Amazing place to stay and everything you need within minutes.

The place was great and felt like home. First floor unit with quick and easy access to the pool and beach.

Kevin was quick to respond and helped answer any question we had. Can’t beat the location which walkable to restaurants and convenient stores.

We had a wonderful time, beach is steps away, condo is well equipped, close to many restaurants, Kevin was very accomodating with early check in and late check out, we will definitely come back.

My family of four stayed at Kevin's beautiful condo is past mid August. The condo was near the front of the complex and on first floor so very easy to bring in luggage and groceries. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The well stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer, beach towels, and floaties made the stay very comfortable and easy. The beach is petite in width but stretches the majority length of 7 mile beach. We easily walked on the beach for 2 miles. The chairs and umbrellas were always available poolside or on the beach. We used pickleball court on the cloudy day which was elevated on top of a garage. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

This is a ln absolutely perfect location! Convenience store, gas, ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants, & a beach bar are all so close! Somehow this place is quiet & peaceful yet close to everything. We traveled with two young adult kids & a 17 year old. We had an amazing time! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay on 7 Mile Beach. The place was just as nice as the pictures show. Kevin was so responsive regarding early and late check out. We had a 5pm flight out, but were able to store our luggage at the apt while we explored the island and housekeeping cleaned. Everything was wonderful. Would stay here again

We booked Kevin's condo so that we could have a night on 7 mile beach to snorkel at the gamma wreck and the artificial reef by the Marriott (which is right next door). Worked out well for this purpose!

We had a great time at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed having the patio for morning coffee. We also appreciated the snacks left for us by Kevin after hours of traveling. Kevin was communicative and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! The beach is just steps away and was perfect for our family. The water was calm, making it ideal for our 2-year-old, and we loved having access to beach chairs and umbrellas every day.

The property was very family-friendly and thoughtfully stocked with beach toys for our son, along with plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The amenities were excellent, and the entire space felt clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra blankets and the smart TV with streaming apps for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The only minor drawback was that the pillows were a bit stiff for our liking, but the beds themselves were very comfortable.

Overall, this was truly a great getaway. The location, beach access, amenities, and comfort exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this Condo. Great location, with plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance, and a well-equipped kitchen for those few times when we ate at home. You can snorkel right off the beach, and our kids saw a turtle right out in front, or you can walk 15 minute down the beach and snorkel right around a wreck!The house was comfortable and with plenty of room for a family of four. We used the little gym area close to the Condo, which was a plus, as was the extra beach equipment that was in the Condo. We didn't even get a chance to use the Tennis rackets, as the weather was so warm. It's just at the very lowest point of seven mile beach, so you can walk miles north along the beach which was wonderfully relaxing. All in all, some very happy memories were made here.

Our family of 4 had a terrific stay(2 adults, 2 teens). The space was welcoming and we loved having the screened in porch to sit and play games in the evening! The beach is pristine and the chairs and umbrellas were terrific! We enjoyed the beach gear and cooler for when we drove to other beaches (Cemetery Beach was our favorite!)! Picked up groceries from Foster’s but spent many evenings out at different restaurants! We will definitely be back!

Stayed with our 3 kids it was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was amazing, the ocean was amazing, and the home was amazing. Had games also for entertainment. Perfect location!

Fantastic condo just steps to the beach! We loved the feel and decor of the condo. It was great having bathroom toiletries (shampoo, body wash) and kitchen amenities (dish soap, paper towels) provided just like home. The screen porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the kids enjoy tennis and pickleball nearby. We had no problems finding beach chairs and enjoyed the snorkeling right off the shore. We’d come back 100%!

We had a great stay at Regal Beach Club—perfect for our family of five. The unit had a king bed and two singles, plus two bathrooms, and was well stocked with beach towels.

The location was ideal with a super quick walk to the beach, making it easy to pop back for snacks or bathroom breaks. Being on the main floor was very convenient, and we loved the covered porch where we could enjoy our morning coffee while watching our boys play on the basketball and tennis courts right outside.

The beach always had chairs available, and the property felt very safe with on-site security, which gave us real peace of mind as a family. It’s also walkable to restaurants and has parking available.

The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a very comfortable, family-friendly stay—we’d definitely return!

It’s a nice 2 bedroom place ,short walk to the beach , nearby good restaurants. Nice screened patio. On ground floor. Kevin left some coffee pods, dishwasher detergent and washer detergent. We’d stay there again.

Had a great stay the condo was in a great location within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The beach was awesome always able to get beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Kevin was always quick to respond when we had questions. The main floor apartment was easy to access and quiet. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Location was excellent for access to the beach and great restaurants.

