Muy buen lugar, con vistas muy bonitas!

Das Appartement hat eine tolle Lage in George Town - so sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vor allem auch der Seven Mile Beach schnell zu erreichen. Die Maisonette-Wohnung eignet sich, um Urlaub mit Freunden oder mit der Familie zu machen und befindet sich in einer angenehmen Anlage in direkter Nähe zu einer kleinen Bucht. Kevin war ein wirklich netter Gastgeber, der schnell und freundlich antwortet.

Eine Sache, die erwähnt werden sollte: die Wohnung bräuchte mal wieder eine kleine Auffrischung. Dann bietet sie sich jedoch super an, um diese schöne Insel zu erkunden.

This was a great location. Walkable to restaurants and other beaches. Enjoyed snorkeling here and had great views. The condo was well equipped

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is immaculately clean and a central location. A couple things to note— 5 pm check-in was not ideal. That’s the latest check-in we’ve ever had anywhere. The pull-out bed had a plastic cover on it (super uncomfortable and noisy when moving) and no bedding available other than sheets for the first night. Kevin made sure to make this right when I contacted him the next day sending a mattress cover and proper bedding. We were also super disappointed to see that there was not a tennis net at the tennis court pictured. He made this right by arranging a free rental at a local court. Overall, the condo is great and we would stay here again, but I did want to let my fellow Airbnb travelers know about these things. Not trying to be too picky, but it’s a substantial amount to pay and these things are worth noting. Again, beautiful and clean condo. Great communication. The chilled diet cokes were a fun surprise! Hoping for 4PM and 11AM check-in/out next time 😉

The stay was a pleasant experience. The Air bnb was clean and had thoughtful amenities. Kevin was very responsive. The check in time is after 5 pm however which is a long wait for a weekend experience. Overall it was a good stay!

The location was great! Walkable to many places, and awesome snorkeling right at the property! The two story apartment was great for those who wanted to stay up while others went to bed. Lots of privacy and shared space

This was the 2nd property I rented from Kevin. once again, he was delightful to deal with. Easy to communicate. very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

The condo complex is right on the 7 mile beach (waterfront). It is well kept, spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Close to city centre and close to a bunch of bars and restaurant.

I would definitely be renting from Kevin again.

Great place to stay! The wind had picked up so it wasn’t the best to snorkel at the location, but no fault to anyone for that. Clean and very quiet location !

I can't even begin to explain how lovely it was to stay at Kevin's condo! My partner and I had booked another place that unfortunately did not match the photos shown, or have the amenities that were listed. In a last minute change, we were able to switch over Airbnb's the next day. Our entire trip turned upside down. My partner and I spent our 4 year anniversary here, and it was absolutely stunning. From the pristine cleanliness, to the most gorgeous private beach not even 20 feet away, to an immaculate ac unit that did not quit, haha! The condo is stunning, decorated so quaint and elegant, along with the most comfortable bedding ever! Kevin was incredibly responsive with competitive pricing to the surrounding areas! When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

Lovely condo completely furnished and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fantastic & I really like having a shower for cleaning up outside. The shower didn’t work 1 day but was very quickly fixed. Having a pool is wonderful and the landscape is excellent.

Grapetree is a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We took public transportation everywhere, even up to Rum Point . Everyone is friendly and always helpful. The grounds and pool are exactly as you see in photos. Hope to visit again ! Kevin is very responsive and always very helpful.

First time on the Island and we'll come back to both the Caymans and Kevin's place. Great location. Beautiful beach and pool. Walkable to restaurants and morning latte's! Kevin was a terrific host and very responsive. The house included beach chairs and umbrella and some coffee pods to get the morning started. The place was spacious and clean. 10 outta 10

Had a great stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The view was fantastic and made mornings and evenings extra special. The neighborhood is excellent safe, lively, and walkable, with tons of great restaurants and cafés just steps away. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved having a view of the water while drinking morning coffee. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We liked having a car to explore the island. The condo looks like the pictures. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The kitchen and baths look recently remodeled. It was nice that laundry and dishwasher tabs were there for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the condo was great . We had an excellent view of the pool and ocean . The host was very kind and always responded quickly to our questions / requests. Highly recommended !

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect! Right on the water with beautiful ocean views, and within walking distance of small restaurants. The unit was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. We loved the balcony, easy dedicated parking space, and the beach access with a path and ladder into the gorgeous water. Sunsets were amazing. The pool was cleaned often, and the host was fantastic, quick to respond and helpful with all my questions. Keypad entry made check-in super easy. Inside, the beds were very comfortable, the closets had plenty of hangers, and the Keurig coffee with snacks and starter pods was a great touch. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely come back

Great stay at Kevin’s place. We enjoyed the pool and beach most days and had some good food within walking distance from condo. The Bird and Thai Orchid were 2 places we ate and enjoyed. The check-in and checkout process was easy. The snorkeling off the condo beach was great. Beds were comfy and was a relaxing stay.

The apartment is well located 10-20 minutes to the main activities and areas. The little attentions such as snorkeling and beaches equipments make the difference.

What to say about the view over the ocean and the ocean right behind the backwards 🥰😍🥰. You can go snorkeling right behind the property.

Kevin is really responsive and accommodating. I recommend 💯 and will come back to this place for sure.

