Beautiful Modern Condo on 7 Mile Beach

Everything was perfect , very easy to get a taxi or a bus from the location. Not too far from Camana bay for shopping , the pool was okay, beach was very nice, especially for children.

I love the amount of towels and linens, very spacious living area and kitchen, the beds were comfy which is a plus.

Only downside is the late check in time and early checkout time; otherwise perfect.

Very nice condo that’s part of a great property. The private cove and swim up bar were our favorite parts. Convenient location. Kevin was a responsive host and everything went smoothly.

Kevin’s place was just like the ad. It’s in a perfect location in the complex, super close to the pool and a quick walk (2 mins) to the beach. The grill at the pool was amazing and the beach was peaceful and calm. The condo is fully stocked with towels and everything you need for a great stay. Kevin was super responsive and the place was very clean.

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained, and made for a relaxing stay. The beach was gorgeous, the pool was excellent, and the pool bar was a great place to unwind with a drink. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay. Condo was huge. Comfy beds and very clean. Plenty of beach/pool gear. Washer and dryer made it easy to pack light. Beach had its own rock barrier that made it a perfect place to float with no waves.

Great amenities. The pool an swim up bar plus the swimming cove were absolutely excellent for our family. You can snorkel right inside the cove with littles and there is even better snorkleing outside the rocks. The little tide pools at the rocks on the right on the cove were fun to explore woth the kids too- crabs hermit crabs etc.

Keyless entry was very easy and convenient.There were rafts and pool noodles available at the condo , pool and beach which was super helpful. Plenty of towels to use at the pool and shower. Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry pods and coffee pods was a nice touch too. The only thing I wish they had was sugar and creamer for the coffee. The cafe right at the front of the parking lot is excellent though.

We also used the suggested taxi driver to get back to the airport and he was very helpful and patient.

Sunset cove was a nice place to unwind after a day exploring the island. Excellent views and quiet stay.

Condo was very nice. Sunset Cove is a very quiet and peaceful location. The lagoon around the beach area was very nice. Helped keep the waves from being so strong. Very relaxing. Pool and swim up bar were great as well.

Great place for a beach vacation with young kids. Calm water ocean was perfect and the pool with restaurant were perfect. Loved the unit and host was very responsive and helpful!

Great modern clean apartment. Great to have the kitchen/laundry as this island is expensive. Beach is great and rental includes some beach chairs and floats, which was perfect in that calm cove! Lots of umbrellas and chairs on beach and around pools. Nice to have pool, restaurant and swim up bar too. Location is walkable to many restaurants/bars and about 16-20 min walk to grocery store. I recommend renting a car to explore but this spot is walkable so not really needed. Host was very responsive. Would recommend!

We spent a week with our family of 5 and had an amazing time. Our kids are in their late teens and loved having the beach and beautiful pool area. Great spot for walks along the beautiful beach and the condo had everything we needed. LOVED having the full kitchen and laundry!

Kevin’s place is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and beach. The unit needs some minor repairs. The back door doesn’t lock, moldy shower curtain, kitchen sink doesn’t drain well, garbage cabinet doesn’t close (stays open), It needs some love! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay just prefer an early check in instead of 5pm and check out later than 10am.

Low key condo/resort. Nice beach cove for kids swimming. Easy access to restaurants nearby. Condo laid out nicely for 5 (was a bit tight for our family of 6). Would recommend for families.

Change the listing and the sign in your place saying checkout is 11am. Fix the kitchen sink nozzle. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! Our family of four never had to fight for a beach or pool chair and enjoyed the swim up bar/grill during the day. The unit was beautiful and perfect for our family of four. Would highly recommend

The Condo was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed to get started. The location was perfect as we walked mostly everywhere. Everyone we met there was very friendly. We felt right at home!

Very helpful right on the beach very nice place highly recommend

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The main bedroom sliding door would not lock, leaving me and my two children unsafe. When I reported it, the host dismissed my concerns and later sent someone who arrived intoxicated, was sarcastic, and offered no solution. He mentioned calling a locksmith but never returned, and I never heard back from the host either.