Outstanding stay - yet again! This is my second time retuning to RBC 411 and it was phenomenal. I love this complex and specifically this condo. Kevin was a wonderful host and is incredibly fast in his replies. I am grateful to have gotten to stay here once more and would love to return in the future.

It was a great stay at Kevin's place. Our 2 kids (2 and 5) loved the easy access to pools and beach. The porch was great to sit on at night after the kids went to bed. Kevin was very responsive and helped us very promptly when my wife couldn't remember the code to the safe.

This was a great experience. The space is very nice and well kept and the location could not be better. Perfect location close to great bars and restaurants and perfectly situated on Seven Mile Beach. What stood out was how accommodating Kevin was with us - made the experience amazing. It was such an easy set up and their friendliness and help was so appreciated. We come here all the time and Regal Beach will be our new stop. Thank you Kevin for an amazing stay.

The set up at Regal Beach is incredible - the beach is simply stunning there and so too is the pool. I was confused thinking hte pool had a jacuzzi - that typically is what I need to get into the water with the kids but alas it is all pool. Either way - it was brilliant. Kevin's apartment is close to the car park making the in and out daily really easy - and you can't beat this location to be fair. Bedrooms are a great size and private. Honestly - I hate water wastage...it was the only thing that kept me from staying in that shower all day - wow!! Loved it.

My family of 4 loved this condo and our time in Cayman. The space was clean, spacious, and close to everything. We felt safe and loved being able to walk out to the beach every morning for coffee while our teenagers slept in. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. We would definitely book with this host again.

Perfect location on the SMB, spacious and has everything that you would need for a home-away-from-home experience. Also right on the beach with lots of great restaurants in the immediate surrounding area. Easy walking distance or short drive to everything else.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and very walkable to Camana Bay and grocery store and restaurants. For part of the trip I was staying alone and felt very comfortable and not at all unsafe. I spent lots of time in one or the other of all three pools as the ocean got quite rough for the pending hurricane. The only thing that would’ve made that better was if the spa pool was heated, I hope I will have the opportunity to return in the near future.

Was a beautiful place with two pools. No beach but right on ocean access to swim in ocean. Close to lots of restaurants and options in area. Hosts very responsive before arrived and during for questions and needs. Master bedroom bed was stiff but manageable. Really enjoyed the place and location. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in unit also plus all the amenities.

Great location if you have a car. 7 mile beach was a 3 minute drive. Local food in the area. Safe area. Security on site was awesome. House was nicely kept, WiFi worked great, no issues with the stay. Highly recommend stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Had an amazing stay at Regal Beach Club! The unit was super clean and perfect for our family. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, very quiet and felt very private. Great restaurants right across the street. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location on the SMB side of the island!!! The beach at RBC is dwindling, but it isn't difficult for an able bodied person to walk a short distance up the beach for those looking to enjoy more sand. The ocean here is fantastic, and the pool is clean and easily accessible to the entire complex. We have stayed here in the past and would trade being on a higher level with views for the ease of the ground access of Zhenya's property. Having had children with us, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come in from the beach and the parking area with groceries without having to navigate and lug things with us upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging at this price point. Our host was super responsive, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Cheers!

We had an amazing stay! The place had everything we needed and more — the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the 2ft pool was absolutely perfect for our toddler. Parking was easy and stress-free, and the location couldn’t be better: just a minute’s walk to a beautiful, safe beach with plenty of lounge chairs and perfect sunsets. It was also super convenient to get to the airport and all the main attractions. We felt completely comfortable and at home. Highly recommend this place!

As always Zhenya was very helpful and responsive. The beach is building back and the property is having some upgrades. Definitely a comfortable place to be.

A very nice condo. Ceiling fans everywhere so that the AC did not have to be set very low. Comfortable king bed in the main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 nice pools a short stroll away. Plenty of parking. Close enough to walk to Camana Bay and nice restaurants. The beach is narrow but at that end of 7 mile beach, all of it is like that from storms. There is enough room to sit in the sand and go in the ocean unlike some nearby places that have a rocky beach. We would be happy to stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Zhenya’s place. The location was perfect, right on West Bay Road, making it super easy and convenient to catch a bus or taxi. It was also within walking distance to great restaurants like Peppers and Coconut Joe’s, which made going out for meals really easy.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Zhenya was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay there again!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Zhenya’s 2 bedroom villa. We traveled with our 14 month old and it was a perfect trip because of the ease of getting around the walkable neighborhood and the amenities that came with the villa. We used the smaller of the pools bc of shallowness 2 and 3 ft areas) and as well the lounge chairs on and around the beach front. The proximity of the beach and pool made it easy for us to go back and forth to the villa as needed for breaks throughout the day. We used the kitchen for breakfast and shopped at nearby Fosters supermarket. Thanks for accommodating us Zhenya and allowing us to leave later than listed check out time! We appreciate it and we’ll be back.