Kevin’s place was great it was centrally located and had a designated parking spot with ample parking. Kevin’s place was clean and spacious. The interior had a modern updated decor theme. The grounds were kept clean . The pool Directly in the back of unit was convenient. The small beach area is nice but not swimmable due to the iron shore. Still the beach was nice to take pictures. Would def stay at this property again .

Great place! Ocean front and a pool were a great to finish our nights. Great location with plenty to do and you are not too far away from anything on the island. I was really happy with the our stay. I would definitely return here if I go back to the Cayman Islands!

We made a last minute booking and were given immediate occupancy. The unit is on the second and third floors of the building (no elevator). Kitchen, laundry, and living area are on the main floor of the unit, with bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. The unit was spacious, clean, nicely updated, and tastefully decorated. The grounds were peaceful and well-kept, with a dedicated parking spot for the unit. A great grocery store is nearby. The beach area is small, but not crowded at all. Accessing the sea requires walking around a bit of rocks and climbing down a ladder, so water shoes are definitely recommended. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay for our first trip to Grand Cayman. Location was excellent, property was extremely clean and matched the description. The complex was quiet and great for families. Amenities provided were great and Cayman handy.

Our only takeaways were a cooler to hold drinks while at the beach would have been nice to maximize time spent. The coffee maker was a single cup and we were expecting a coffee pot, which would have been nice.

Lastly, air conditioning was great with the exception of it maybe being on a timer where it would get warmer at certain parts of the day making the upstairs warm.

We had a great stay. If we came back we would definitely rent a car. Taxi service got a little expensive. Only thing I would have preferred was an umbrella option for the beach out front.

We appreciated how carefully Kevin prepared for guests. From the complementary soaps, coffees, and beach towels, to his flexibility in working with our early arrival. Everything about our stay was just perfect. I highly recommend this lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach and pool were great, we couldn't get our son out of the water :) The locations is perfect, along 7mile beach and walkable to so many great restaurants and shopping. Our favourite part was the view from the balcony and watching the unforgettable sunset every night! Would definitely love to stay again!

We had a great stay here with our family of 4. The place was just as described and true to photos shown. The location was great, access to the beach was perfect snd it is close to anything you need. House had necessities and was very clean. Kevin was very responsive and an amazing host! Definitely worth the price!

The location was perfect! It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and 7 mile beach. The beach right out front of the condo is quiet and was great for snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and was easy to find. Host was very responsive. In my honest opinion a 5pm check in and 9am check out times are not the best but the host did try to be as flexible as he could which we appreciated. Backyard of place was beautiful and peaceful and airbnb is near a lot of local spots which was nice. Would 10/10 use again

Great place with parking, but also walkable to nearby restaurants. The access to the beach and its sunsets is outstanding. Only drawbacks is the late checking at 5PM and the early checkout at 9AM. We had to ask for an hour extension on the checkout. I never seen hours like this before in all my years of using rentals. Both bathrooms are upstairs so is very inconvenient. Finally, instructions for checking out included washing the beach towels that were graciously provided. That is strange to me.

Fantastic place to stay, peaceful area but still close to everything! The house itself is super clean and has everything you could possibly need. Kevin’s apartment was spotless, it looked just like the photos and felt really spacious. His communication was excellent. The small beach in front of the property was great for a dip and the ocean view from the balcony was lovely.

Comfortable, clean, convenient condo with easy access to most attractions and great restaurants. Loved the private beach that had lounge chairs available. Walking distance to coffee shop, bars and restaurants. There is a World Gym in the immediate vicinity, though a 4 day guest pass was $75!

Kevin was extremely responsive and accomodating to our requests. A very relaxing stay.

Kevin’s place was super nice and clean with a lot of space. It had his own little beach entrance as well. Everything was in close distance. We had a rental car so it was easy to Move around. I would definitely stay there again if I visit the island again.

Wir waren im November 2024 in dieser Unterkunft und wir fühlten uns direkt wie Zuhause, alles sauber toll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus kann man täglich den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer sehen. Kevin ist super nett und hat uns bei Fragen jederzeit geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am 7 Mile Beach und man kann zu Fuß viel erreichen, wir haben uns zu der Zeit aber ein Auto geliehen und konnten so die Gegend von der Unterkunft aus selbst erkunden. Zu der Unterkunft gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz der nicht weit weg zur Wohnung liegt. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 ebenen aufgeteilt. Klimaanlage befindet sich überall, sodass man super schlafen kann. Smart TV's werden im Schlafzimmer und um Wohnzimmer bereitgestellt und haben die Möglichkeit u.a. Fernsehen zu schauen, oder eigene Videos vom Handy aus auf das Fernsehen zu Streamen. Wir sind restlos begeistert und werden definitiv hier nochmal buchen, wenn wir auf die Cayman Isand zurück kommen.

A great spot that looks just like the photos. A comfortable spot steps away from the beach which was quiet and relaxing. Kevin was always attentive if I had any questions and was also extremely helpful during the tropical storm. Definitely will rebook in the future.

I recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront condo, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The views were absolutely amazing—waking up to the sound of the waves and the view of the ocean every morning was refreshing.

The condo itself was incredibly clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The decor was modern and inviting, making it feel like a true home away from home.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

I will definitely be returning to this gem in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!