I was forced to leave in the middle of the night with my children to a hotel, and the door was still unfixed the next morning. What was meant to be my daughter’s 13th birthday celebration turned into a stressful and upsetting experience.

The condo was also poorly maintained — dirty curtains, unclean sofas, grime, rust, and mold-like spots. I have photos showing the true condition. The only positive was Airbnb’s support team, who were empathetic and helped us relocate.

I cannot recommend this property and hope Airbnb carefully reviews this listing so no other family has to go through what we did.

We stayed here with our older teenaged kids and had a great time. Xiran was responsive and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. There was one issue with the hot water heater. It was fixed right away, no questions asked. Also the air mattress deflated and they replaced it, again no questions asked and without delay. This condo is literally steps away from the pool and super close to the beach (which is a really nice beach), and everything was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

First trip to Grand Cayman and what a great spot to stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were five of us and the condo was very comfortable. Pool and beach right there within a minute from the door. The beach with the cove was great and you could venture out past the cove easily. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tables all set up for our use. The condo was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all sorts of excursions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here at Xiran’s condo. She was super helpful with any inquires we had and very prompt in her responses. If we ever head back to Grand Cayman we will definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Large balcony was great for drying beach towels and snorkeling gear. AC worked great. Steps to pool and beach. Plenty of beach and pool lounge chairs and umbrellas. Can walk up or down the beach from the resort beach. Host was quickly responsive to our texts.

Great place to stay exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room and closet/drawer space. Walked to several restaurants and liquor store. Parking was easy. Pool/hot tub/lagoon were all worth staying here for. Would stay again.

We went with a group and we all stayed at 3 different locations. Our place was the best of 3, the Lazy Lizard and all the girls bartending were the best. We will stay here again!

Very nice condo for a family vacation. The host was responsive and helped us get the cable working on a weekend so we could try to catch some football games. The beach area was great for our younger kids and it was a good location to explore either by car or walking. My only criticism would be that we could not find any spare blankets, pillows, or kitchen towels. Maybe they are available upon request, but we were able to make it work without them. I would definitely stay here again especially if you need a little extra space or have younger kids.

Pros: Excellent location within walking distance to several restaurants. Try Coconut Joes, Peppers, or the cafe in front of the complex. The swim up bar also has excellent food if you don’t feel like walking!

Beautiful pool & appears to be one of the few places on 7 mile beach where they have created a cove you can swim in.

Cons: Condo was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. There was remnants of the last guest. Also did not appear that the house keeping changed the bedding as there was a lot of sand found in the guest beds.

The thermostat does not go below 72 degrees, so if you’re visiting in the summer, good luck! There are ceiling fans, but the max speed does not provide much cooling. It would be great if they provided box fans or standing fans to really cool the place down. I understand not all countries are big on AC, but if you are it gets toasty in there at night!

4 Adults had a wonderful time at Xiran's condo. Great communication with recommendations for restaurant's and other suggestions. Condo temperature is fixed at 72, but it only seemed a little warm when we first arrived. Once we turned the ceiling fans on it was perfect. Location at Sunset Cove is great, it's steps from the pool and beach. Beautiful, quiet garden view from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and large. We did not rent a car and walked to most places. The taxi ride from the airport is about $25-$30 USD. There are several restaurants in the area and a wine/liquor store nearby. Grocery store is a long walk with bags, or a short cab ride. Cabs and Busses are easy to get on the island. Overall we had a great time and would love to return some day.

Stayed in Xiran’s condo for a sister’s getaway, three 60+ women. The location was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and 7 mile beach. Plus the local bus was right out in front. The condo was steps from the beach and pool and, of course, the swim up bar. The condo was very roomy, clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable, a/c worked perfectly and I loved that we could watch Netflix on the tv. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, matched well the description, comfortable, good air conditioning, ample kitchen and well equipped, great clothes washer & drier. Snorkeling masks not in good shape. The beach is very close not the nicest. Has an area man created rock wall which could suit good for small children safety.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean, felt spacious and had all the basics you might need. Would happily book again if I return.

