Modern 2 bedroom walking distance to the beach!

Beautiful place to stay while on the Island. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up after yourself. Nice washer and dryer. The area was clean and quiet. I definently recommended! Kevin is a great host with a lovely home.

Very comfortable accommodation s and close to seven mile beach. Would stay here again.

My family of four stayed in Kevin’s Place last week, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in was for 5 but we needed to drop off items that couldn’t stay in the heat and Kevin made that very easy for us. We dropped our bags off at 1pm while the space was being cleaned and we were able to go back about an hour later to check in. When we arrived back, the apartment was cleaned to perfection and we were very happy with the space. PROS: Great location Comfy beds Clean and updated Bath products provided Laundry/ Dishwasher pods provided AC worked well on all rooms CONS: Roosters and dog loud and disruptive throughout night. (Bring earplugs or use sound machine via YouTube like we had to) Beach chairs and umbrella very old and all need replacement No drip coffee maker. Only K CUP

There wasn’t an ironing board and Kevin had one dropped off at our front door. Location is a short drive to the north end of SMB and a short walk to Fosters which came in handy. All in All we had a nice stay.

The place was very clean, very convently close to the beach and the grocery store. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. We would definetly recommend this property to everyone!

This place was a safe haven for us, especially since we had to flee our previous airbnb due to being robbed at night. This place had security system in place, only thing missing is an alarm, but there is door security lock and cameras all around. The apartment is squeaky clean, my only recommendation is for the bathroom to have a mat for the showers, as water kept spraying out and wetting up the floor. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous....my kids couldn't get enough of it. There is a large grocery store less than 5mins away, bank, gas station, beach....this place was worth it. Wish it was on the beach, but the pool area made up for it. Pool was not busy the entire time we were there, I honestly have no complaints. Thank you sooooo much Kevin for taking us in last minute. I highly recommend your place.

Wonderful location, adorable, clean. I would suggest renting a car. Check out all the nearby beaches. Use Andy’s, not Budget. Would come again!!!

We had a great stay. We were in walkable distance to the water (not the best to swim at with larger waves and corral rocks) but great for a stroll on the beach. The home was as described!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with an in-unit washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchen. The beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, and even pool noodles) was a thoughtful touch! It's just a short walk to a peaceful, fairly private beach with stunning sunsets. There are also a couple of nearby stores within walking distance for quick food runs, as well as a restaurant by the local beach, which was very convenient. It is also a quick drive to other popular beach spots and restaurants along Seven Mile Beach and about 10-15 mins from the airport, Camana Bay shopping center, and all of the restaurants and activities in George Town. All of the above plus the dedicated parking spot, on-site pool, and responsive and helpful host make this a perfect property for couples, friends, or families. We are looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Cayman!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place and would absolutely give it a 5-star rating. The location was fantastic, the unit was very comfortable, and it worked perfectly for our family. The space was clean upon arrival. My wife and I are sensitive to strong smells and noticed a cleaner/air freshener scent initially, but airing the unit out helped. There were a couple of minor items worth noting: only half of the toaster worked and the TV remote batteries were dead. These were small issues and hard for a host to catch. The beds were comfortable, the amenities and pool area were great, and getting to the beach and around the island was very easy. The beach umbrellas are showing some wear and may need replacement soon. A cooler was provided, which we appreciated. It would have been great to have basic food storage items for beach days. Overall, Kevin was a great host and we truly loved the space. It was a fantastic family getaway and we’d happily book again. We can’t wait to go back!

Kevin’s place was amazing! It was in a condominium with upstairs neighbors that we didn’t expect but everyone was very nice there. You Can walk to subway and beach access is close. Away from the touristy mayhem which was very nice

Never check in to this airbnb. Had to cancel due to a hurricane impacting the Cayman Islands. While it was totally at Kevin's discretion, he declined to offer a refund, partial refund, or partial credit for a future stay.

