Such an amazing space to spend a peaceful week with our family in. Kevin was so kind and responded to any question we had. He recommended the best Chef that came in and cooked for our family along with Photographer and private boat service to show us around the island. The linens were great and the finishes in the condo were absolutely stunning. Can't wait to book here again.
The condo is beautiful and very clean and the location is perfect. We appreciated Kevin's quick response when we needed anything. The only issue we had was that the house doesn't sleep 8 people. It comfortably sleeps 6. The 2 trundle beds are hard to get to so we had to figure out another place for sleeping. We did find an air mattress that we were able to use for the guest.
We stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved this condo! The location is perfect walking distance to everything along seven mile beach and a quick walk to camana bay. Great snorkeling right outside our building and great sand. The unit was well updated with high end appliances and finishes throughout. Perfect for our family of 7!! Kevin was also very responsive and communicative throughout. We enjoyed our stay immensely! !
Wow! This is an amazing condo right on Seven Mile Beach. Looks just like the photos. It’s an easy walk to great restaurants. Kevin was super helpful and always responsive. We had four adults and two kids and there was more than enough space. This is one of our all time favorite Airbnb’s. We will definitely be back. Highest recommendation!!
Kevin answered our questions promptly. The appliances in the kitchen are top end but it took time to figure how to operate them.

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna Del Mar 3/28-4/4! Location couldn’t have been better! We loved sitting on the deck in the morning having our coffee and enjoyed watching the sunsets at night! It was so nice to be able to just walk out the door and be on beautiful seven mile beach! There was so much to do within walking distance such as Camana Bay for shopping and great restaurants such as Peppers, Cocnut Joe’s and Chicken, Chicken! We did rent a car to explore the Island but you could get by without one if you wanted to stay local! Great trip-we’d definitely come back again to Kevin’s place!
This was an absolutely pristine view and location. If we had planned to cook more, the kitchen could have used more utensils, cookware, etc. so my only advice would be to look at that prior to making meal plans if someone likes to cook in frequently. The beach was beautiful and the location perfect for our group.
First time visit to the island with my two school age children, wife, brothers and father. Aesthetically the home was beautiful. The views of the ocean from the patio were stunning. The beach outside has lots of coral, great for snorkeling. If you want to swim then short walk north along the beach has less coral more soft sand. Definitely would return.

The condo was absolutely amazing. Very modern and very clean. Beautiful living space, with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Screened in balcony was another big plus. Beach was just downstairs. Small reefs right as you enter the ocean allowed for great snorkeling with kids. Condo had lots of snorkeling equipment to use.
Kevin's apartment was beautiful and perfect for two families on vacation. The location was amazing. Kevin was kind and very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend his apartment and look forward to going back.

We loved the experience of staying at Laguna Del Mar with its exceptional interior design, mod cons, spacious layout, beautiful natural light, and panoramic ocean views.
Kevin always answered our queries promptly. Accommodation met accessibility needs for family member with limited mobility. Host also supplied high chair for our toddler and travel cot available on request for young families.
Overall a positive experience, however a few issues made for a disappointing first impression which took the shine off of an otherwise luxe stay. Hopefully our feedback will be taken on board to provide future guests with a five star experience.
This condo was an absolute showstopper. The space was very modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The outdoor balcony was amazing, perfect for early morning coffee and unwinding late at night. Kevin was a great host and made the stay seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.
Kevin was amazing. He was so responsive and very flexible. He allowed us an early check in at 2PM. The property is stunning and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s perfect for families. We ate on the balcony every morning and relaxed on it every afternoon. There are beach chairs dedicated to property right out front. Cayman is extremely safe and clean. We will continue to come back because it is perfect for families. Thank you, Kevin. 5 stars from us.