Great place

The property is in a nice location, lots of dining and shopping nearby. The condo itself is located close to the pool and beach. The beach is very nice, great for families with smaller children. The pool is large and nice for adults and kids, the swim up bar service was hit or miss depending on the staff that day, but that is the case anywhere you go. Based on how nice the beach is and the overall location, I would recommend this condo.

Xiran’s place was cute and nicely set up. The pool and swim up bar was a plus. However, there were a few issues that we had. There were 2 of us in the king bedroom with only 1 small bath towel for each of us. Our feet/socks were black after walking the floors for 20 minutes. Description stated extra pillows and blankets which there were not. AC was locked at 78 and could not be changed. We used the fans but feel like temps were triple digits and moving the AC down to 76 would have helped.

The property may be on 7 mile beach but most of the beach is gone (locals said due to recent hurricanes) and is NOT walkable on that side of the island. You would have to go a few miles away to get to the beach outside of the little bit the property has to offer. We would have chosen another property had we known this.

Since we did not rent a car, we choose the place because the description states access to the resort next door. That resort has been abandoned since COVID as locals told us.

Had a great stay. This is a good location right on the beach that is peaceful, but is also a reasonable walk to places in George Town.

Xirans place was great for a short stay. It had all the necessities of a nice little beach condo with the addition of a great pool area and beach. The swim up bar made life easy and we loved having a cooler to bring to other beaches we visited. The a/c was perfect and we loved how roomy the condo was. It was located close to some cute breakfast places and easy to get a cab to anywhere. There were only a few small things that could've made it perfect (we still loved our stay) which were that the anti slip mat in the guest bath was a bit moldy, some of our sheets were stained and the mattress was not the most comfortable. We loved having the washer and dryer which were definitely a necessity. Overall we would stay again and would recommend to friends!

Condo is very nice and what I expected. Pretty beach and nice pool. Does not connect to 7 mile beach- you need to walk on a busy street about 1/2 mile to get there. The resort is connected to an abandoned resort that is a bit scary.

Good location near airport, with easy walk to grocery store, restaurants and George Town business area. Seven mile beach walkable from condo past alternate route behind tunnel then along beach. Condo roomy with attractive furnishings. Comfortable and protected beach area. Xiran immediately responded when condo door lock malfunctioned, our only issue.

The location was great and access to the pool and beach (with protected cove) was great for enjoying the water. The swim up bar was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Xiran’s condo! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman with our five and six year old children. This condo was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the pool and the ocean lagoon was calm and relaxing. The pool's swim up / walk up bar was great for drinks and we also ordered several meals from there that were delicious. It is a two minute walk to a great breakfast and coffee shop and extremely convenient drive to grocery stores, shops and other activities. Five stars from us for being super family friendly, clean and providing a relaxing environment. We will be back!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. There are many walkable restaurants and bars. We also rented a car and we were able to get most places under 15 minutes. I felt very safe here. There is also a washer and dryer, which was very convenient for the length of our stay. Only thing I would say is that the linens could be replaced.

Sunset Cove is a nice place with a private beach and a pool with a swim up bar. Xiran's condo was really comfortable and spacious with all the amenities we needed. Condo is also conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and few liquor stores.

My husband and I took our two young kids to Xiran’s condo and we were so happy we did. The condo is spacious, well kept and the perfect set up for what my family needed. The location was convenient as there is a beach within a few minutes away and a pool that was lovely. After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have a place by the pool to get food and drinks. Xiran’s place was very comfortable! The space was just as pictured and had everything we needed. The grounds were well kept, the pool and beach were lovely. Location was great, easily walkable to restaurants. The AC was powerful (and quite loud), kept us cool.

Will definitely stay here again! He was an excellent host, and the location was perfect. The location was near so many coffee spots, lunch spots, and dinner spots that were walking distance.

