Modern 1 bedroom walking distance to the beach!

Place was exactly as advertised, unit was clean, pool was clean, linens and furniture were all clean. Kevin worked with us and allowed us to get in the property a few hours earlier than was originally planned. The location is perfect, close to Fosters grocery store, very close to several scuba diving shore locations, a quick walk to a beautiful beach, not sure what else you could ask for. We will be back to this rental, thanks again Kevin for making our trip so smooth. 10/10

We had a lovely stay at this place, it had a beautiful pool and was close to the beach and grocery stores. Kevin was always very responsive, the place was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay! Super close to the 7 mile area and governors beach which was our favorite spot. Everything was clean and clutter free!

The unit was extremely clean and just as Kevin described. There were plenty of towels and all appliances that I used worked well. I liked the outside sitting area which is private and partially shaded. I never heard the neighbors. The Fosters supermarket was a 7 to 10 minute walk from the apartment. Other restaurants serving local foods are in walking distance and on the sea which is less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. I used the public bus service which came frequently. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I came for rest and relaxation by the sea and I was not disappointed. I hope to return and stay at this location in the future.

Kevin was a great host! Super responsive and left local information on the fridge and kitchen table for us. The location was fabulous- walking distance to cemetery beach, Foster's grocery store, and a quick trip on the public bus to many restaurants. Had a great stay and would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay at on the island. Very clean, quiet and close to everything.

The apartment was cozy, in a great location, and easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Kevin was a great host and even provides a dedicated Netflix account for guests to use, which was a nice bonus. Great for solo travelers or a trip with a partner. Overall, 10/10 — I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at Kevin’s place felt like home away from home. Check in instructions were as stated, finding the Airbnb was easy due to clear directions from Kevin and the photos are exactly what was at the Airbnb. We would definitely be staying here again and will definitely recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect- very quiet but 10-15 minute drive from beaches/ restaurants. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived. House instructions were clear, WiFi worked perfectly, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Would highly recommend.

Kevin is a great host! His place is a little far out but 2 blocks to the beach. Pool and grill are great! I recommend Governor’s beach. Easy drive and well worth it!

Cute little condo, very clean. Flexible check in/out which was much appreciated. A little further away from everything than we thought but within walking distance there is a small beach, a couple restaurants and a grocery store.

I spent five weeks at Kevin’s place and had an excellent stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for both work and relaxing, and Kevin was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout. Highly recommend for a longer stay in Cayman.

Everything was exceptional! I would definitely be a repeat customer. This was my first time in the CI and I fell in love . This air bnb was very comfortable, loved the small touches of snacks and drinks that were offered . Very convenient location with a gas station and store within walking distance that stay open late . Everything was clean and loved that there was a washer and dryer and they even included washing pods . Over all my husband and I had an amazing stay and would 10/10 recommend .

Great location and good value. It was new and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was also great, enjoyed using it. Tip: there is one remote for both air units, it works for the living room and bedroom, the same remote.

Clean, modern, and well-equipped. Convenient to beach, grocery store, public bus, & some restaurants - walkable though few sidewalks in the neighborhood + some local traffic. We found the area to be a pleasant alternative to the busier stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Check-in /out times are early but Kevin kindly made some allowances for us. We appreciated Kevin's efforts to make our first trip to Grand Cayman an enjoyable experience.

We had a pleasant one night stay. We booked very last minute due to a cancelled flight home. Really appreciate how responsive and accommodating our hosts were. The place is very nice and clean. The area has tons to do.

This unit was perfection. The location was close enough to all the beaches and restaurants we planned to visit, but not in the hustle and bustle of Georgetown but in the more residential area of West Bay. We had truly the best vacation of our lives and this unit being central to everything we did as well as being clean (I’m a housekeeper so I have high standards!!!!), and comfortable. It truly felt like home. I cannot thank the owners enough for providing a smooth check in and being flexible with check in/check out times. We’re already anticipating 2025 bookings to open up so we can book our next trip!!

Great stay at West Bay and walking distance to a calm and beautiful beach. Perfect place if you don’t want to be where all the tourists hang out. If you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around with the local bus that takes you all the way to Georgetown.

Wonderful place to stay when you are traveling in Cayman Islands. The area is centrally located, easy to find, and newly renovated.

The apartment is newly renovated, beautiful clean finishes and is equipped with everything you need.

We had a great stay here! We were looking to be in West Bay, and everything we needed was close by. Trips to other areas of the island were easy. The condo was clean and had what we needed. Kevin helped us with an earlier check-in, which we appreciated greatly. We would happily return to stay here.

I had a great stay at Kevin’s air bnb. I felt right at home and safe. Quiet neighborhood. The place was very modern and clean. Kevin was very responsive if something needed to be fixed. I appreciated the fact that there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach bag available. I would advise getting a rental car since the air bnb is just north of the main strip, which is fine. I like peace and quiet. Taxis are expensive ($45 USD from the airport to air bnb) and there’s no ride-share services. So you’re better off getting a rental car so you can move around freely. Pleasant stay overall.