Was not part of the booking.the appliances and amenities were more than adequate At first we did not have access to the pool but this was taken care of in a timely manner. The host more than compensated with a beautiful gift and a 10% off next stay

We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. It is a quiet and friendly complex, the unit was very clean and well appointed. It was a bit tight for our family of 5 and a little out the way, but it’s just a short drive to the turtle centre, 7 mile beach and all the other fun to be had on Cayman. There are 4 beach chairs and 2 sun umbrellas in the unit which were much appreciated! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our 10 days of stay .Place is clean and I resided before in Westbay (my preferred area to stay in the island ) so I know it is a safe area and lots of things to do that’s why I chose Kevin’s place.Away from traffic.Stores ,pharmacys, are walk in distance.Based on what the neighbor said which happend to be my friend ,every friday they cleaned the pool and I noticed when my son went on the pool that day (because we didnt know) he had allergic reaction but the other days he went on he didnt get bad reaction. Just if you have kiddos keep that in mind.But the pool is nice and had a nice place with shades where you can watch your kid. Appliances are all working so nice.Aircondion is good.Patio at the back is nice too. When we came there were snacks ,coffee and basic necessities which is very helpful.Another good things is they have beach chair and umbrellas that are so useful when you go to the beach.This is a wise place to stay .I highly reccomend this .

We are 3 adults, and 3 children aged 11, 14 and 15, and we visited Grand Caymand Islands for the first time. We spent 3 days at Kevin’ place. The apartment is very well located, has all the amenities you can think of. Checkin/checkout process were super easy, and the host is always quick to respond. Will definitely go back. A+++

Great place at the end of 7 mile beach. A rental car is VERY helpful as the walk to the main part of the beach is over a mile each way. However, the rental car was a great way to see more of the island and all the restaurants and adventures. The place had everything you could need otherwise and a very close and nice grocery store. The beach stuff and cooler made beach visits simple.

We had an excellent stay at Kevin's place. Among all the Airbnbs we've stayed in, he was probably the one host who responded the fastest to any questions or concerns we had. During our stay, the microwave stopped working and Kevin immediately sent a replacement. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Bay. The area felt extremely safe and is very close to the beach, grocery stores and a gas station. We loved begining our day enjoying coffee in the lovely back patio. If I had to point out any downsides, the only one would be that the front door opens right into the living room and there is not a separate area to take off slippers and other beach items (which usually have beach sand) before getting in. Besides that, everything was just perfect and we highly recommend this place!

Kevin was a fantastic host! He was super helpful, responsive and kind. Check in and out were exactly as explained and super easy. It was wonderful to have a pool in the complex and a yard in the unit. We appreciated the walkability to the beach and also convenience of the location to local shopping/stores and the large hotels. Having access to a car is ideal for this location, especially since a parking spot is available directly in front of the unit. Everything in the West Bay area we wanted to see and do, seemed to be within a 3-10 minute drive from the rental unit, which was fantastic!

I’ve been coming to the Caymans my whole life always staying at Plantana. Now that I have a family of my own with 3 children, I’d rather not pay the price of places like Plantana. Kevin’s place is great. It was very well-equipped- linens, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, full kitchen, noodles and floats..lots more. We rented a car and drove to Governor’s beach. Now we can come more often and not pay high resort prices!

Good stay overall. The place is updated and very clean. About 2 blocks from the beach. Walking place to place can be a little difficult at times as there are no sidewalks. But grocery store, liquor are close by. A bus stop is also close by to get into 7mile area and Georgetown. The only downfall was that the neighborhood didn’t feel really safe at night. We came across some sketchy stuff a couple of the nights. But be smart, and you’re good. Would stay again.

Kevin’s place was very clean and modern and we felt right at home. The Airbnb is very close to the beach and grocery store and is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week in this lovely condo in West Bay. It is a beautiful, clean space with two large bedrooms with ensuites, full kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, large common area and backyard. We had everything we could possibly need to head out for a day at the beach or just chill at the pool which is the prettiest space. We took advantage of the barbeque and eating area poolside one night and it was perfect. We could walk to the beach for the sunsets and took advantage of the 24 hour convenience store, grocery and liquor stores nearby. We had a rental car which was great but saw tons of public buses heading back and forth to 7 mile beach. The snorkeling at Cemetery Beach was fantastic! Kevin was a super responsive host and quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. We definitely hope to return next year!

The place was clean, good location, next to a Foster's supermarket and a 24hr Subway, walkable to Cemetery Beach (highly recommended). On our first day the microwave went out, the host was aware of it but did not inform us, we had to reach out first. They did replace it with a spare the next day but still, one day without a microwave. We asked for late check out but didn't get it, bummer, since our flight was at 8pm. The beach chairs and umbrella were useful for the beach and we appreciate the complementary soft drinks.