The beach is steps away and you have access to a great pool and swim up bar as well. The condo is conveniently located on 7-mile drive with several restaurants a short walk or cab ride away. Great hosting and quickly responsive! We stayed for a week, and it had a pool attached to the excellent bar. There was a beach close to the pool. There are many places to visit around the condo. I recommend snorkeling at the beach and sightseeing cool aquatic animals

What a find! Xiran’s place was spotless and comfy. The location was great, too: one of the few places with an actual beach and the snorkeling was fantastic! Also loved the swim up bar/restaurant where we could order a quick lunch. The kids loved the virgin mudslides.

If you’re looking for a great value in a beautiful location, look no further!

Xiran's place is centrally located, with many eateries nearby. The photos were exactly as pictures on the site. The space is modern, and can accommodate a family of four or more easily. With a beach on site this was a plus.

If coming back to Cayman, I would definitely check out Xiran's place again.

My family and I had a great time. The kids absolutely loved the pool & we loved the man-made lagoon....not-to-mention the sunset! The location lived up to our expectations and our host was amazing throughout the entire process. We would for sure stay there again!

Loved Loved the location it was close to everything. It has a on hand beach pool bar and restaurant. We needed wash cloths and Xiran responded back quickly and dropped them to us. Cayman Island was a beautiful trip and I loved my air bnb beautiful adorable condo. My first time staying in a air bnb. I also met nice people at the pool. Thankyou for the experience Xiran!

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as described with a nice pool and very private beach/cove. Very close to good restaurants (Taco Cantina), a great grocery store (Fosters), marina, and the airport.

Would have been a perfect stay if not for off-season construction taking place in other units (no fault of Xiran) and a really sensitive smoke alarm that went off multiple times every single day (possibly caused by the construction?).

Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would certainly consider staying again when we return to Grand Cayman.

We had a great family vacation. Clean, updated condo that looked just like pictured. Very responsive host when we had any questions. Location was easily walkable to great restaurants, Camana Bay, grocery store. Loved the local coffee that we found in the refrigerator upon arrival. Snorkeling right at the resort was amazing. Only drawback about location was the now closed/vacated margaritaville resort adjacent to the property.

Place was clean and practical for families as it had space for everyone. The apartment was nice and recently renovated. The site needs some work as it’s dated - especially the pool area and the entrance which had abandoned cars. The beach was really beautiful and quiet - again, great when you have small children. Hosts were responsive when we contacted them once during the stay.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is updated with nice finishes, and it accommodated 5 of us very well. Sunset Cove complex is special. He grounds are well maintained, and you can walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. Swim-up bar in the pool, a private cove, and a reef just outside of the cove to snorkel to. We saw thousands of fish and a sea turtle. Love this spot.

The condo was pristinely clean and well decorated. It was close to restaurants and is on 7 Mile Beach. Xiren and his wife were very helpful but never intrusive. The complex has a spectacular pool with a swim-up snack and cocktail bar. The beach, with a protected swimming area, neighbors the pool area. The views are spectacular. Chaise lounges are available at the beach. I can not recommend this property and hosts enough. I hope to revisit soon.

Great location on the beach. Unit does not have ocean view but step outside walk past the pool and its right there! this was perfect stay for our trip.

This was a gorgeous place to stay. The pool and beach are just steps away! The couch is super super comfortable, so we had a great movie night in the condo as well. Xiran was super responsive to my questions, and has really comprehensive recommendations. Just a heads up - the fire alarm is very sensitive, so if you’re planning to cook or bake anything, do open the windows!

Wonderful stay with family.

We loved our stay here in the Caymans! Xiran is beyond helpful-- provides amazing recommendations for restaurants and kid-friendly activities, answers all questions and communicates all necessary check-in details well in advance. There was a small issue with the tub drain not working. I messaged Xiran and within 30 minutes she had a solution. The place looks just like the pictures and is exactly as described. We particularly appreciated the provided pack-n-play and high chair.

The location is fantastic. We loved the onsite restaurant/swim up bar. There is a pool with a waterfall, hot tub and small pool perfectly setup for small children. Additionally, the beach is secluded with plenty of chairs and umbrellas readily available.

