Kevin's place was amazing. Myself and my 3 teenagers spent a week there. Everything was just as it was promised and Kevin might have been the most responsive host I've ever had. We will certainly book with Kevin as our first choice when we are back in Cayman.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect place for a staycation. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The sea view was beautiful, and having the pool just a few steps away was a huge bonus. Kevin was an amazing host and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely book here again. Highly recommend!
My family enjoy their stay and kids went fishing everyday as we were right next to the beach.

Je recommande fortement la maison de Kevin, L’appartement est bien meublé et équipé. Tout était très propre dans la maison. Le stationnement est facilement accessible. L’appartement est très bien situé près de la fabuleuse plage seven miles et des restaurants. De la terrasse vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer. Je vous le recommande fortement. Kevin est très bon hôte qui répond rapidement en cas de besoin.
Very nice location and clean
This place was perfect for our family of 5. The king bed and the bunk bed on the same room was great for our daughters to sleep in the same room. Location was great with less than 20 steps to be in the beach.! Definitely will be back here if we come back to Cayman Island
We enjoyed staying at this property for our visit to Grand Cayman. Many places are very expensive but this one fit the bill.
The property is well maintained and comfortable. The pool and beach were lovely and it was very quiet at night.
A car is pretty much a necessity in this location to access all the island's special attractions. A parking space was included.
The space was clean and comfortable with good AC and decent kitchen accessories. Kevin was flexible with check in and check out times which we appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at Caribbean Paradise, we enjoyed the beach, pool and the tennis court. Our family will be back again for another stay. We love the South Sound location which is close to restaurants and local shopping centers. Thank you for the great vacation home.
Lovely spacious unit on the ground floor of condo unit with quick access to beach and pool. Central location is ideal for accessing entire island.
What a beautiful place to stay! The walk to the beach was less than a minute and absolutely beautiful. The master bed was sooo comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again. Incredible hosts who took GREAT care of us
My wife, three kids, and in-laws and I stayed for 5 days and we all loved Kevin’s place! There was plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views, a nice patio, and the pool was great. It was far enough away from downtown to feel private, but still only a 10 minute drive from most things we wanted to do. Having the beach right in the backyard was amazing! We even snorkels out to the small shipwreck off the coast and were able to see a ton of ocean life. Very please with our stay for the price!
We loved our stay in South Sound. The pool was clean and beach was beautiful and quiet. Kevin was a great host, responding almost immediately when we reached out to him.
The location was fantastic, 10 minutes to George Town for tons of great restaurants and close to grocery store and airport.
The property itself was perfect for our group of 5. Many thoughtful touches such as laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee pods and shampoo were provided so we didn't have to run to the store right away.
Highly recommend if you are looking for beach front/pool access in a quiet residential area that is still close to restaurants and shopping.
The space is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. More than anything, the home had a calm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. It was a peaceful and restorative place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We can not wait to visit again!
This place was a great spot for our trip. We liked that everything was fairly close to here. The beach spot was rocky but great and convenient for a lazy afternoon around the house. Close to some great spots. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful location, close to the beach and pool. Lovely neighbours and neibourhood. The back porch faced the ocean and with the space to relax at dusk and dawn outside on patio furniture it made this such a great place!
Perfect spot—had all we needed for our small family! Steps from the sand, lovely complex, and a great pool the kids loved. Kevin was super responsive to our last-minute needs. We’ll definitely be back!
It is a super place beautiful pool great tennis court out front. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended.
