Kaibo Beach Front Condo – Step out to Sand

Had a wonderful time!

Kevin was an excellent host. We had some travel delays and he was able to help us navigate not losing several hundred dollars worth of groceries.

The condo was exactly as described. It has a great restaurant next door with multiple others within a 20 minute drive. The water taxi to Camana Bay also opens up the other side of the island.

Great trip, great stay and would not hesitate to go back.

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice accommodations in a calm bay. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and busy 7 mile beach. The water was beautiful with LOTS of starfish and we had plenty to keep us busy. We will be coming back soon!

Just what we wanted.

We were staying with two children and the location backing straight out onto the peaceful beach and well maintained pool area couldn’t have been better. For us this area is perfect, with good options for food, snorkeling, excursions. We always hire a car and would recommend a car if staying here. Parking is really easy outside the apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for two adults and two children. The photos of the patio do not do it justice and was a great, private space to enjoy coffee in the morning/breakfast, really close to the pool which was convenient for the kids and had a great view of the beach. Kevin was a responsive host and quick to help us with a couple of issues we had during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely rent here again when we come back to Cayman.

Will definitely stay here again! We have been to the island six times and typically stayed in Georgetown… We learned about this place on a boat tour over to Kaibo… we love the atmosphere, and it was very windy at the time, but being in this cove, the water was very calm. Amenities were great. Very happy!

Beautiful resort with lots of amenities! Very comfortable condo and was as described. Great for four!

We very much enjoyed our stay. While the condo is a bit outdated, it was comfortable, spacious, and so close to the beach and pool. Good value especially when compared to other rentals. Lounge chairs were always available and the pool was well cared for. Beautiful sunsets! The Cayman Ferry pick up at the dock was very convenient as was the White Sands Stingray City Excursion.

Kevin was a great host. He addressed a couple of small things quickly and kindly provided recommendations as needed.

The stay is ideal for those seeking relaxation, away from the busyness of Seven Mile. Renting a car for this location is a must. It was a great first visit to the Cayman Islands!

Place was great !

Kevin’s place is a great deal. The location is absolutely unbeatable and peaceful. Plenty of kitchen amenities. We were so happy with our stay and cannot wait to visit again! Thanks for an excellent stay.

In all honesty we were a little unsure booking like this, however we need not have worries at all! Both Dan and Kevin were exceptional at staying in contact, answering any queries, and providing us with every bit of information, as well as local information to help our holiday.

The Condo itself was just perfect. A home from home with everything you need...literally just pack your clothes. The Condo is spacious and being ablento step out to the beach at Kaibo was just wonderful. We have travelled extensively in the Caribbean and honestly I have only just found my Happy Place :)

This place is paradise on earth. The apartment is very spacious and you walk right out on the beach (and the beautiful pool). Right next door is a coffee shop/ restaurant. Rum point is 5 min away, so is start fish point. Grocery stores are a little drive from there, so recommend you get most essentials right in George Town when you land. Kevin is on top of things and communicates very well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would def return!
