Laguna | Relaxing Family Oasis on Seven Mile Beach

Our stay at Laguna Del Mar was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a prime location right on Seven Mile Beach. ​Kevin is an incredible host, extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful with every detail from local recommendations to flexible check-in and check-out arrangements. We had an amazing family vacation and felt right at home. ​We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here!

Kevin was extremely courteous, responsive, and helpful. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. Walkable to several restaurants and Camana Bay. Short walk to the pool and beautiful beach, with many chairs and umbrellas provided. We greatly appreciated the generous supply of hangers, bath and beach towels, and the two beach chairs and umbrella, which were very useful when visiting other beaches. Hope to be back one day. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying at Laguna Del Mar! It was perfect for our family. There was something for everyone! Our favorite part was how close of a walk it was from the pool to the beach! The house was extremely clean, and came with everything you could need/want. It’s the perfect location, and we will definitely be back!

We just spent a week at Kevin’s and it was the perfect rental for us. We were four adults and one 3 year old toddler. The condo was spotless, exactly like the pictures, the location was amazing as well. The pond behind the condo was a lovely bonus, with a lot of different turtles and birds to see every day, which was a hit with our toddler. Check in was seamless, and Kevin’s communication was top tier, you cannot go wrong booking with him. The grounds were spotless and well taken care of, including the pool and BBQ area. The beach was great as well, we pretty much had the place to ourselves at the time we were there so it was extremely quiet. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely book here again with Kevin!

Kevin was great with communication. The home was clean and we felt very safe and comfortable. The beach was wonderful! The pool on property was very clean. All of our beds were comfortable. We would definitely love to stay again!

We had an amazing time at Laguna Del Mar #36! Kevin's place is super clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Before I arrived I was a little disappointed not to be directly on the beach but once we were there I was actually happier to be on the pond side - after a full day on the beach in the sun, the pond was a welcomed, cool spot to sit before supper. The pond also had alot of wildlife to see - we liked watching the iguanas, birds, and turtles walking around. Super clean BBQ and pool area. Very comfortable beds. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, beer and wine all walking distance. Kevin was awesome and very responsive. Can't wait to go back. Great, great, spot!!

We loved our stay in Grand Cayman at Kevin’s place. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The place was so quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted. Lots of wildlife and stuff to do for the kids. There were lots of great restaurants around and the house itself was immaculate and finished to a really high standard. We were really comfortable! We’ll be back

This location is wonderful. We loved watching the wildlife the Lagoon had to offer. The pool and bbq were just steps away. The family favorite was lounging at the beach and swimming in the sea. Plenty of restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. Kevin is easy to communicate with and has local recommendations available.

I stayed here with two of my colleagues last week for a work conference at the Marriott and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and more. The location was ideal for us as it was right by the hotel, but also right on Seven Mile beach and so close to really nice restaurants and a shop. We will, without a doubt, be back!

Kevin’s home was beyond expectations. The pictures barely do it justice. The pond and the turtles outside our door enhanced the entire stay. Incredibly comfortable beds, large rooms, beautiful home overall. We look forward to making this home a reason to return. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin was always very responsive. Very quiet location. Ample space and it was good to have a small desk in one of the bedrooms for the little bit of work that I needed to do.

Phenomenal location and lovely home. The six of us had a fabulous time. We had everything we needed and Kevin was a super host. He replied promptly and gave us all the information we could possibly need for a wonderful trip.

This condo was beautiful and relaxing. The place was spotless and loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops plus we felt very safe! Took a drive to Seven Mile Beach and had lunch at Bonnie Moon’s then spent some time in the beautiful water. Swimming with the stingrays and going to the Turtle Center was the highlight of the trip. We also went to 4 of Kevin’s restaurant recommendations and all were delicious! Highly recommend the Cayman’s and Kevin’s place.

Super great property with great beach access (chairs, umbrellas already there!). Tennis court with rackets nearby too. Lots of good restaurants (Craft and Peppers are favorties). Great 3bed with lots of room for comfort (living area was great!).

This AirBNB is perfect. Don’t even question booking it. We’re pretty tough critics, and it exceeded our expectations. Great location-close to the private beach, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Beautiful surroundings- our toddler loved seeing all the turtles, chickens, and iguanas. Very peaceful. The place is very clean and had everything we needed, and Kevin was very responsive and flexible with us. I honestly can’t say enough good things. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a quick family vacation that we found to be affordable but for what we paid and the space that we got was phenomenal. The place was super clean and tidy, we actually had amenities in the bathroom which helped us out so much given we were flying internationally! Honestly we felt right at home! The bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were all super well kept, everyone had their own private space. Definitely a must stay place when we visit grand cayman again!

My stay was great! The place was exactly as described in the ad: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and beautiful. Check-in was simple, the location was convenient, and everything worked as expected. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again in the future.

Kevin's Laguna Del Mar Condo is wonderful. The home was a corner home, which was very private. The home had everything you would need, beach equipment, all kitchen items (dishes, appliances, pots/pans), toiletries, PLENTY of towels, and covered private parking. All the beds were very comfortable as well as a great working 2 zoned AC system. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday and the beach was very private although swim shoes are recommended as the shoreline is pretty rocky. This condo is in a very great location with plenty of restaurants, ice cream shop, spa and shops within walking distance. This place is the perfect home away from home for your family.

We loved staying here for our family’s first trip to the island. The place was a perfect blend of peaceful with easy access to Seven Mile Beach road with all of the restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again!

The place looks better than the pictures - which looked great to me. About 300ft to private beach (the beaches in Cayman are public - but there is no beach on either side of this one - so its basically private). The beach is rocky and water shoes are beneficial but the rocks/reef are full of fish. The water was prefect depth for my 5 year old daughter to get her feet wet in during her first time snorkeling. Kevin was very responsive and the place was immaculate and had every feature I could have asked for. This is a perfect place for a family trip.

Kevin’s place at Laguna Del Mar was great! Walking distance to Camana Bay and all the other restaurants / shops on West Bay Road nearby. Pool and bbq area were nice. Only downside (completely outside of host’s control) is that the ongoing beach erosion meant that you couldn’t really get into the water right at Laguna (but the beach ten minutes down the road was sandy!)

The condo at Laguna del Mar #36 was amazing! Exactly what our group needed! We had 4 teenagers and it was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, very spacious, great location, gorgeous property, short walk to the beach, everything we needed was provided and more! Also, Kevin was the best host, very responsive and helpful!

The home is situated in the second row from the beach which provides easy access to the beach and you're not bothered by a busy noisy beach (especially during high season). There are chairs/umbrellas to use on the beach specifically for the Laguna Bay community. The home is overlooking a nice pond with turtles. There are roosters in the neighbourhood. Friendly but noisy in the morning and will wake you up at the crack of dawn so bring some earplugs if you like to sleep in. The home is a townhouse in a row of around 5 and this is the corner lot. Neighbours were quiet and friendly. There is also a security guard on duty 24/7. It's a short walk to major grocery store (Fosters) which is situated in Camana Bay - an upscale area with lots of great restaurants overlooking the bay. The ice cream store just outside the compound is convenient and great products. Home also comes with pickle ball sets. Overall a great relaxing stay.

Wonderful location on seven mile beach, close to many activities and restaurants. The unit is a corner villa within a community with pickleball courts, a jacuzzi, a small pool and beach access. Unit was quite spacious for a family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
