Cosy 1-Bed, Pool + Sea and Dining close by

This unit was very cozy and my family enjoyed themselves especially the kids. The pool was quite enjoyable to both adults and children. This is definitely a location i will consider or recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot in Grand Cayman. It's central location was also great!

We enjoyed staying at Kevin's unit. Everything we needed was there, and the place was peaceful and cozy. Kevin was responsive and considerate throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Ideal in every way but for the initial localization!

Kevin was very helpful in sending directions to his place. it was very easy to figure out, and very easy to gain access to the room. the parking was very close, and the place has a very convenient location on the island.

Enjoyed the location of this Airbnb! Plenty of extra towels , wash clothes and sheets. Loved all the extra amenities! Loved that the pool was steps away from the apartment. Would stay here again.

Kevin was a GREAT host. Very responsive, kind, and accommodating to my requests. The location is great, close to the beautiful South Sound area and close to Grand Harbour with tons of restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Highly recommended.

I am writing to report an issue with my recent reservation. The accommodation was not provided upon my arrival, which forced me to make a last-minute alternative booking at a higher cost. Additionally, the host is refusing to process my refund through Booking.com, despite the fact that the service was not delivered. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid, as well as consideration for the additional costs I incurred due to having to secure alternative accommodation on short notice. Comfortable place to stay with everything we needed. The beach chairs were a great bonus. The area is safe, and restaurants and stores are nearby as well. Thank you for hosting us!

Kevin’s place was exactly as described and very clean. He was very responsive, especially with one small glitch we had. The location is great for us as we travel locally, island -wide. The price was a wonderful value for GCM. My advice to renters is to make sure you have bug spray if you’re planning on using the pool at dusk lol. The only thing we could’ve used that Kevin didn’t have was a small cooler for the beach, but even that wasn’t a problem with some creative thinking as the unit does have a plentiful ice maker in the freezer. The community’s quiet and safe. I recommend this rental. Thank you Kevin!

We had a lovely week here at a fully equipped & comfortable 1 bedroom home. Its located very close to Georgetown and i found it great for my morning run.

This apartment is highly recommended for your next trip to Cayman Islands. Its located in a private and quiet townhouse complex just minutes away by car from the busy George Town area, Smiths Cove and the numerous restaurants on the west side of the island.

Check-in did not require any human iteraction which I liked a lot. The apartment itself is one of the better Airbnb listings on the island and offers an expansive space which made me feel comfy. My favorite amenities were the washer/dryer, complimentary beach chairs and a generous supply of beach towels.

I had one issue with the toilet but I am mentioning it soelely to highlight how prompt and professional Kevin was in addressing and resolving my concern. I would stay here again!

Tuvimos una estadía más que placentera en este lugar, estaba perfectamente equipada para cocinar, con lavarropas y secadora además de un kit playaera que agradecemos mucho. Solo nos costó un poco llegar el primer día porque está en un complejo que comparte con Fase 3 que era más visible en la ruta, fuera de eso se puede explorar la isla entera en auto e ir a las mejores playas manejando, recomiendo Smith Cove que está cerca para hacer snorkel, también hay un sendero para caminar o correr cerca del complejo. El sepermercado Hurley también está muy cerca para hacer compras. En resumen es muy recomendable.

We had a lovely week staying close to our son. The apartment was very convenient. The supermarket and a few restaurants are very near but we needed to drive to them. The area is not really pedestrian friendly.

The location was good, the AC worked well, and the kitchen was fully stocked. However, during two of the three days of my stay, there was no hot water. I communicated this to the host, who mentioned it could take about 30 seconds for the water to warm up and said an update would be provided. I waited well beyond that time, but hot water never became available, and I did not receive a follow-up regarding the issue. The host later raised concerns about alleged damage to a table and towels. A cleaner arrived slightly early, and I informed them of a spill on the table; they said it was not an issue and that they would take care of it. I used my own personal towels for showering and only used the provided towels minimally, two beach towels and one bath towel placed on the floor to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. Communication ultimately focused on damage concerns rather than resolving the lack of hot water, which significantly affected the stay.

Really great place, spacious and lots of light right in the middle of a nice development. Everything in Grand Cayman is expensive but this was very reasonable. I’d stay here again

Great spot. Well located for getting around. Kevin very easy and good to deal with. I would recommend to others.

I think this cozy one bedroom was all it needed to be. It felt like home but a home away from home, you could still feel the vacay vibes.

We stayed at Kevin's place for four days. It was peaceful and comfortable. No regrets.

Great place and very responsive host. Super clean and little extras like beach chairs and umbrella make a difference. If you are looking for the cutlery check out the drawer on the counter facing the dining table.

First I must say Kevin’s place was a home away from home. I loved my welcome package the place was clean, with the pool steps away from the house. I gave a 4 star because there’s no tv in the bedroom and I’m a tv person at night, other than that clean towels ac, beach chairs everything you will need is there. Thanks again Kevin
