Pools of the Kai 2BD Villa, peaceful beach getaway

Very peaceful. Loved this spot of the island. Everyone in the area is very friendly. We really enjoyed kayaking to star fish point for sunsets or going down to rum point. Private pool was perfect. House was super clean and they left thing to get you started such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo and conditioner, seasonings. Loved our time at this home. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay!

Kevin was an amazing host, he replies fast to any question you might have, the property is really nice and the pool was really clean we enjoyed our time there a lot, he provided a lot of hygiene essentials. We felt safe and made our vacation more enjoyable knowing we had a pool right inside of the house, Which is completely covered so you won’t have to worry about mosquitos or any animal whatsoever.

We can't say enough about how happy we were with the accommodations! The condo was immaculate and exactly as pictured. All the appliances and fixtures worked, the beds were extremely comfortable and the view was beautiful from the beach. The pool was extremely clean and refreshing.

This place was so cute! It is on the Northside. We rented a car to be able to get around. It was more cost effective. The place had everything there. Kevin was very responsive and gave great suggestions. The layout of the Airbnb is perfect for couples or a family. The private pool makes it very convenient. The house is backed up to a big lake. There are a couple of restaurants around. If you want walkable area with restaurants and beach life that’s a Seven Mile area. This is secluded and quiet area. We would come again.

The best family staycation spot! Place was even nicer than the pictures and Kevin was lovely and very responsive to every question. The private pool was a hit with the kids and the screened porch made sitting outside lovely at all times. Can’t wait to visit again!

Kevin’s place was great, on the north side of the island away. Peaceful surroundings, with a good restaurant in walking distance with great service.

Beautiful location, peaceful and private

Great location, walkable to kaibo and starfish point. Nice quiet area of the island. Place was really clean with enormous bed rooms.

The two master bedrooms and bathrooms made this a great place for two couples. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and snorkled at the dock. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the private pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy and the surrounding beach/ dock was so beautiful to walk. We also enjoyed the kayaks!

Kevin was super friendly and helpful (even for late night help with the thermostat!)

Great place to stay with the kids! Perfect location for walks to get breakfast, lunch or Dinner from Kaibo restaurant. Short walk to Starfish Point and a short drive to Rum Point. Excellent stay and highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay! It was peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful—exactly what we needed in this vacation and first visit to Grand Cayman. We loved the indoor/outdoor house, the pool and the proximity to the ocean. It was so rejuvenating to stay here and we hope to be back!

We absolutely loved this home!!

This villa was perfect for our stay in Kaibo. It's very bright and open and we enjoyed having our own private pool. Thanks to the large enclosed outdoor space, we could enjoy meals on the patio without the flies. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and in-suite washer dryer. The location is great with a beautiful quiet beach and restaurants in walking distance (next door). The direct beach access made it easy with kids who could come and go easily and safely. The host was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the area.