We enjoyed staying at Kevin's impeccably clean condo. The public buses were easy to use so we didn't need to rent a car. Kevin's place was a nice, quiet home base for exploring the island. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast at home each day (we walked to Foster's to get the groceries we needed).

Easy walking to Fosters and great Italian; is 3 minutes to the local beach and not far to Cemetery Beach ( great snorkeling )

We had a great stay at Kevin’s. The condo was clean and as described. We would have liked to have some patio furniture and a table in the backyard area as extra seating as the kitchen got a little crowded with 5 of us. It also would have been nice to have a TV in both bedrooms since the living room was in use by others. Overall though it was economical and comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. The all day and night rooster noises took some getting used to but obviously outside of anyone’s control. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet and updated place close (walkable - 5 min) to the grocery and liquor store. Also walkable to the beach. This place is also on the Public Bus line and just 2 Cayman dollars each way will take you up and down the strip to the best restaurants and entertainment. The pool area was extremely nice after a long day at the beach. Kevin was was extremely responsive as well. Great place.

I arrived on the Island with another location that I initially booked. When I got there, it was nothing as what described. I immediately cancel. I Saw Kevin Two bedroom, I booked it at 3pm and he accepted with just two hours to check-in. He was so accommodating. When we got to the house, EVERYTHING was squeaky clean! The house is EVERYTHING and MORE. If your looking somewhere to stay, you will never regret here! I'll definitely be back! Thank you soo much for everything!

Absolutely LOVED staying here!! Very quiet and safe area of the island. Minute walk to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our day at the beach, as well as staying in and making a full meal for the family. Grocery store was just minutes away and has everything you need…was nicer than whole foods! Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and modern. Kevin was very responsive and easy to work with. If we come back we are absolutely staying here again! Don’t stay at the busy hotels…you’ll be much more relaxed here!

Great condo if you're looking for a spot in West Bay. Appears to have been built in the last few years so everything is pretty much brand new. 10 minutes from Camana Bay and about 20 minutes to Georgetown. Large grocery store about 1 minute drive. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us.

We were a family of five and this was an absolutely perfect sized apartment for us! Kevin was extremely responsive and accommodating, he went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and clean, the beach toys and umbrellas were a nice bonus too. Great quiet neighbourhood in west bay with a large new grocery store close by. The pool area was always clean and we barbecued in the common area almost every night. Big thanks to the host who clearly knows how to take care of their guests!

Lovely stay at well-located apartment in West Bay area. We walked to West Bay beach down the street and Heritage Kitchen for fish fry. Huge grocery store with adjacent liquor store within walking distance (not in the heat though!) Esso gas station around corner convenient when renting car. The place was super clean, we appreciated privacy offered by 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, each with ensuite with shower and door to small backyard with some shade. Nice gated outdoor pool area with maintained BBQ and covered seating area for residents of complex. Kevin was super responsive before arrival and throughout booking process. He brought us a new umbrella which was essential! We hope to return. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Clean and neat. Easy to get into and out of. Comes with a very nice beach umbrella and beach towels. The unit had two beach chairs that were not that sturdy.

Had a great stay! Location in west bay is walkable to the beach, couple of restaurants and a grocery store. We had a car so it was really easy to go into seven mile and Camana Bay for more restaurants and beaches.

Condo is just like the pictures and beds are super comfortable. Unit is quiet. Kitchen includes basic utensils and cookware. Appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks. Great pool too!

Communication with the Kevin / host was easy and we always got a quick response and help.

Only thing we would’ve liked was some kind of towel/bathing suit drying rack. Basic beach accessories were provided too.

Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kevin’s place to other visitors!

This place was great! Very clean, and well equipped. The public outdoor barbecue and pool area was also great. Super nicely situated with a walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. The hosts are extremely responsive and very helpful. We loved that we could walk to a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy and a beach. All less than a seven minute walk. We rented a car but also took the public bus at times which was easy and fun. All in all it was a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

I am glad I could stay at Kevin's house. It was a great location for the most of attractions. About 5 to 20 minutes to every things(including the airport) . I rent a car to do more activities as well as try different beaches but you can walk to the west bay beach. His house is in the middle of many attractions but away from the cruise tours. In the night it was so quiet that I could sound asleep. Each room had air conditioners. The house was so sparkling clean that I felt comfortable. It was extra fun to have a pool in the facility. I had a designated parking spot that I could park anytime. Kids safe house. I traveled with my 2 years old and Kevin provided a pack and play and I felt safe in the house. Whenever I needed a help Kevin responsed right away. I highly recommend his house.

