7Mile Family Resort 2b 2ba Condo

Loved the place! We have been to grand cayman a few times and this is the best airbnb we have stayed at! Had a lot of great amenities and we will be back! Great host:)

We can’t say enough about how perfect this condo was for our family of five. Verity was so communicative and the condo was the most “stocked” airbnb we have ever stayed in. I would recommend stopping by the unit before hitting the grocery, pharmacy, or beach shop- she has so much there!

The enclosed lagoon area was so clutch - sandy beach with great snorkeling right out your back door. We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar. Having pool chairs always available and floats in the unit was so convenient.

Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. Parking was easy and we enjoyed having a rental car to hit all the sites, though driving on the island can be a bit of a white knuckle experience!

We spent so much time in the water or near it, having a garden view was just fine and was quiet, except for the charming rooster (no avoiding those on the island).

We would love to come back sometime! Thank you!

We absolutely loved Verity’s place! Fantastic location and beautiful home. It was super well stocked with anything you would need. The location is wonderful as it’s just down from where it can get super busy. The snorkeling outside her home was amazing. The pools and grounds were super clean and so nice. Did not mind the garden view at all as it was very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Every detail for a smooth and enjoyable vacation was thought of. The condo was extremely clean and well updated. When we return to Grand Cayman we hope to stay here again!

Verity thought of everything, which made our trip a little easier/nicer inside the space! We (spouse and two kids) forgot coffee in our grocery order, but there was already a local coffee bag in the condo for us. The location was great and we walked to some great restaurants and took the bus to anything we wanted to do further, which was super easy. The only problem we had was we had to leave to go home.

Just came home from Verity's place in Paradise. Wish we could teleport back! Verity's condo was great! Comfortable, clean and everything you can think of was provided or an ask away. She even picked up groceries because markets were closed the day we came in. Verity is truly a thoughtful and accommodating host. Hoping to be back next year...Thank you so much Verity, we appreciate you!

Verity’s place was perfect. We had everything we needed for a week on the island. Would absolutely come back!

Verity's #215 condo at Sunset Cove was the perfect location for our GC stay. We walked the beach some and many places do not have a sandy beach on 7 mile any longer. Sunset Cove does! Also, you won't find chairs upon chairs filled with cruise ship people here either. The unit itself had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, floats and so much more! If you are wondering if there is something in the unit before you pack it, just ask because she probably has it! Welcome basket with snacks and coffee was thoughtful! Personally, we like that this unit wasn't overlooking the pool, because it was more private, especially when sitting on the porch. We rented a car for the daytime, but walked to dinner almost every night. It was an added bonus to have the pool bar and restaurant on site on the days we wanted to have a drink or two after dinner. We've already told our friends, if they are considering Grand Cayman, this is a great spot! Thanks for being a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The condo had lots of great additions- beach towels, snorkels, fins, etc. It was a great home base for the week. You definitely need a car if you stay at Sunset Cove, but it’s a great place to stay. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. Lovely little beach.

We loved our 2 week stay here. The little extras like shampoo, dishwasher tablets, welcome basket etc was very welcome. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The pool and Lazy Lizard restaurant on site were a big hit with my children. And it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants in the evening, Coconut Joe’s and Peppers were great! The Condo was clean and very welcoming, a great space for a family of 4. Thank you Verity!

The home was exactly as described! So spacious and clean. We had more than enough room for my husband, toddler and I. Verity offered to have things for my toddler there like high chair which was a big help. Lots of pool toys! Exceeded our expectations. This home truly made our trip so fun and easy. Thanks for everything Verity!

Great choice to stay 1st time in Cayman. Nice to have the beach, pool, swim up bar all at one spot. Central location. Could walk to many places. Easy pick up by taxi. Verity's place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Had a problem with primary shower draining and Verity was there with a plumber within 2 hours to fix. The adjacent & abandoned old Margaritaville Resort made the area a bit more sketchy and undesirable - but read the Hyatt is purchasing, so hopefully will be more attractive area within a few years.

We loved our stay at Sunset Cove. Verity was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She always responded to our inquiries quickly and was very kind and helpful. Her home is the perfect location that provides relaxation but also accessibility to what 7 Mile Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at her property.

Condo was just as described. There were many extras in the condo such as games, snorkel gear, coolers and ice packs which was all much appreciated! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The beach, pool and swim up bar were great! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was fabulous! Stocked with so much! Everything you need! Toothbrushes! The location is nice as well as pool and snorkeling. For the amount we paid I just would have liked to had a view of the ocean and we really didn’t from our balcony. But your steps from beach!

Property was exactly as described and what we needed to relax. Close in location to pool, beach, as well as many restaurants and shops – walkable to everything you might and could need! Sammie was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had prior to arriving, as well as a couple I had while on site. Condo is fully stocked with everything, along with several extras for the pool and beach; Sammie has put in the time and effort to ensure your stay will go off without a hitch. I’d highly recommend her place for your next trip to Seven Mile Beach.

Great accommodations, felt like home with great amenities

Sammie was a great host and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Loved her place and will be back in May to stay at her other location onsite. I would recommend her condos to all!

We had a good stay at Sammie's place. The apartment was well equipped for cooking home meals and loved the easy access to the pool/beach. The grounds are well maintained and people very friendly.

We loved our stay at Sammie's condo for our family of 4. The condo is nicely updated and very comfortable. There was puzzles, games, pool toys, and toiletries available which was great and really appreciated! And she had a pack and play set up and ready for us! The complex is tucked back behind a vacant complex, but when we were there it was overall very quiet and everyone was super friendly. Both the pool and beach are very nice and private! There was always plenty of chairs around the pool and beach available and daily guests would introduce themselves and say hello - it was a great atmosphere with kids!

The condo was very nicely done and fun looking. Well appointed kitchen for cooking in. Loved the pool and small beach. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, but through parking lots and along the busy road. Great for our needs as we were mostly diving.

Sammie and her crew were fantastic. We had a few tiny issues that we brought up to Sammie and she made sure to take care of things quickly and efficiently. The condo was recently updated and beautiful, we loved making home-cooked meals in the kitchen.

Great updated room. Spotless and clean. The host made sure we had everything we needed. She also has extra items in case we forgot some toiletries. The room even had pool toys for the kids and beach towels. I definitely recommend staying in this unit.

The property is great. Awesome beach with plenty of beach chairs. We ate at the on site restaurant one night and it was pretty good food.

There is only one TV in the living room but that just allowed for more family bonding time. We had an awesome stay.

I visit Cayman regularly and this has to be the best places I have stayed in hand down. It's perfect and has everything you need. The apartment is lovely, super clean and modern. you will want for nothing, they even leave tooth brushes and nice toiletries, beach toys, sun block, beach towels, board games and a nice big TV with netflix and a huge comfy sofa for the evenings.

The beach has loungers and a lovely little private enclosed protected sandy swimming oasis (most of the other beaches in this area have no sand /rocky shoreline.

The pool and hot tub are really great and the bar is awesome and does good food. I would love to stay agin. Really can't fault it.
