Luxury 3 Bedroom Waterfront Condo in Paradise

Great view and just like the pictures! Kevin was great and very responsive and informative on things for the island.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, we celebrated my nephews 1st birthday with family and friends. The pool is beautiful, the gym was great and the sunsets were stunning. All the rooms were immaculate and the place smelled fresh and clean upon entry. I will definitely be rebooking!! 5 stars

Beautiful condo with nice amenities

We had the best time in Grand Cayman! We stayed at Kevin’s place with 3 couples. It was great for each couple to have a bedroom and bathroom. The view is absolutely amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a few meals in. We loved having dinner outside in the evening. Being walkable to Macabuca’s tiki bar was a huge plus. The snorkeling there was unbelievable. We saw an octopus and eel the first day! We were also able to walk to the Turtle Center. We had a couple of hiccups but Kevin was very responsive. We can’t wait to go back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. Kevin was an exceptional host—extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip.

The location was perfect: peaceful and secluded enough to escape the crowds, yet just a short drive to attractions like Seven Mile Beach, restaurants, and shopping. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the stunning sunsets each evening. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

EXCELLENT home right on the ocean. The restaurant next door was excellent as well (Macabuca). The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are super comfortable, and the home is very clean and gorgeous. The chickens were a fun surprise (there are chickens/roosters all over the island), and we loved seeing people fishing and snorkeling right outside the patio. We felt very safe and comfortable. Loved this home and Kevin was an exceptional host. We would definitely come back.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for us, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space to accommodate us all and incredible sunset views. Kevin was always so responsive, gave us recommendations and communicated everything so clearly. We absolutely loved our trip here and would most definitely return again in the future. The photos are beautiful, but the space is even more beautiful than the photos suggest! Amazing ocean views especially of the sunset view is the real draw; we watched it from the outdoor seating every evening. The rooms are spacious with very high ceilings; kitchen is well-stocked; the furniture and beds are comfortable; and the decor feels modern and warm. Being nearby Macabuca is amazing: we spotted octopus, stingrays, and fish while snorkeling, and the restaurant serves really good food at reasonable prices. Restaurants and beaches all along the west side of the island are easily accessible by drive and East End beaches was about an hour drive away. Private, quiet, and great place to relax. Kevin was easy to reach throughout the stay and responded to every question quickly.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home in West Bay. The pictures match the description and the home is spotless. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the pristine pool, well-equipped gym, and spotless home, every detail exceeded our expectations.

This place was wonderful and to think we almost didn’t book it due to being new…so glad we did! The space, views, communication, proximity to great beaches for swimming/snorkeling/kitesurfing, 2 min walk to Macabuca for meals, etc this place had everything we were looking for. Would happily stay here again no hesitation!

home was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and filled with natural light, which made it feel bright and airy the entire time. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was perfect for our group and gave everyone plenty of space.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house is right on the water, and while you can’t swim directly there, it’s just a short drive to a beautiful public beach.

There’s a restaurant right next door called Cracked Conch, which made lunch easy and fun. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen was a huge plus, and we really appreciated the extra touches like beach chairs and towels provided.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed Some issues with the A/C upon arrival in part of the unit but did not impact our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Alan's place. It was exactly like how it is shown in the pictures. Alan was also very responsive to all our queries & his instructions were very clear. Overall a lovely stay in a very nicely located home!

We had a great stay at this property. The views, rooms, and location were exactly as shown in the pictures. The ocean view from both the living room and the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking.The property also offers access to a pool and a gym, and the popular Tiki Bar is within walking distance, which was a big plus.

One thing to note is that the oceanfront directly at the property isn’t ideal for swimming due to the rocky shoreline. You may need a taxi or a rental car to reach the nearest public beach with better swimming conditions. Since we rented a car, getting around was not an issue for us.

Kevin was very responsive and quick to answer our questions.Early check-in or late check-out options were difficult to obtain (we weren’t able to get even a 30-minute buffer), so we recommend planning accordingly. Overall, a wonderful stay with stunning views and great amenities!

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet during the time we were there.

We had a lovely stay, plenty of room for our family. The views are beautiful and the outdoor space is great. The pool area is gorgeous and we were able to enjoy meals on the covered patio. Kevin was very helpful and check in/out was simple and seamless. Highly recommend this property for families!