Zhenya’s place could not be more perfect for a family vacation! The place is easy to find, parking is free, the unit is right on the ground level. Clean, neat, with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Easy little walk down to the calm, clear water past two pools. We walked many nights to dinners nearby as well as the grocery store at camana bay. We definitely want to come back again next year!

My wife and I stayed at this location for three nights. We would highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars from this location. There is a nice little beach in front of the property. The water is absolutely gorgeous. You won’t find a better spot on the island to catch the sunset (we stayed in March). The condo was great. It was very spacious and has two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need if you decided to eat in. Lastly, the host was amazing. She answered all our questions. We never had to wait long for a response. You will not find a better location and value on Grand Cayman.

Came down with our family of 5 and this was the perfect place to stay! The beach was incredible with lots of calm water, beach chairs, umbrellas and space. The unit was on the ground floor which we loved and were grateful for as we came and went. Everything is walkable including a grocery store 10 mins away and tons of restaurants and takeout food. Would recommend this to anyone coming to the island!

The place is very comfortable, lots of space for four adults. The unit is older but with lots of updates, new kitchen and bathrooms. The pool area is very nice and there is a small beach as well. Seven Mile Beach is only a small walk away. Zhenya is very attentive and responsive. I strongly recommend staying at Regal Beach. We will come back for sure.

Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. The condo has two pools, gym, pickleball court, BBQ and a lovely beach front. Watching sunsets is a must!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Zhenya’s 2-bedroom apartment on 7 Mile Beach in Grand Cayman! The location is unbeatable—steps from the pristine shoreline, with stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully designed with large rooms that gave us plenty of space to relax. Traveling with our toddler, we couldn’t have asked for more—Zhenya clearly understands families’ needs. The place was spotless, safe, and equipped with little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Our little one loved the open layout, and we appreciated the quiet nights and breezy balcony mornings. Zhenya was an exceptional host—responsive, warm, and accommodating from start to finish. This was hands-down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. We’re already planning our return! 5 stars, highly recommend!

Great location. clean. small beach area as main beach is a short walk. not a big deal to us. it is closest unit to the main road so you can sometimes hear traffic and music from Peppers (which is a great spot). id recommend just having some coffee available to guests and also have tissue available for guests would be great. host was very nice and responded quickly. id rent it again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at this stay. We were pleasantly surprised that we had a nice little area of beach in the front of the Regal. It was very clean and spacious for 4 adults and a toddler. Grounds are well keep as is the pool area. Restaurants close by.

Great location. Great amenities within the unit. Description was very accurate. Pools and grounds were excellent. Beach was small but perfect for us. Other reviews say there is no beach……that is not true. It was small but it was amazing and it is walkable to the full 7 mile beach if you’re ok with walking a few sections in the water. Recent weather events may have made the beach smaller but it doesn’t take away from the great location!

5 Stars for a Family of 5! Zhenya’s place was absolutely perfect! We have a 12, 10, and a 1.5 year old. This place has just the right amount of space for us to feel like we were at home! Except we were on the beach. My favorite point is cleanliness in this unit. We have stayed in many rentals and had issues with bugs. There was not even a fly to be seen, I was very impressed. This unit does not have a beach view but for the price, the beach is just a very short walk! The grounds and gardens are kept so beautiful and resort like. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided either by the beach or by the pool. When the tide is high the beach is smaller but it is still very beautiful! Don’t be fooled! There are also many dining options right across from the unit in walking distance. Peppers, Scoops, Bonfire, and Cimboco, Cafe Del Sol were some of our favorites! Not to mention Andy’s car rental right across the street! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This condo checked a lot of boxes for where we wanted to stay. Near the beach, although not much of a beach due to the erosion. Walking distance to a dozen or more good rest. A tennis/pickleball ball court. Two small pools although not heated which probably not much of an issue unless your stay is in January like ours. Comfy master bedroom king bed. Its priced good for this somewhat enough island. Great accommodating host.

Our stay at 411 Regal Beach club was great. Very clean, neat unit that worked well for our family of 4. We liked and used the pickle ball court on property. We loved the proximity to Camana Bay and other restaurants along SMB. Finally, the updated pictures of the beach in front of the condo complex were super helpful. We were stressing there would be no sand, but some sand is back!!

