The condo was airy, open and stocked and furnished perfectly for a family. The beach and pool were right outside the patio window. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Kevin was promptly responsive and check in and check out were flexible with advance communication. We enjoyed the stay

Place matches pictures and was wonderful! Steps from beach and pool. The ocean was a bit rocky and some seaweed but our kids still loved playing in it. Convenient location. Under 20 minutes to all the places we went. Grocery stores close by. Home was nice. In addition to ac, there are ceiling fans in every room so it was easy to keep the temperature cool. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed Kevin’s place and would come again!

Our family had a great time on our recent visit to Grand Cayman. Caribbean Paradise is in a very convenient location to tour the island. It's a short drive to the airport, Seven Mile Beach, Rum Point, Spotts Beach, and restaurants. You will need a car, but we took Kevin's recommendation to book a car through Budget, and it was so easy and convenient. The condo is really nicely appointed, more spacious than the photos, and has a great view of the water. The beach is clean and quiet, but it does have a fair amount of seaweed in the water, not a big deal, but worth knowing. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation.
It’s a clean unit. Two bedrooms with individual showers which is nice. Nice kitchen space. There is a washer and dryer. Parking can be a little tight if you have a larger car. About a 15 minute drive to seven mile beach area and grocery store (Kirk’s). You definitely need a car to get around if staying here. The beach you can walk to from your unit is not swimmable and lots of seaweed. The pool is pretty clean- minimal shade. It was a great unit for my parents and my husband and I to stay close to the seven mile area. About a 5 minute drive to Smith Barracuda Beach which is apparently good for snorkeling (we didn’t have a chance to go) and 45 minutes from Rum Point (worth checking out Kaibo).

Kevin‘s place was great and he was very helpful and responsive initially I was surprised with the later than normal check-in time. However he was very accommodating and we were able to get into our place much sooner. The place itself was perfect for our family. My wife appreciated the attention to detail Kevin had placed in his house. The beach and the pool area were great for the kids. The beach in the back has a lot of seaweed and not really something I went inside of however it was nice to look at at sunset and walk on the beach. There’s a nice grill that we used once to make some hotdogs. It is on the south side and not walkable to any restaurants. However, if you rented a car like we did, you’ll be absolutely fine.

Caribbean Paradise was the perfect spot close to everything, very quiet and peaceful. It felt like home away from home with everything we needed from entertainment to the kitchen to the pool and surroundings. We would definitely stay here again. Our host Kevin was proactive and provided us with details on every aspect of the unit and house rules. A wonderful vacation.
My family and I had a wonderful week here. Check in and communication with the host was easy and convenient, and he allowed us to drop our bags at the location early and have a slightly early check in as well. The unit was spotless on our arrival and very conveniently located for access to the nearby beach and everything else the island had to offer. It was spacious and comfortable and came well supplied for our week there. We enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend it!

We loved staying here. The main room feels very spacious and we loved going out to the beach for sunset. The kids loved the bunk beds. It was a good location to all the points of the island we wanted to see.

Great location and worth every penny.
This place was beautiful and spacious, walkable to the pool and beach. The beach itself wasn’t great as there was a lot of seaweed but still nice to relax on. The one thing I would recommend is getting a rental car if you are going to stay here. Taxi to 7 mile beach roundtrip was almost $100 US. The closets restaurant walking is over 30mins away (and it’s hot!). The unit is great but you really need a car for this place to work.
We enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Paradise, we enjoyed the beach, pool and the tennis court. Our family will be back again for another stay. We love the South Sound location which is close to restaurants and local shopping centers. Thank you for the great vacation home.

We enjoyed our time in this fully equiped unit with spacious living areas and bedrooms. Definitely having laundry was a nice bonus. We will miss the beautiful beach and our chicken friends!
The condo has a good view of a nice quiet beach-a little harder to swim but just have to walk on the sea grass. Really enjoyed having a quiet area compared to the busy other beaches. The beds and linens were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It was in a good location to explore both west and east side of island but not really walkable to restaurants. Kevin was extremely responsive and hope we get to come back.
Conveniently located for our purposes as it was near where our friends lived. A row of houses behind the sea with sea views from the living room and main bedroom.
Had everything we needed - dishwasher, fridge, oven etc as well as nice hot showers.
Didn’t use the pool (it wasn’t too clean when we were there).

The property was large, clean, well equipped and literally on the beach. The beach was lovely and quiet, great for a morning and evening walk. Not comparable to seven mile beach for swimming but we preferred the quieter location and then driving to a nicer beach during the day.

This place was a perfect airbnb for the few days I was in grand cayman. We rented a car and it was super close to the beach’s, restaurants, and anything you wanted to do. This place was also a 20 second walk to the beach on the property and was very fun. Kevin was also very helpful and responded very fast. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again!
I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Cayman Islands. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to look out at the pool from my patio made it even more relaxing. The space was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a getaway. The host was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Our family had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman. The Airbnb met our basic needs, was clean, large and comfortable. The kitchen was unfortunately poorly stocked so you will need to buy cooking oil, spices, etc. Very limited when it comes to kitchen utensils which was problematic when we tried to make anything that wasn’t absolutely basic. The unit also had holes in the wall, scuff marks and dents which don’t show in the pictures. Kevin himself was very responsive and helpful - when I let him know a beach chair was broken, he sent a new one. I also let him know the listing inaccurately mentioned a bbq and he was quick to respond and apologize. The pool in the complex is great and very close to the unit. The beach is lovely although filled with sargassum and unusable during our visit. Overall we had a good stay.
Our family had a great week at Kevin’s in Grand Cayman. Location is great, close to Georgetown and central for all our plans. Condo was very clean and had all the linens, towels and kitchen supplies we needed. Nice pool area. Beach isn’t the most swimable but nice for walking.

Kevin was a great host, who is quick to respond and get things fixed when needed. Clean, spacious and safe condo. The pool and beach are steps away. Going into town, visiting other spots and location from the airport wasn’t longer than 25 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and I would consider staying again in the future.

The place is exactly like it says. Convenient to every part of the island on a busy road but only during rush hours. Other than that easy access. Centrally located to West Bay and East End which was extremely beneficial as our group did everything the island had to offer! And then some!
This was our first time staying with Kevin. The accommodations and location were what we were looking for. We enjoyed the access to beach and pool, and the living space was clean and felt open. Other than regular wear and tear (scratches on mirror dents on misc. furniture) it was a very beautiful stay and everything was tidy and available. Kevin was responsive to inquiries. The only thing was the main bedroom shower slider door was off the rail so that was dangerojs, it was too heavy for us to maneuver so we leaned it against the toilet stand. Kevin was responsive and noted the problem. It was Christmas Eve/day during our stay so it wasn’t resolved but it’s a holiday and I’m glad no one did come out for Christmas! If needed we would stay here again.
Kevin was very responsive, and his place was spacious and comfortable. The easy access to the beach was great. A rental car is highly advised as most places were not walking distance away.