This unit was modern and absolutely spotless with a super comfy bed. Away from busy tourist area. Walking distance from convenience stores, supermarkets, beaches. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Kevin was communicative and considerate, ensuring my safety, providing safety instructions and local contact information during hurricane Beryl. He went above and beyond.

Kevin was responsive and very accommodating to our last minute requests. He was understanding and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. There was a short walk to the beach and we were also able to take an 8 minute walk to the grocery store Fosters. The ocean water was great. We enjoyed the more local feel in this area vs. being in a more popular tourist area like Georgetown.

The rental was clean , easy to find, and a great location to wonderful restaurants ...Tukka, The Conch, Bayside, and Calypso Grill to name a few of our favorites! Place was perfect for us- didn’t want to pay extra to be right in the beach, but this is just two blocks away. We didn’t choose the place because of the pool but it turned out to be a wonderful addition to our water-soaked days. They even provided beach towels and chairs. We hope to come back soon!

This place was great!!! The location was great as it was quiet, peaceful and we felt right at home!!! The beach is down the road and Ms. Denise had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella to take to sit out on the sand!!! She was very accommodating to our needs and a great host!!! We look forward to coming back and staying here again if it’s just my wife and I, but unfortunately (because we loved this place) we would have to find another place to stay if we brought our 6 kids!!! Lol but we would definitely recommend this place for sure!!!

I spent my honeymoon at Denise's place and it was perfect! Her place was exactly as described and she even had a bottle of wine and a card welcoming us! I will say that her place is away from the hustle and bustle which we loved and if you can drive on the left get a rental car. If not you can catch the bus. There is a bus stop down the street from her place or use taxis when you don't feel like waiting on the buses. We were able to walk to the supermarket, convenience store, liquor store, the bank to exchange money, the 24 hour subway, Bayside restaurant (great breakfast) and Alfresco's restaurant. We felt safe and like we were at home. Don't hesitate to book her place!

Excellent place in west bay. It is nice and clean! It’s a little off the beaten path but the yellow and purple public bus come by the place and there is a bus stop just down the way at the 4 way stop about a 2 minute walk. They go up and down West Bay Road wherever you want to go. The purple bus goes to the airport. Most bus rides are $2 cayman or $2.50 dollars. Cemetery beach is less than a 15 minute walk away and is a great public beach. Bay Side restaurant is an 8 minute walk away and is amazing. We ate there twice on our 5 day stay. The washer and dryer in unit is so nice and convenient. Definitely recommend this place. Denise let us check out late at noon instead of 9am which was very helpful as our flight was in the afternoon.

Denise's place was quiet, accessible, and ideally located. You're a quick walk or drive to multiple beaches and all the great restaurants in West Bay. The pool is also peaceful and parking is ample. I'd highly recommend to anyone who's looking to skip the hotels and stay in a more quiet location.

Denise’s apartment is very clean, and nicely located. It was a great space for us to relax on our vacation. The pool is a nice amenity. Denise is very responsive, quick to answer any questions. She was very kind to extend our check out time with a later flight. :) We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels for our use. Thank you for having laundry detergent available, & snacks were a nice touch. Comfortable bed and pillows, new, clean bathroom, and full kitchen were all much appreciated. The only thing I would recommend, was a few extra towels. With long hair, it is nice to have a second towel to dry/wrap hair with. The apartment is nicely located close to West Bay beach and Cemetery beach, easy access to snorkeling. We were also able to walk to a liquor store and restaurant. The grocery store fosters was close by. It is a great place to stay, I would recommend to friends. Thank you.

This was a great place to stay! We were able to quickly walk to West Bay Beach (great sunsets and swimming!) and could get to Cemetery Beach (great snorkeling and swimming) in 15 minutes walking. Foster's grocery store within a 10 minute walk as well as a convenience store just down the street. We only needed to take a taxi to and from the airport since the public busses went up and down West Bay Road. We were close to the Turtle Center (by bus) and could easily get to Seven Mile Beach region with all of the restaurants and Camana Bay (shopping, cinema, and restaurants). Denise made everything very easy and was very accommodating! We would definitely stay here again! Be sure to take excursions to Stingray city and snorkeling in the bioilluminescent bay. Swimming with the turtles at the turtle center was amazing also!

I've just returned from the most wonderful 10 day stay in this gorgeous apartment. Denise the host was absoluletly brilliant, so helpful and thoughtful and she made my first time booking a place on air bnb a very positive experience! The apartment is amazing, brand new with all modern appliances and the most comfortable bed. The whole apartment is so fresh and clean with everything you could need. There's also a lovely, quiet, shared swimming pool and bbq area,which was a bonus. The location was brilliant, with the lovely West Bay beach only a 3 minute walk away and also a very large supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. Everything about this apartment was perfect and Denise made the whole experience, from check in to check out, so easy. Thanks for everything Denise, I'm already planning my return!
