Perfect place to stay near 7 miles beach! Very well equipped with upscale amenities. Beach towels and chairs. Great mattresses. Second story bedrooms provide good privacy.

Great stay! The property had excellent amenities and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guides provided were very helpful, the location was in a lovely area just a short walk from the beach, and the host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Good location across the street from the beautiful beach. The water was amazing. Close to good restaurants and grocery. Had rental car making it convenient to get around although driving on the left was a bit challenging. Townhome was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. A wonderful vacation.

It was a great place with plenty of quiet privacy and five minute walk from the beach. Bright big bedrooms and spacious for a big family and group. Definitely recommend the place. Parking included. Host is very communicative and helpful with local tips. Definitely recommend the place!! Equipped with you everything you need like back home. Close to grocery and convenient stores.

Public access beach, the beach has no rocks in the water so perfect for safety. Local vibe, layed back. Foster’s is down the road. convent all around for exploring the island. Be back soon! Great spot to book

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place! The space was spotless, exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to a very clean and quiet beach. Kevin answers all inquiries in a very professional and timely manner.

The place has everything you need and much more. From beach chairs, personal small rain umbrellas, extra towels, coffee pods and much more. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, which made it feel cozy and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was organized beautifully.

I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Kevin’s place was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. And the sound of roosters crowing in the morning.

We arrived early and a young lady a couple of doors down was nice enough to let us inside the property (I think she was the manager)That was greatly appreciated! The place was nice and clean. I like that it was walkable to a beautiful beach. I would have gave this place a five star however there were a few things missing and when I tried to communicate, I didn’t get a response until hours later or the next day. Overall I enjoyed this place and I would recommend it to anyone.

This place was perfect and exactly what we needed. We were within a 5-10min drive of stunning beaches, yummy restaurants, and pick up spots for various tours. The place had great AC and amenities especially the beach chairs that had little cooler packs in the back for cold drinks.

Kevin’s place was a gem. Dedicated parking completely safe area very clean property and the beach is absolutely amazing the nicest pure white beach I’ve ever seen was less than a 4 min walk from the Airbnb - and if your lazy you can drive and park 300’ from the ocean. We dined at resorts all along 7 mile beach all were great and this Italian seafood and steak restaurant called Luca was to die for! House was great all appliances high end and spotless, beach chairs in the closet were super comfortable. The beach by the house was nicer than the beach at the ritz! Great value would definitely book again. Bedrooms at opposite sides of the house provides a lot of privacy - great setup. We rented from budget cheap and great having a car was definitely the way to go - drive on the left was easy. Thanks Kevin!

Lovely place

Kevin is the ideal host - super friendly, very responsive, and clear with instructions on check-in/check-out. He also dropped off a new toaster and fixed our remote control. The apartment is exactly as advertised, very comfortable, and located in the best spot - we went to a different beach every day during our week-long stay and found that the best beaches were essentially right across the street. We're so happy with our stay!

Our family came for my son's wedding. There were 6 of us and plenty of room. Great location, short walk to beach and he provides everything you need, chairs, towels and snorkeling gear. I highly recommend and hope to return again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The place was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family of 5 (with 3 children). Located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of public beach access. We rented a car so we would have the freedom to explore so we especially loved a dedicated parking spot. Kevin was friendly, responsive and also gave great recommendations. I appreciated the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and towels he had available. I read so many reviews and honestly our stay far exceeded my expectations. We will most definitely be back.

Would love staying at Kevin's place… It's right across the street from seven Mile Beach and easy to access other areas of the island, either by public transportation or in your own car… There is a parking spot designated for the condo. Kevin is very quick to respond to requests. This is our second time staying, and we will certainly be back again.

Kevin's quiet West Bay airbnb was a very comfortable, private, quiet accommodation. We enjoyed our stay at this modern, updated apartment. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot close to the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could cook breakfast and we really enjoyed the comfortable beds. We were impressed with the comfort of the air conditioning and how quiet it was. Kevin was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here or at another property that Kevin manages on Cayman Island. The restuarants that we enjoyed like Tukkas and Macabuca are close by and the nearby beach within walking distance is very nice.

Great location walking distance to beach, quiet peaceful area!

The Airbnb was in a great location just a two minute walk to seven mile beach, it was a more quiet area of the beach. It was also only about a 20 minute walk along the shore to a couple of great beachfront restaurants. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The accomodations were exactly what we expected. The kitchen had all of the ammenities we needed, it was a short walk to the beach and the beds were very comfortable! The patio is a lovely, private area to sit outside and enjoy. Thanks Kevin! We'd stay here again! Rhonda

great place to stay, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy the time.

