Luxury 2BR Condo | Walk to Seven Mile Beach, Pools

My husband and I spent his birthday in Cayman, and this condo was the perfect place to celebrate! The surroundings were beautiful, the location was easy to get to, and we especially appreciated the privacy and peaceful setting.

Kevin was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered during my many Airbnb stays. He was incredibly attentive and quick to respond, which we truly appreciated.

The condo was exactly as described and provided everything we could have hoped for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no doubt we’ll be back here again on a future visit to Cayman. Highly recommend!

Great location, with plenty of amenities on property including a phenomenal lap pool, coupled with close-by shopping at Camana Bay.

Kevin was really attentive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and the surroundings are delightful. We had a lovely time and can’t recommend it strongly enough.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The location is off the strip but you can walk there in 20 minutes or less.

As a retired supper host, this is by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed at.  The grounds are manicured to perfection and gated.  The unit is exactly like the photos.  Spotless with a beautiful view of the pool area and canal.  Centrally located with a short walk to many restaurants and Seven mile beach.  Kevin's communication was excellent 

This unit that this central to the islands tourist corridor. Access into the unit was short and easy. Tastefully furnished with a comfy bed.

The pool area has a connecting hottub and two large grills which we used with ease.

The gym has some decent equimpent and weights to get a good workout in.

We found good value with this booking.

The host was responsive on a last min booking and even went out of their way to get us the contents that we left behind. I was super grateful.

Kevin was an outstanding host, and this was easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The condo was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic - very close to Seven Mile Beach and convenient to restaurants, shops, and everything Grand Cayman has to offer.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the entire experience felt smooth, easy, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Kevin’s place to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

Comfy beds, clean and great smelling unit. This condo is close to literally everything, seven mile beach and all the great restaurants, Camana bay is literally a 2 minute drive where there are shops and great restaurants. No complaints

We had a lovely stay at Kevin’s condo in Grand Cayman with our two kids. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, in a quiet gated community. We especially appreciated that beach chairs and sand toys were available to use, the beds were comfortable after long beach days, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful with kids. The pool was beautiful and usually very quiet, and our kids also loved the playground.

The main thing to note is that we definitely felt a car was needed, especially with children. While some places are technically walkable, the roads felt too busy for us to comfortably walk with kids. That said, everything was still very close and easy to get to by car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It is not beachfront, so having a car definitely helps, but getting around was easy and not an issue at all. Communication with Kevin was very good, which made the whole experience even better. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

Kevin’s place is beautiful and perfect for our vacation with a baby. He was very responsive and flexible on check-in/ out. Definitely recommend!

The place was great!! Very peaceful and clean complex and the apartment is overlooking the pool. Walking distance to Seven Mile beach and restaurants. I definitely recommend!

The condo was clean, spacious enough for two couples, and the amenities were great to have. The pool was nice being able to walk down and enjoy it. The gym is very small and limited but good for a little workout. Kevin was responsive and very clear with instructions. It’s in a gated community and felt very comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful pool and property. Overall an excellent and enjoyable stay. The condo was clean and modern with comfortable beds and as described . Some of the lounge chairs and umbrellas at the pool were torn and getting a bit weathered. Kevin was responsive and helpful. We could have used a spaghetti grabber, being the Italians that we are :) and the can opener was a bit of a challenge and needs replacing. Otherwise we had all that we needed. 10am check out is a bit early given that you are expected to have all towels washed and dishes in dish washer and started. Very minor things to suggest for improvements. Great restauraunts and beach within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay at Kevin's place. The condo building is newer and the community is quiet. Kevin's place looks just as pictured. We appreciated the snacks at check-in, soap for laundry and dishwasher, shampoo/conditioner, and beach chairs with umbrella. The gym isn't much, but it's perfectly fine for a mini vacation workout. There is also a nice and clean grilling area with tables by the pool. Keep in mind that you need to cross the highway to reach the beach, so if you have young kids, this might not be ideal. If you want to walk to any restaurants, you will need to walk along and/or cross a busy road. I personally think having a car is a must if you stay here.

The apartment was in a great location and our girls loved the pool. The view from the apartment was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked and their were ample towels and linens. The laundry soap and coffee pods were a nice touch. The location is convenient to almost everything. I would have given it 5 stars; however, the late check-in time and the early check-out time take almost a half day off the vacation, and the TV was not as easy and user-friendly as I had hoped. We really wanted to watch the ball drop for NYE and wasted almost the entire night trying to get it on.

This is a beautiful apartment in a new development which is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was perfect for our needs. We wanted a spacious and well-appointed self-catering apartment within easy walking distance of a peaceful patch of the glorious Seven Mile Beach and the Camana Bay shopping and entertainment precinct. The communal BBQ area next to the pool was an added bonus which we made good use of. The price was very reasonable compared to the nearby resorts and hotels, and Kevin is an extremely responsive host. The only minor disappointment was the communal gym, which was a dud from our perspective as it doesn't have a conventional treadmill, bike or stepper.

Lovely spacious flat in a modern private development. Nice new furniture, super comfy bed and a full well equipped kitchen. Immaculate pool area and nice big hot tub which was always free for the time we were there. Nice quiet location, very peaceful and safe. Short walk or very short drive to the amazing beach. I think it’s hard to find somewhere better at this price. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even nicer than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space.

Private condo, wonderful amenities I enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Definitely need to rent a car to get around but the condo is in a safe, location. Definitely will be back! I love the fact that is has a full body mirror as well.

Wonderful stay in Grand Cayman! The location was truly perfect, so central to all the shops and beaches. Easy walk to Seven Mile Beach and great restaurants. We also really enjoyed the fantastic amenities, like the gym and especially the pool – it made our trip even better. Beach towels and snorkel gear was a great addition. We truly appreciated Kevin's hospitality and quick response to our needs. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing week! The Condo was very clean & new! The amenities including the pool was perfect. The Location was very close to everything on 7mile beach & downtown. Kevin was very helpful with everything through out the process. Also was very quick to respond when we had a minor issue during the week.

I really enjoyed the stay! Everything was beautiful.The beach chairs & umbrella to bring to the beach were a plus to have since it was sooo hot and sunny, we used them everyday. The washer and dryer were awesome to have as well . We frequently swam and it was nice having the dryer so we weren't putting a wet swim suit on. Lots of appliances including a blender, toaster, and a keurig. The pool area was pretty quiet which I don't mind at all! My husband and I enjoyed the peacefulness. We rented a car and went to governors beach down the road. The location is great if you are renting a car and checking out different parts of the island (which I highly recommend). Simple check in process, he gave us a code to type into the keypad on the door. everything went so smoothly & I would rent again if I come back to cayman. He was very responsive to our questions.

This is a lovely apartment. Great cooking equipment. The pool was great and very peaceful. Used the gym, which had good weights equipment. Easy walk to the beach. Would def recommend.

Loved staying here and would definitely come back! The airbnb was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. It was 5 minutes or less from every location we went to! Close to beaches, bars, restaurants and excursions!

Really great place, would stay here again. Prime location on 7 mile yet the neighborhood is so quiet. Had a problem with the microwave, he had someone come to fix it within 15 mins. Very responsive and accommodating on early check in.

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Very spacious and cozy and close to everything in the Georgetown area. Great amenities and very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend staying here and would most definitely come back again.

Exactly as described. Bigger pool than I thought it would be. Bummed the hot tub wasn’t operational. Recommend bath mat for wet floor. And more cups and coffee cups.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped with snorkels and beach chairs, and in a perfect location—just a short walk from the beach and local spots. The host was incredibly responsive and replied very quickly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described and made for a really enjoyable trip. Would definitely stay again!
