Loved my stay here. It was spacious and nice. Would definitely book again.

Everything was fine. But one needs to have car to access it and to go to beaches and all other places of interest - none are accessible by feet

Overall, we had a good stay. The place was nice, clean, and looked like the pictures. The host was responsive and answered our messages.

A couple of suggestions: adding a TV in the bedroom would be a nice touch. Also, check-in is after 5 PM and check-out is before 10 AM with very little flexibility, which was the biggest downside for us. Guests are also expected to wash dishes, take out the trash, and wash the towels before leaving, so the strict checkout time was a bit surprising. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope this feedback is helpful.

We had a great stay! The place was modern, stylish, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. It was also very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax.

Great for single travelers or couple - large living space. Location is private; but is situated on the highway, so you can hear traffic/vehicle noise. We enjoyed Kevin’s space very much - highly recommend!

Kevin's place was above 10+ and beautiful new unit with great furnishings. Kitchen new appliances, great dinner warehouse, everything well thought of. Spotless and 5 minutes from airport and supermarket. Nearby beautiful beaches, great snorkeling within 15 minutes at Smith Cove. I highly recommend Kevin's and he responds to any questions quickly.

Loved staying at this condo, which looked exactly like the pictures. It’s mid-sized multi-unit building behind a private gate, nested inside a local neighborhood. The unit was on the 2nd floor, with a staircase leading to it. Electronic lock with the guest-specific code was convenient. The condo was very clean, and had everything you need while traveling, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, drip and Keurig coffee makers (and even a few pods to start), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and washer detergents. I cooked twice, and found the kitchen decently equipped with pots, pans, strainers, utensils, and a few basic spices. I appreciated the modern air conditioning system. Good washer and dryer. There isn’t anything within walking distance, unfortunately, but a 10-min drive will get you to most places. We didn’t like the squeaky bed, but it was comfortable. I reported a couple other things to the host, which will likely be addressed by the time you stay there!

Kevin’s place was very nice and comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful personal touches throughout the home, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and a great way to start our visit. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Good location. Very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The apartment was clean and some freebies were provided to get us started (snacks, laundry pods). We were living and cooking here for a week and a half and it felt almost like home by the end of our time in Cayman :) The bedroom is at the front of the apartment so we had to keep the blind closed and you could hear the road traffic at times.

Nice clean place to stay. Good base from which to explore the island from. Clean and modern.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to busy areas with lots to do, such as Seven Mile Beach and the port/downtown area of George Town. The rental was clean and secure and had everything we needed to make meals, do laundry, etc. We very much enjoyed the balcony and even just staying in the living room with the sliding door open and the screen door closed (there are definitely mosquitoes, but that is to be expected in this lush climate!). Would happily stay here again.

Checking in and out was a breeze, the instructions were very clear and made my weekend great! Awesome spot & location. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce condo. L’endroit est très propre, le mobilier est neuf et la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée. Situé dans un coin calme, tout en étant près de tout, avec stationnement inclus, c’est vraiment l’emplacement idéal.

La piscine est parfaite, de très belle grandeur et bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très réactif, toujours disponible et nous a donné d’excellentes suggestions.

Un endroit chaleureux, où l’on se sent comme à la maison. Honnêtement, rien de négatif à dire. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et le recommandons à 100 %.

I had a wonderful stay here! It was nice to be slightly removed from the main touristy area. Just a 5-minute drive to several scuba shops and downtown. The condo is brand new, with a sleek contemporary design and strong air conditioning, located in a gated community. All appliances were new, and the small community pool was a great bonus. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony overlooked a peaceful stretch of trees. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again!

Best place ever!! This is my first time spent in Grand Cayman. I came here to be close to my wife while she was in surgery and I could not have chosen a better place. I plan on visiting again soon under more pleasant circumstances and I will definitely choose this place again.