From pre-booking to leaving, everything was as advertised and then some! From the start of booking our trip, Zhenya was quick to respond to questions and very friendly and helpful. Once we actually arrived, I can say that all descriptions and pictures of the unit were exactly as advertised on the AirBnB platform. We even requested beach chairs when we noticed none were listed on the rental site and Zhenya provided them for us! You can’t ask for a better hostess as well as a unit for the advertised price. It was literally a 10min walk from Zhenya’s place to the Camana Bay shopping and restaurant district utilizing the safe and brightly lit Camana Bay walk trail. We dined at Mizu and Brooklyn (have the Shrimp and penne curry pasta at Brooklyn😋) as well as had Gelato at Gelato and Co in Camana Bay. Also, right next door to Zhenya’s we ate at Vista at sunset (the Tuna poke bowl was out of sight!) watching the sun set and cruise ships come and go. All in all, we loved Zhenya’s condo!❤️

What a lovely stay at Zhenya’s condo! The place is squeaky clean, and I am a picky guest! Felt right at home! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained! Really loved the screened patio with a fan! There’s a small beach, and the entrance is tricky, but we still managed to swim. Beautiful Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring Camana Bay - Gelato & Co is a must-visit!

Wonderful location and perfect complex for our family of 4. The patio area of the apartment had a perfect view of the 2 pools and the ocean, and the beautifully landscaped communal areas. The apartment was spacious with plenty of supplies in the house to make it feel like a home away from home.

A busy hurricane season affected the amount of beach here, but it wasn't an issue. Both pool areas and the loungers were well-situsted, and the wall and the steps down to the beach were ideal places to sit and enjoy the absolutely stunning views of Seven Mile Beach and the Cayman coastline.

Would highly recommend for anyone, especially families, looking to enjoy Cayman life without the hustle and bustle of cruise ship tourists and hotel guests.

Their place was wonderful! There isn't much beach left these days, but the water itself and snorkeling in front of their place is great! The place we spotless, the beds wonderful, the AC cold and crisp, and they had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen if we wanted. The smart TV made the deluge evenings better. The restaurant across the street is solid and so handy. And they responded nearly immediately if we did have any questions. There was always plenty of easy parking. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!

had a fantastic stay at Zhenya's place it was lovely and clean on arrivel and beautifully presented. The apartment is wonderful spacious and modern with all the amenities you could need including a kettle of you are like us from the UK. Gardens and communal areas are well kept and plentiful including a great BBQ area, the communal areas are quiet and peaceful and having the ocean on your doorstep is brilliant.

Zhenya has been very accommodating and made out stay a pleasure. we would definitely stay with Zhenya again 😃

Unit presented as depicted on pictures. It was clean and conveniently located on West Bay Rd right across street from two great restaurant options. But easily walkable or commutable to other popular places and options. All items in unit were in working order and cleanly presented. Couple minor questions or needs were quickly met and responded by host. Very tranquil and enjoyable place this particular week since not lots of tourists at this time. But overall, very nice and comfortable unit and complex. Would do it again!

The pictures of the condo did match the current living accommodations: fan did not work in master, guest bathroom smelled of urine, very warn floors and closets, cheap linens, burner on stove did not work- absolutely no BEACH! Work patio chairs, numerous people coming and going. A very much older condo.

This place is perfect. Both bedrooms were comfortable & the bathrooms were updated & nice. Furniture was great & the washer & dryer worked well. Many options walkable for restaurants & bars. Walk down to the pool to catch a beautiful sunset.

This place was a gem. A great location with easy access to Camana Bay and other restaurants. We used the tennis courts for pickle ball and had access to the pool and the sea. The place was very comfortable with almost anything you may need. The dishwasher was great and the washer and dryer very helpful. You could definitely stay a few weeks and be very comfortable! The host was also amazing.

Communication before, during and after was superb The directions to the condo accurate and the check-in was seamless. The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities, with comfortable bedding. Beach towels were provided which was a plus. Wifi was superior which was very important as our daughter attended a virtual college class, while there. Pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing. We liked the ground floor location because it seemed a few steps from the parking lot. All in all, I would rebook if visiting the Caymans and would recommend it to future vacationers

Zhenya was a great host, who was very responsive and friendly! The house is located on the seven mile beach, right next to Marriot and Locale. It is walkable distance to many local restaurants and Camana bay - very convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean and tidy, with all cooking equipments available. We really enjoyed staying at this house and would definitely love to stay there again next time when we visit the island!