One small area for improvement would be the floors. They were a bit dirty upon arrival. Otherwise, we loved every minute in this slice of paradise and hope to return in the near future!

This is an amazing condo, location, and the best host! If this place is available, book it before it’s too late. The condo was perfect size for us 5 ladies. Xiran was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel welcomed with a bottle of wine and some local coffee :) She even let us check in early. The book of recommendations they provide was a huge help! You don’t need to spend a lot of time researching restaurants because they have done that for you. I can not say enough about how awesome the property is! We loved being on the beach, snorkeling off the shore and watching the beautiful sunsets. The pool has a small waterfall that creates the sound of paradise, the hot tub is perfect for a night dip and the lazy lizard bar/restaurant had good prices. The drinks were strong and the food was tasty! I will be back!!

Xirans place was in a great location for walking and has the best beach area from what I could tell. The pool/swim up bar restaurant was also convenient. It felt like a resort but it was better. My family greatly enjoyed everything !

Great condo complex in the middle of everything. There are lots of units but the way they are set up makes for a private feel. The pool and beach are both top notch. The unit is a few steps away from the beach but still in a nice setting. We loved the key code for the door. No need to keep track of a key.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this condo for a girls trip. I’m afraid to give away to everyone how special this wonderful little condo unit is. Pool and beach are close. Supermarket close as well. We will be back to Grand Cayman!

Xiran was awesome,we broke the coffee pot and she dropped off a new one within hours!!! My friend left behind a pair of headphones and Xiran went above and beyond to let us know what the options were to get them back. She deserves a bonus 😊

Condo was clean and modern.

We had a wonderful stay. The location and amenities at Sunset Cove were perfect for our group and family. The swim up bar as fabulous, and the cove was perfect for swimming. It's one of the few locations on that strip that has an ample beach for lounging. We were traveling with my 11 month old and the convenience of the condo was great. They had a pack and play for us as well as a high chair. Parking was easy (and driving much easier than we thought!) We were in walking distance from a few nice restaurants and it was a good home base to explore the island. I would imagine if we had slightly older kids it would have been even better!

I had a wonderful time at Xiran’s place and can’t wait to go back! Wonderful location with quiet, sandy beach. Swim up bar was awesome and had very friendly staff. Very walkable to local restaurants. Great snorkeling right off the beach. Incredible place to spend a relaxing week!

We loved staying here. We lived in Cayman for many many years next door apartment block, and so it was very meaningful for us to be back in close proximity. The accommodation is lovely, and we loved what Xiran has done to the place. Loved the pool, and beach/sea access - and great to have added bonus of bar/food at the pool too. Overall it was fantastic.

The place was in a great central location on the island. You can easily get around by bus, taxi or simply walk to some great little local spots. Lots of information on what to do was provided. I would definitely go back and explore more of all Grand Cayman has to offer.

Xiran’s condo is in a great location. The walled lagoon was perfect and has lots of sand - where other beach front properties have lost their sandy beaches. The pool bar and grill is perfect for casual pretty good food and drinks. The condo space is very comfortable - I was there with my family of 4.

We are so happy to have found this place! Everything was perfect! The pool and beach access were even than anticipated. The swim up bar at the pool was nice surprise!

We had a wonderful trip! Xiran's place at Sunset Cove was a dream! Great location, and everyone we met was so nice! We loved having the beautiful cove, pool, hot tub, and swim up bar so close. We walked to local restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, and drove a short drive to visit Governors beach for sunset each night. Xiran was very responsive during our stay. We hope to return! I could not say enough about this place!