The location is the best part of booking the condo. The bed sheets where comfy & soft. We arrived early so it was nice of the host to allow us to drop our luggage a bit before check in. We felt safe at unit. I think the bedding was the best part. So nothing against the host, however they need to stay on thier housekeeping team. We had hair hanging in both showers all over. The housekeeping just not up to par. They need thier maintenance team to check the details of the bathroom hardware just coming out of the wall. So its just the price we paid, I expect those things to be better. The TV was not working in the one bedroom.

Very clear, well stocked place. The only disadvantage for elderly is the bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs. We only stayed one night due to a cancelled flight, so it worked very well for us.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was great — right across the road from the beach, & near the supermarket.

The condo from the beginning when we pulled up was extremely quaint well kept and easy to access. The inside of the condo was just like the pictures and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host provided tons of information for shopping and opportunities to enjoy Cayman Islands. It was a five minute walk to 7 mile beach with gorgeous views. We utilized all the amenities in the kitchen so that some nights we could cook dinner for ourselves. The entire stay was extremely peaceful, and comfortable. It felt like home and the free Wi-Fi and access to the smart TVs was a plus.

The place was exactly as described. Had lots of towels and extra blankets for comfort. Was very clean. Easily accessible. And helpful through the stay.

Kevin was a great host and the place was as advertised. Although we would have loved to be on the beach, Kevin’s place was only a couple minute walk and the place itself met all of our needs. Very good location overall.

It’s a 3 minute walk max to 7 mile beach and the place was clean and comfortable. It also had a parking spot too!

Amazing place and a great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay for our first visit to Grand Cayman! The unit was exactly as pictured. It is a very short walk to a beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach and is also quite close to Cemetery Beach, where we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling from the shore. Located in a nice quiet area of West Bay but with easy access to restaurants and shops close by. Our host, Kevin, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this for a lovely vacation stay!

We were really glad that we extended our stay for another week at Kevin’s place. He was very kind, responded promptly, and the home was clean and private. We had great proximity to 7 mile beach and the grocery store was less than a mile away. Both bathrooms are located upstairs. There was a nice, small and private back patio perfect for when it was too windy at the beach. I was pleased to find available Netflix for the unit on both TVs.

Kevin was a very responsive host. There were a few issues that put a damper on our trip and experience. Kevin did do his best at resolving them quickly. The location is great, super close from a very beautiful section of 7 mile beach. A grocery store is just about a 4 minute drive or 20 min walk. The beds were very comfortable too!

Great place, quiet part of 7 Mile Beach, short walk to the beach and good snorkeling, great snorkeling at Cemetary Beach a walk up the beach (or an even shorter drive :). Prompt communication, clean, everything as a family of 4 needed. Thanks Kevin!

Was a great spot for us and the kids. There’s a beautiful beach just across the road with great snorkelling for the kids. Short drive to everything else we wanted. Would definitely recommend going here.

My family had an amazing stay at this place! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The place was spotless, beautifully updated, and had a modern feel that made it even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the best beaches across the street. Stores for groceries near. The location is close to everything. Kevin was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation spot! 5 stars all around! We can not say enough wondeful things. We will be recommending him to anyone going to Grand Cayman.

Great place, we'd certainly go back! A 2 minute walk to 7-mile beach. Beautiful condo; 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, and a nice living room and well appointed kitchen on the first level. Clean and bright. End unit in a 6 unit building. Very quite area.

It’s quiet, in an excellent location on the island, right across from 7 mile beach, and super easy to get around. Kevin is very responsive, generous, and easy to connect with. We will be back!

We (family of 3) were already on the island and decided to extend our trip by 2 days so we managed to snag Kevin’s place last minute.

We were just happy to get a place last minute that we had no expectations but the place was amazing! It was even better than the place we had come from. It was spotless, extremely well equipped and very nicely renovated.

The location was perfect too. An easy walk to a very nice part of Seven Mile Beach, and a 2 minute drive to Fosters supermarket. Far enough out of the main tourist areas to be relaxed, but close enough to all the amenities.

Next time we come to Grand Cayman, this will be the first place I check when we try to book a place. Highly recommended.

Kevin's spot was so wonderful! Clean! Close to beautiful beach! Spacious! Comfy beds and accommodating. We extended our work trip to enjoy a few more days on Cayman - SO HAPPH WE DID! Love how walkable it was to beach and accessible public bus! Wish we could've stayed a week... month longer! Thank you!

Kevin is a superb host - he’s friendly, informative, and responsive. His place is walking distance to the most beautiful beach - we love everything about it! It’s lovely, clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have just about everything you need in terms of utensils/appliances and toiletries. There’s plenty of storage space for your clothes, groceries, etc. as well. We can’t wait to return to Grand Cayman and stay at Kevin’s place again!
