Aqua Bay Premium 7Mile Beach Family Unit

Kevin’s place was outstanding. Even better than the pictures. I hate they will be tearing down Aqua Bay.

Also, kevin was very accommodating with our check-In and check out. Would stay at any of his properties again!

Kevin was an excellent host. The place was spotless, right on the beach, and in the perfect location. Kevin was incredibly helpful and responded immediately whenever we had a question. It was a peaceful, wonderful trip, and we can't wait to come back!!!

All I can say is wow, this location was amazing and we picked the right time to go. The beach foot steps away was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I will definitely be back, hoping that this place is not replaced by the high rise advertised in front.

Aqua bay was truly an incredibly place to stay! Beach was beautiful, pool was great, condo was comfortable and was perfect for our family! Kitchen has everything you need and it felt like being at home. Kevin was a great host - check in was extremely easy and he was very communicative when needed. Highly recommend Aqua Bay!!!

El departamento es Mejor que las fotos, todo renovado, limpio y cómodo. Tenes la playa de seven miles a tus pies. Una zona muy tranquila, casi sin gente en la playa y en el mar, nada que ver con la zona donde están los hoteles donde tenes filas de sombrilla con gente, acá es una paz total, nos pasábamos horas en el agua con los inflables que hay en el departamento. A 3 minutos en auto hay un súper Foster donde podes comprar de todo. La comunicación con Kevin fue inmejorable, respondía cualquier consulta a los minutos y nos permitió ingresar unas horas del horario del ckeck in, así que estamos muy agradecidos. Volveríamos a elegir este lugar sin duda si volvemos.

Great location. It was perfect for our family. Loved being on the beach and waking up to that gorgeous view every morning. Close enough to walk to things but far enough from the busy crowded area. Had the pool to ourselves at times. The condo was clean and has everything we needed. Great to be able to prepare a few meals there. Communication with the host was always very responsive. Will be going back for sure.

Aqua Bay Beach Club was everything we’d hoped for! Quiet and on the most beautiful beach! We had everything we needed at the condo including the scenery.

Aqua Bay is a beautiful condo complex on 7 Mile Beach. Our condo was very clean with a very modern kitchen and bath. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. The pool and its surroundings are perfect. Beach access was easy with lots of beach chairs.

We booked the condo mainly because of its short walk to the Cemetary--a great snorkeling spot. Unfortunately we experienced high surf during our entire 9 day stay. It was difficult to access the water. When we did, the water was sturred up with poor visibilty. We did all of our snorkeling at Eden Rock, which is welll protected. We later found out that the northern location on the beach meant more exposure to the surf. We learned that staying further south closer to Governers Beach would have meant less surf.

Aqua Bay is a great choice, however, we just got unlucky with the weather system that caused high surf.

We had a great stay at Kevin’s condo! The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous. It was nice to have the beach and pool a few steps away from the condo. You really don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to! The closest walkable restaurant was about a 20ish minute walk along the beach, it was kind of exhausting so we only did that once! But we knew that ahead of time and had rented a car to explore the island and other restaurants. The place was stocked with some essentials but we did have to buy things like cooking oil, coffee and paper towels after we used up what was there. No big deal. Had everything else needed for cooking at the unit. Nice having a dishwasher and laundry as well. The rooms are very spacious as is the whole condo! Kevin was great and responsive at all times! Would stay here again!

Kevin's place was absolutely wonderful! So clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The view is amazing and the property is so quiet and peaceful. Kevin is a 5 star host. I can't recommend this place enough and hope to come back here again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Kevin’s condo! It was extremely clean, very spacious, and conveniently located near several great excursion companies and restaurants. The space is larger than the pictures look. The view is amazing and the screened-in balcony is a huge plus. The beach was extremely private and we never had an issue finding a nice place to lounge. We will definitely be staying here again!

Aqua Bay is a lovely, small condo complex. It’s peaceful, private, and directly on 7 mile beach. The condo is well appointed with everything you need. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

We had a relaxing and peaceful baby moon at Kevin’s place! Everything was exactly as described and Kevin was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here, again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The beach and water at his area of 7-Mile were beautiful. The condo was as expected. The communication from Kevin was very responsive.

Perfect location and Condo. Far enough from Cruise terminal and resorts made for quiet days on great stretch of 7 mile beach. Condo was clean and had all amenities including washer and dryer. Kevin was a great host and was very responsive to any questions and even help book a stingray tour. Would definitely return again .

We had a wonderful stay at Kevins condo on West Bay Beach in Grand Cayman. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing beachfront getaway. It’s an easy walk to the Bonnie Moon at the Westin and several other great beachfront restaurants, which made dining out super convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. Kevin was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Bay. Condo was absolutely perfect. The view and beach here are stunning, one of best in Caribbean for sure. Host was outstanding very responsive. Heartbreaking they are going to tear down and build a high rise or we would be back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aqua Bay and Kevin was a fantastic host. Great communication throughout the booking and check-in process. The unit is an absolute gem. Great views of seven mile beach along with a perfect pool area. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and beach/pool toys. We are able to arrive early and check in thanks to Kevin's generosity. Would absolutely come back and stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Kevin’s condo at Aqua Bay Club! Kevin was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach and amenities were outstanding—the pool, hot tub, and grounds were all fantastic and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. We wished we could have stayed longer and would absolutely return without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay in Kevin's condo at Aqua Bay. This is a great part of seven mile beach. Still beautiful waters and snorkeling, but further away from the busy area. Very little foot traffic on the beach.

The condo is great - large bedrooms, large living room, very well stocked kitchen, good WiFi, and a beautiful view of the Ocean. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. It had everything we needed. Kevin was very responsive to any questions and proactively gave some great recommendations.

West Bay is just North with a huge Foster's grocery and some other shopping. Also some really great restaurants and fun activities close by. Seven mile beach is just South with tons more restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Grand Cayman.
