Beach Paradise – 1 Bedroom Home

Excelente atención por parte de Kevin, siempre muy atento a las consultas y el lugar era muy lindo y limpio

It was a very nice location in West Bay, closer to grocery stores and amenities. If you have a car, it’s an excellent place to stay; even without one, it's manageable. Grocery stores are about a 20-minute walk, with easy access to the beach.

Kevin is a responsive and helpful host. His home is located off the main highway, about a 20-minute walk to the grocery store and across a section of the beach. He provides beach equipment, which was perfect for us since we planned to spend most of our time there.

If you’re planning to do a lot of sightseeing, shopping, or dining, I would recommend having a car, as there isn’t much within easy walking distance. There is also a flight of exterior stairs leading to the apartment, which may be worth considering if mobility is a concern.

Overall, the home was perfect for what we were looking for, and we would happily recommend it.

The place was clean, comfy, and conveniently located. I absolutely 100% recommend. Kevin was also quick to reply anytime that we had a question. Fantastic stay!

We really loved this very clean, modern, and cozy unit that was walking distance from the most beautiful beach - Seven Mile. The kitchen was well equipped (need to buy your own seasonings and oil) and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was great that they provided beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and sun umbrella. We were happy we rented a car, which was great for exploring different beaches and restaurants on the island. It was wonderful to have an assigned parking spot right on the premises. Kevin was great at responding quickly to any questions we had before and during our visit. Would highly recommend staying here!

I had a great time on Kevin’s place. The apartment is exactly as described, pristine clean, 3 minutes walking from the beach. Great location . Kevin is professional and friendly. Thank you so much and I ll be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Kevin had great recommendations for us and was very thoughtful with his communication. The area was peaceful…few minutes walk to the beach, and not far from great restaurants in West Bay. We would be happy to come back!

Great place with easy access to the beach!

Location was great and close drive to Seven Mile Beach, West Bay, and all the restaurants and shops plus can walk across the street to the beach. Place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was shower was pretty small. Other than place was great and host was great.

Kevin’s place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our time here. We’d definitely stay again and look forward to coming back in the future.

We were so happy with the stay thos week; the place was pristine, clean, fresh and so comfortable. Kevin was such a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly. All the activities we planned were well within a 10-15 min drive and the best part was being across the street from 7 mile Beach which is paradise!! The kitchen is fully equipped with quality items and dishware; huge washer/dryer and you get laundry soap too. Nice beach towels are available as well as bath towels which are very clean and crisp. Parking is great, and it's near Foster's, a super good supermarket. I can't to be back for our next vacation & will definitely book with Kevin again!

Peaceful area. Only thing is the shower area is so small, very hard to move around in there. The apartment was nice and clean.

Kevin was very responsive. Answered all our questions. No surprises. Outstanding host.

This is an amazing place in West Bay. The unit is newly decorated, clean and exactly like described. The location is great and easy to find and quiet at night! Our host was responsive and helpful and kept in constant communication with us. The added bonus of a dedicated parking place was awesome too. I look forward to coming back and enjoying it again soon.

This place was awesome! Very unassuming when you arrive, but once we walked in the doors to see and smell how clean it was, we were hooked! What a cozy place to sleep and relax! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this place. Very clean and comfortable bed, will definitely return!

It met my needs and was easy and had lots of towels.

Excellent place will book this same property on my trip to Cayman Islands

It was great felt homey, space was nice and clean. Great location

Kevin is very timely with his response to any questions. We were only there 2 nights and all went well. Very comfy bed.

Kevin was kind and attentive, responded quickly and was extremely helpful.

Such an awesome spot! Right next to the beach

Kevin is a great host- the house was perfect and ideally located with best snorting spot right in front! We had a blast.

Beautiful condo. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. It is across the street from the public access to the beach. Kevin provided two beach chairs and an umbrella which was a nice touch as we were able to get good use of them. The condo is about an 8 minute drive to seven mile beach and many great restaurants. There is a grocery store about 4 minutes away. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host was kind and accommodating and the unit was clean and very modern. I would definitely stay again. 5 stars

The location is great, and the renovations are very new. Kevin is very friendly and provides professional service from a guest's standpoint. The 7km beach is paradise and perfect for relaxation.