Xiran was an excellent host. He responded quickly to any question or concern I had. The place was exactly as it looked in the photos which was beautiful. He messaged me information needed for check in prior to arrival. I couldn’t find the kitchen sponge, while we were out, he left a few outside of the door when we arrived back. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay at this location again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Cove! The condo was very nice and perfect for our family of four plus grandma! We enjoyed the pool and swim up bar and the lovely beach. Xiran was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had. The coffee and wine left for us was also a nice touch! Everyone that we met at Sunset Cove were super friendly and hospitable. This condo is a great location on Seven Mile Beach, within walking distance to many food/drink options and a short drive to anything else you need. Pool and beach areas are just what we needed for our island vacation. There was a problem with our door code at check in but owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Xiran was truly amazing! Quick, attentive and responsive to my inquiry and all subsequent questions. Provided tips on best places to eat on island, greeted us with a bag of coffee and a bottle of wine. Place was clean and exactly what you see on the listing- modern, spacious, great location and pricing. The condo complex has a wonderful pool, swim up bar and cove that makes it feel like you are in your own private location- vip! I would definitely stay again!!

What is there to say about Xiran’s condo. It is beautifully renovated, a functional kitchen and big beautiful bedrooms with wonderful bathrooms as well. So many thoughtful little touches made it one of our best ever Airbnb stays. From providing free local coffee and a chilled bottle of wine to having all the cleaning supplies you could need, Xiran clearly cares that you have the best experience you can while enjoying the condo. The recommendations we were sent were excellent and the location really can’t be beat, especially for families with kids. Our only regret is we could not stay to enjoy it longer but we will certainly be back and highly recommend this space.

The stay was fantastic! The condo was clean and looked exactly like it did on the on the site, which is not always the case with Airbnb. The pool, pool bar, and private lagoon were all great as well. The kayaks and paddleboards at the lagoon were very nice bonuses. The actual condo was a little difficult to locate at first, given that the parking lot is surrounded by older buildings and new construction, but once we found the condo, everything else was easy. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the unit and appreciated all the amenities. The condo was clean and spacious and we loved that the beach and cove felt private and that there were watercraft that we could use. Each evening around sunset, the whole family went out to the cove and paddled out past the rocks to enjoy the amazing sunsets and clouds. We also appreciated the modern kitchen, the appliances, the televisions and the snorkeling gear! The bathroom and shower in the master bedroom were fantastic and perfect for the parents (us). Xiran kept in touch and made us feel at home, and promptly responded to any questions we had. Overall it was one of our best family vacations ever.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Grand Cayman with friends or family. There’s a pool and jacuzzi, poolside restaurant, and private beach that all add to the stay. Xiran was extremely hospitable, and the apartment is just how it looks in the pictures. The condo is only a short drive to many restaurants and the public beach access on Seven Mile Beach. I would definitely book again, thank you for everything Xiran!

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was as described and comfortable. A very brief drive/walk allowed us to access Seven Mile Beach and all the restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our time at the pool/Lazy Lizard swim up bar that is on-site. We also enjoyed the cove, where we relaxed in the provided beach chairs with umbrellas. I look forward to staying here again!

Xiran was a great host. The 2nd night the AC wasn’t working well and she had a tech out the next morning to clean and fix this and was perfect the rest of the stay. The condo is in a great spot right on the bus line and close the everything you need on 7 Mile Beach, if you want a car there’s a rental spot across the street. Grocery store is a quick drive as well as so many great spots to eat. Pool and beach were Steps from the condo and perfect for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset cove! The space was very clean and spacious with cute decor and had very easy access to the pool and beach! We loved having the pool bar to grab food and drinks while staying cool in the pool! It was also very nice to have the protected area off the beach for calm water to swim in and beautiful snorkeling just outside the barrier! The property has access to the rest of seven mile beach but it is a little tricky to get to as you have to walk through some narrow and rocky parts (but very doable). There is also construction being done right next door which obstructs the view from the balcony but is not loud or bothersome at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property and Xiran was very helpful and responsive! Can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing place . Very clean and appealing. Just like most review I definitely recommend it. I suggest renting a car they are cheap compared to taking taxi every where. Its an expensive island. I loved it.

Super clean, well stocked, great property, best location on island. If you’re traveling with kids I highly recommend sunset cove and in-particular xian’s place. From supermarkets to liquor stores, take out food to excursions, everything is within minutes.

