7mile Beachfront! 3 bedroom family beach condo

The place is very well kept and looks just like the pictures. Steps from a beautiful and very peaceful beach. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with anything that was needed during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The bedroom setup was great for our family of five. We did wish there was a bathroom on the lower/living room level though. The location was awesome to get around to everywhere on the island! So close to the airport and 7 mile beach! The beds were decently comfortable, not the best ever but ok. We loved that they had some beach gear, like chairs and umbrella. We added to the gear with a cooler and some charcoal for the grill! The kitchen was decently equipped to cook simple meals, although we wished there were some basics like salt, pepper and sugar. Overall a great stay in Grand Cayman and we would stay here again!

I highly recommend Kevin’s place. The patio will give you spectacular sunsets, the condo complex is quiet, and has many areas to seat outside to enjoy the beach view or the pool. The condo is super spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach gear for the days you go exploring other beach areas. The location is ideal, you have restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery. There are many things to do around and other great beaches to check out. The beach out front is small but gives you a great little reef to snorkel. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay with great views, snorkeling and location, this is it!

Kevin’s condo was super nice and right on the beach. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our week. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay on the beach.

The place is in a well kept apartment complex which is steps away from a strip mall. The apartment is very spacious, super clean and well furnished. The condo is beach front on 7 mile beach. It has a great pool as well. Kevin as a host was amazing. Quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating. He let us drop-off the bags before our check-in time. Highly recommend both the place and Kevin.

The place was very comfortable. We spent a good amount of time at the beach on property but also drove to others for variety. I recommend getting a rental car. The off-season rate we paid was very reasonable.

Kevin's place was perfect for our needs (a small team in George Town for a work event). It was ready even before the agreed time, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Its location is really good, and access by car is easy (great parking spot next to the entrance). The view of the beach is lovely, and having both pool and sea right there for a quick swim is great! Would definitely return!

Great condo on the ocean with good space for family. Snorkeling right off shore and there were beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkels available in the unit. Not crowded, always a chair available. My only wish was for a wider beach area to play beach games and less rocky entrance to the ocean. Would rent again!

The beach access, including provided chairs, is quite convenient. Even during a busy season over the holidays the overall property was relatively peaceful compared to the packed hotels. It's easy to walk, taxi, or drive to other beaches when you want some variety. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Daniel was easy to reach when we had questions before and during the stay.

Daniel was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Located in a great location and very close to the water. His place is as listed. Fully equipped kitchen and had everything we needed.

Dan’s place was in a good location with access to a nice beach that can be easily viewed from the patio. Dan was a super host and responded to all questions immediately. Thanks for the great stay!

We greatly enjoyed Daniel's condo on 7 mile beach. The complex is great, parking easy, and well located to the area amenities. The condo itself is nicely updated, well equipped, and comfortable. We stayed here two weeks and it worked out well.

Daniel was great and very responsive. The condo was perfect for us. Quiet and peaceful yet walkable to anything you need. Would stay there again without a doubt!
