were also scooters and bikes available plus other area amenities.

The location was great, and the condo was well stocked! The pool and beach were steps outside of our door. It was nice having the swim up bar with food as well. Also, the property had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool and beach. Many restaurants were in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. We liked being able to go to the store and have a kitchen for some meals and snacks. Sammie is responsive and will give you all the information you need for your stay. We look forward to going back.

Sammie's place was as described on the Airbnb website. She responded quickly to all our questions. You will not be disappointed. Sunset Cove has one of the largest private beach areas on the island. Having the protected cove, the water was clear, and it had a sandy bottom. No water shoes needed. Her place was very clean, and it looks just like the pictures. We went to Stingray City with the tour Stingray Sailing with Captain Chip. She recommended them, and it was a wonderful experience with a small group of people vs all of the other tours. We were picked near the condo. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Only needed a cab to and from the airport. Lobster Pot was a top choice! We would stay at Sammie's place if we make it down to the island again.

Exactly as advertised! Sammie’s place is very convenient to several restaurants, Fosters grocery store, and Camana Bay. Beach has ample chairs and umbrellas.

We had a great vacation at Sammies condo in sunset cove. The little beach was lovely and peaceful. It was easy to get chairs and umbrellas. There is great snorkeling on the reef off of the beach. There is traffic on the main road outside of the condo complex but the noise did not bother us. I loved walking to Camana Bay over the walkway. Highly recommend!

This condo was priced WAY more reasonably than the hotels in the area. It's not fancy but the location is ideal, and the property was quiet and not too crowded. Beds were comfortable! The beach is just steps away from the condo and is so pretty that we didn't even go to the pool other than to get food from the pool bar one day and it was really good! You could take your own drinks and food to the beach which was really nice. Chairs and umbrellas were readily available, and the calm cove was perfect for hanging in the water. We went to several excellent restaurants that were within walking distance, so we didn't need a car. It's about a 50-minute walk to the center of 7 mile beach where some of the resorts are located but you can get a taxi or bus there easily if you're not up for the walk. We were able to easily have groceries and liquor delivered to the condo as well. We would stay on the property again.

Exactly as described on 7 mile beach. The beach and pool are 50 steps away. Easy walking and public bus access to other places great beaches, restaurants and sights. Sammie is very responsive and thoughtful and every little detail has been taken care of. Would happily stay again. Thanks!!

Clean and comfortable condo with a kitchen fully stocked and equipped. You can find everything you need to do some snorkeling right out in the condo’s beach, lots of tropical fish near the rock wall without having to go out in the ocean.

Spacious and modern condo exactly as described. Very clean with a very useful island guide. Snorkelling gear and chairs were a big plus if you explore other beaches. Beach not visible from the condo but only a 2 minute walk. Great restaurants in walking distance. Had a fantastic time.

Had a great time at Sammi’s condo. It’s a spacious ground floor two bedroom. Host was helpful and the binder full of local tips was incredibly useful. Very easy check in and check out process. Good location at the bottom of 7MB. We frequently walked to Camana Bay and other local restaurants. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well equipped. The condo has a pool and beach loungers though would suggest walking further north if you want to swim in the sea.

We love the place, Sammie is super friendly, helped me a lot with all the questions I had, the place was really clean, We feel like home. My stay was wonderful. Lisa’s unit is almost entirely renovated and is one of the best I’ve seen in Sunset Cove. She did an amazing staycation rate for summer 2020. Great style, size and clean unit. Lovely back patio. There is a large pool & a pretty secluded beach. Due to covid it was very quiet which was nice and Margaritaville resort is still closed. Lisa was extremely friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend & certainly plan to go again!

I def give a huge thanks to Lisa for letting us stay at her place! It was amazing, had a great Father’s Day weekend. Everything about the condo is perfect, pictures do no justice! Couple steps away from the beach, lots of back yard privacy. Highly recommend and will def rent again!

Lisa's condo is amazing! Very clean, comfortable beds, and loaded with amenities. When we arrived there was a basket of snacks and fresh flowers; those small touches make a huge difference. She is also very responsive to any question. I never waited more than a couple minutes for a response from her using the airbnb app. She even called the condo to speak with us on a day when there was a fire in town, she was right on top of it and was making arrangements for us in the rare instance we would have to evacuate. Would recommend Lisa's condo to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman!

This 2 bedroom condo has the perfect location for both pool and beach lovers! A few steps out the door and you've arrived. The Margaritaville hotel is onsite and it adds that party aspect to your vacation. You'll love it! Lisa is very responsive and will ensure all your questions are answered.

Fanatastic location. Within walking distance of all the amenities Margaritaville has to offer: 2 pools, hot tub, swim up bar, pizza station, 2nd bar, many chairs and cabanas by each pool as well as the many available chairs by the immediate beach and lagoon. 2 Paddle boards and 2 Kayaks available. Nightlife going on every night of the week at Margaritaville. Great wildlife to see every morning by the beach. Beautiful stretch of 7-Mile beach to access easily. Close to a few shopping plazas and restaurants for variety. Not too far from Foster's Grocery store in the Camana Bay shopping complex.

The most exceptional feature of Lisa’s place was the location. It is no more than 50 yards from the door to the beach. Serviced beach chaises and umbrellas are available free at the beach, which is set up near a small protected cove that is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is adjacent to a wonderful pool with a hot tub.

The apartment is quite large, pristine, and thoroughly equipped. There was even a blender available for our piña colada’s! Lisa immediately responded to any inquiry.

There were several good restaurants within walking distance. It was a magnificent opportunity to just kick back, relax, and enjoy!

It was our first time to the Caymans; and I can’t wait to go again!

We loved our stay at seven mile beach. This condo is so nice and the amenities are terrific. Such a great location. Lisa added special little touches that made us feel so special!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Everything has been provided for a very comfortable stay. Very clean, lots of fluffy white towels and immaculate grounds.

Lisa was a great host, friendly and quick to respond. Her condo was immaculate and very well designed. We had a wonderful time.

Sunset Cove is the perfect location on West Bay Rd and Seven Mile Beach. The Condo was clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas was a perfect place to relax. The host went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed at the condo along with information about where to shop for grocery's, local restaurants and shopping.

The condo was perfect. Well decorated. Clean. Tons of amenities onsite. Lisa was an amazing host and gave great tips as well as got us a cake for our anniversary! All around a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.