The location of the unit is towards the back of the complex and in the outer row of units, but is it easy access for the pool and bar, and not a long walk to the beach. The bar/restaurant on site was great. The protected swim area was also great as this complex still has a nice large sandy beach because of it. There is construction going on right next door, it isn’t overly noisy unless they happen to be doing some drilling. The location of the complex is good as you are close to George Town and also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Xiran was very responsive and a good host.

Xiran’s house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location, nicely remodeled. Steps from the beach. The Pool and Pool bar are awesome. Make sure you eat at Bacarro. Excellent meal. There was construction going on next door but it didn’t bother us at all. Other condo guests “reserved” their beach chairs at 6 am and didn’t occupy them until 9 or 10. This was very annoying and not allowed. Unfortunately they need to put up a sign stating so.

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful condo for 3 days for her birthday. The location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance. And the beach?!! Forget about it! The complex sits on its own little cove with pristine white sand and crystal clear water. You’ll feel like you have the entire beach to yourself. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and rum cake which we appreciated. We had a minor issue with our trip and Xiran graciously accommodated us. The communication was very prompt and overall they were very gracious hosts. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing stay we had at Xiran condo. The 2 bedrooms condo boasts a large kitchen/dining area, a nice living room with a very comfy couches facing a large screen tv. The balcony has a view of the sea and the location of the condo is right next to the pool and less than 2 minute from a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and perfect weather. The pool is very large and has a swim up bar that serves delicious drinks and good food. Location is unbeatable. We had no car and we walked to all the restaurants. We flew in early and our flight was later in the afternoon returning back to NY and Xiran was so accommodating she let us check out later. Amazing host and amazing place. Highly recommend

Great location and price. This unit is a bit back from the beach, it has a large new condo being built that blocks the view. Compared to every other unit with a view in this complex the price is great! You can use all of the facilities, big beautiful beach, beach bar etc for less price. There is still a balcony to enjoy but the view is blocked, but you are still outside in the shade it was a nice place to read and eat lunch. The unit itself is well laid out, very very clean and perfect for what we were looking for.

Amazing place and sea view , perfect for vacation

Stylish & Comfy. Prefect location for a vacation/staycation, access to pools , restaurant and beautiful seven mile beach. Niall & Xiran made my stay smooth and ensured everything was sorted.

From start to finish this place rocked it. From the awesome host and their truly beautiful Condo, the place exceeded our hopes and expectations. The privacy this home provided was perfect for quality family time and the beach was a great place to relax. Yes as the other reviews noted there is construction going on beside this building but as long as you keep the patio door closed there is no noise inside the building we had the pleasure of staying at this Condo for the month of February. Xirian's is a super nice caretaker, was always available to assist us with our needs. The Condo was well decorated and spacious enough for our group so we were all very comfortable the entire month we spent there. As a rental host myself I might tend to be very critical of Airbnb's but we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have privacy yet close enough to all the amenities you need and all the rest of the beautiful Island.

The condo was outstanding. Clean and updated. The hosts had a bottle of wine and snacks to welcome us. The location connected to Margaritaville is perfect. All of the comfort of a nice condo community with access to additional hotel amenities. Taxi service, tours, rental cars all at your finger tips. Terrific restaurants within a short walk or easy taxi ride. The beach access, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, etc was outstanding. One of the nicer beaches we saw. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Niall & Amp were lovely hosts and were very responsive to any questions we had. We had an issue with our shower curtain and they came in a matter of minutes to replace it and were super friendly and helpful - they even brought us extra towels. There is construction right beside the condo that starts at 7 am sharp but it honestly never bothered us as we are all early risers. Just something to keep in mind as you can hear it from the master bedroom. Cute little space for a family getaway. The beach access and pool were steps away. Lots of sand toys, pack-n-play and high chair for the kids. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Place was great. Was clean, modern, very nice spacious apartment. Much nicer than being in a hotel room. Location was great, right next to pool, beach, and hot tub. Beach was beautiful, was much nicer, bigger than other hotels nearby. Had protected area on beach where you could swim, snorkel, so was never rough surf. Host provided snorkel equipment if you don't have your own. Complex shared facilities with the Margaritaville hotel, so had easy access to cabs, concierge, restaurant and pool bar. and there was music at night. Location was near a number of restaurants, within walking distance ( long walk) of Georgetown. All in all highly recommend it. Hosts provided a list of local restaurants, and the couple of times I texted them, they responded very quickly.