Was the perfect spot for our family of 5!

Great 2 bedroom apartment in West Bay, very close and walkable to beach in less than 5 minutes, good snorkeling and couple of restaurants, subway and supermarket that you can walk to! Kevin was always responsive and accommodating, checkout was supposed to be 9am but we were able to stay a little longer as no incoming guests that day which was greatly appreciated. Apartment is clean and tidy, only suggestions I would have is some outdoor furniture for back yard and maybe some additional hooks even in back yard for beach towels. Overall had a great vacation and the added bonus of a lovely swimming pool! We were also appreciative of some basics, coffee pods, tea, waters, chips, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner! Supermarket was closed on Sunday when we arrived so having some basics was great! Subway seems to be open 24/7 if arriving in a Sunday!! Would love to return some day!

The place was wonderful. Very clean with plenty of linens. He has a washer and dryer in the apartment which makes it super easy to wash items. The place is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a Subway Restaurant is at the corner. It is also very short drive to Hell and Turtle Farm. The pool was also very nice. Kevin was always responsive when I would reach out about a question or a request. Thank you for the great place for our visit. Definitely keep you in mind for the next time.

I stayed at Kevin's with 3 elderly relatives. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, conveniently on the first floor, with a nearby parking space. It was within a short walk to the West Bay Public Beach and a large grocery store, Foster's. The full kitchen was useful for breakfasts. It was much more comfortable staying here that it would have been in 2 separate hotel rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at 61 West for our entire holiday. It is a great place to stay being in a quiet development tucked away from the road…and walking to the quiet beaches of West Bay is just a matter of a couple of minutes.

It is a clean and modern apartment, fully air conditioned (vital in the heat of a Grand Cayman day) with separate ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area.

We used the kitchen a lot and enjoyed cooking with the help of a lot of local ingredients. We felt so at home and consequently, this was a great part of a fantastic holiday.

Denise was always very kind and accommodating which was a great help to us and went a long way to make sure our time in Grand Cayman a very relaxed, memorable and enjoyable holiday.

It was a really great stay! I have no complaints at all but only wished that there was a full length mirror. Our host ~ Denise was very responsive and could be reached at any time. The unit is pristine with a great host, two good bedrooms and an open plan living area with full kitchen. It’s a place to rest and sleep after coming back from the beach and outings. A new pool is in place but it’s in the parking area. For us it was absolutely 100% as we were out all the time.

Denise’s place is located in the best neighborhood, away from all the tourists and traffic that the cruises can bring. Her apartment was pristine and has two very comfortable beds with televisions and a kitchen with everything you need to make some meals at home. She is very responsive and even helped us when we were locked out accidentally getting us back inside within 5 minutes of contact. I highly recommend this airbnb. Denise is an amazing host! I will definitely be back.

Denise's apartment was spotless, contained a full suite of amenities, including kitchen utensils and everything needed to smoothly and effortlessly settle in upon arrival. The apartment was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. The complex has a pool which was never crowded; there is an outdoor grill near the pool. The apartment is a short <5 minute walk from West Bay Beach (the northern end of Seven Mile Beach), and 5-10 minute walk from a major supermarket. There are a handful of local (walking distance) restaurants, including Bayside and Alfresco. Despite these amenities, the area did not feel touristy. The West Bay location is also convenient to the rest of West Bay and, while a car would simplify transport, taxis are generally available and there is a public bus system. With transport, the rest of Seven Mile Beach and the amenities offered are quite close. We had a very nice time at this apartment and are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed there. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Denise's place! It was very clean and spacious. We travelled with young kids and she provided a pack and play and beach supplies, which was very helpful. The pool was always empty and clean. It was perfect with kids. It's not the most walkable neighborhood but the beaches and grocery store are all a short drive away. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Denise was a great host, and was very helpful and thoughtful to our needs as we were traveling with our infant. The place was also brand new, and exactly as described and pictured. Good location as well, with a quick drive to seven mile beach or a walk to a couple of nearby restaurants, grocery store and west bay beach.