The perfect place on 7 mile beach! I can’t say enough good things about our stay, but I’ll try. 1) Seven Mile Beach is where everything is! (restaurants, snorkeling, diving, bars, etc.). The rest of the island is nice too but options are limited outside of SMB without a vehicle (side note, Cayman drives on the left side of the road), 2) you have access to Margaritaville which is a few yards away (swim up bar, hot tub, multiple pools, food, and more!), 3) SMB does not have a wide beach in most places - Comfort Inn has about 3-5 feet of beach but this place has a huge beach and a cove! The cove breaks the large waves and the sand is soft (most beaches have lots of rough coral), 4) all the details to make your stay convenient (set of snorkels, private parking pass, washer and dryer, and more!), 5) they are the best hosts (they let us check in a little early and stay a little late, guidebook, and even a bottle of wine to welcome us!). Bus transportation is the easiest way to access the island and there is a line that comes past the place about every 3 minutes.

This location was right on one of the main roads which made it easy to grab some yummy food at some of the local restaurants. And is basically in the backyard of Margaritaville hotel which made it fun to hear the live music. Super charming condo on the second floor. The kids loved it from the second we walked in as well. Our wonderful host left us a bottle of wine and rum cake which was super delicious. On a side note, the office lady was not pleasurable, had nothing to do with the condo or the host.

Great holiday - I stayed with Niall & Xiran earlier this year on a work trip and decided to come back with family this time. Condo was perfect - great location and pool / bar area that the kids loved too. We hope to come back next year!

Location was good. Condo community was ok. Wasn’t aware of the construction going on next door which had us up everyday around 6am. There are also issues with the TV which loses volume on its own and the master bedroom light likes to turn on on its own. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again considering the construction doesn’t seem like it’ll subside anytime soon.

This space is perfect for a stay in Grand Cayman! It was updated recently, very comfortable and clean, and had amazing amenities. We had our one year old daughter with us, and Niall & Xiran provided a pack n play and high chair for her, which were perfect. The local food guide was also very helpful. Sunset Cove is the perfect spot with a beautiful pool and swim up bar as well as a private, calm beach with chairs and umbrellas. It was never crowded and was always peaceful. There was construction going on next door but we were never bothered. We plan to stay here again next time!

Great location for a great price. Many places & restaurants within walking distance. Can easily fit 6+people comfortably. Pool and beach is close to condo. I was worried that the area would be busy being right behind Margaritaville, but it was not an issue at all, but that could be because September/October is off season. Some condos in grand cayman provide left over coffee/condiments/ things you don’t typically use up in a week on vacation but are still good, this place did not, but to each their own. Just plan if you are someone who plans to do your own cooking to buy all of the small details when grocery shopping. Also did not have a variety of cookware, so this place is more suited for those who want to explore local restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Kind hosts

This condo had everything we wanted. Great location, access to pools(even a swim up bar), quiet private beach, and parking. The local guide they provide was super helpful for all of our eating. The actual condo was beautiful and we wish that we had more time to cook and entertain some other friends. Highly recommend!

If you’re thinking about a trip to Grand Cayman, book Niall & Xiran’s place now! Their condo is perfectly located for quick access to the airport, markets, beach access and town. The condo and it’s gorgeous amenities had us wishing we stayed longer. The full kitchen was perfect for us, as we prefer to make our meals than eat out. A few quick trips to the market and we were set for our stay. We attended an amazing Sunday brunch at the Marriot, which was less than a 5 minute walk door step to door step. The home was clean, beautifully styled, and had ample space. Niall & Xiran were quick to respond when we let them know we checked in successfully and provided easy check out instructions. We cannot day enough great things about their hospitality - they even left a gift when they learned we were celebrating our five year anniversary 🥰. Cannot wait to return for a longer stay!
