Spent nine days at Kevin’s apartment and it was total bliss! Spotlessly clean extremely comfortable and well maintained, so relaxing! Fabulous outdoor areas; relax on the sun beds and cool off in a great sized pool plus a lounging area with bbq and pool table, great for a get-together. Perfect location, Macabuca next door, together with local attractions and 7 mile a short drive away. Kevin is super responsive and helpful. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again - loved it!

This place was great!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. The location was in a quiet, peaceful area, and the property was very easy to find with a smooth check-in process. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay.

We especially appreciated the beach chairs that were provided, which made our beach days more enjoyable. Flexible late check-out was a huge bonus for us and allowed us to fully enjoy our last day on the island before our late flight home.

The hot tub just outside the patio was a great and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The apartment is also within walking distance to amazing snorkeling at Macabuca and excellent food at The Cracked Conch.

Highly recommend staying here, and we would happily return in the future!

This place was fantastic! walking distance to Cracked Conch Restaurant & Macabuca Tiki Bar and some really incredible shore diving for the divers out there. The place is well appointed, easy access to the swimming pool, and just a very laid-back place to stay. And I should also note that the internet access is screaming fast! Perfect for someone considering working remotely!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Kevin’s place—my family and I truly loved it. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even providing a helpful list of local attractions, restaurants, and emergency contacts. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be booking another staycation with Kevin in the future!

Kevin’s apartment exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The location was away from Georgetown, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Most restaurants and activities were within a 10-minute drive. The apartment was well-stocked with essentials like coffee and laundry pods. Kevin also provided beach chairs and an umbrella, allowing us to fully enjoy the Cayman Islands’ abundant public beaches. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the island.

Place was everything we wanted. Host was excellent. Would stay here again. Only small complaint is that the bedroom does not have a dresser to put clothes away. Felt like we lived out of a suitcase all week.

Great location, within walking distance of the turtle centre, dolphin discovery and Hell. The apartment is in good condition and has all the utensils/crockery you might need. It’s also very close to the pool, pool table and gym. The one gripe we had relates to the fact that there are no proper curtains in the living room, only a net curtain. This means that if you want to sleep 4 by using the sofa bed, those people will need eye masks, or be happy to be woken up at dawn.

We had a great stay! Kevin was super responsive, and everything was exactly as listed—the photos matched the property perfectly.

We had such a great stay in Grand Cayman — it honestly felt like the kind of trip you wish you could pause and enjoy a little longer. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable, and had that relaxed island vibe that helps you unwind right away.

Mornings with the ocean breeze were our favorite, and each day felt like a perfect mix of exploring and just slowing down. Coming back in the evenings felt cozy and peaceful, like a home away from home.

We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already talking about when we can return. If you’re looking for a stress-free getaway in a beautiful setting, this stay is absolutely worth it.

We loved our stay Kevin's Bnb. The host was great at communicating, instructions on entry were clear and we enjoyed his recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The condo was spotless, the complex felt safe and secure, the pool was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

With Cracked Conch Restaurant next door, and a couple of blocks from the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery, this location was perfect. The pool view was nice, and everything was clean and as described. Kevin was a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great, came with wife and 2 very young children, they loved the outdoor area. Place was clean had everything we needed to feel like home, cook our own meals. Kids found the hidden toy bucket and games that was a nice touch. Fosters grocery short drive away, some great restaurants around. Actual sandy beach a very short drive away or a short walk. Host was responsive and very helpful with all questions and asks. Ideal for people wanting something quieter than the resorts. Would also recommend having a car as it makes going anywhere super easy as taxis can take a while to get up there but cracked conch nextdoor is popular so usually taxis there during dining service. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's place. Nice, bright and clean ground floor condo. Kitchen had everything we needed, refrigerator with ice maker, comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. Fully stocked on essentials. Washer and dryer wete a big plus. Walk out to the pool and hot tub. Shared space with outdoor furniture and pool table. People would gather out there sometimes and it could be little loud,but it was mostly very quiet. Walking distance to Makabuka. 5 min to the grocery store, Tukka restaurant ,Cemetery beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay on island. Spacious and quiet. Great sunset views. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Cracked conch next door is very tasty.

Clean, quiet ground floor unit with easy access to the pool, hot tub and common area. Being a 1-bed and 1.5-bath was great. Conveniently located, we took a taxi from/to the airport, the bus for groceries and shuttle service from Divetech for our diving(you can also use (In Depth, they are located in the lot two spaces away). Great communications from the host with seamless check in/out. We will stay here again if it’s available on our next trip.

Place was absolutely beautiful! So clean and comfortable. Loved the pool area and took advantage of it as much as possible. Watched some beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the Cracked Conch restaurant next door. Highly recommend taking snorkel gear as you could snorkel in so many locations. Kevin was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back again!!

This was a wonderful stay!! Such a beautiful spot in west bay🥰. From the walkable distances to the homey feeling inside, I’d definitely recommend.

beautiful bright condo right by the pool. Tiki bar next door was fabulous. Dive tech scuba was 3 minutes away. Closest sandy beach is West Bay, 10 minute drive. Rental car definitely recommended. Lots of beach and pool towels as well as beach chairs and umbrella. Unit was super clean and comfortable. Kevin was always responsive and recommended excellent local spots for food and drinks. We will definitely stay again.

If you stay at Kevin’s, I highly recommend using public transit to get around. Also, make sure you chat up Cameron at The Macabuca, which is right next door.

Loved staying here. It felt like home. Very clean and accommodated our 11 month old baby. Even had a basket full of toys for him which was a lovely touch. Recommend staying here for sure!

From the moment we walked in, the place was sparkling clean. It felt instantly comfortable and fresh. The amenities were top-notch; fast WiFi (crucial!), a super cozy bed that made it hard to wake up, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed.

If you're looking for a spotless, perfectly equipped home away from home with service that feels like five stars, book this place. Host was amazing and we can't wait to come back!

Our stay was fantastic, we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

The one concept spacing for the kitchen and the living room flowed seamlessly to the outdoor back patio.

Kevin was very accommodating even with our last minute. We really appreciate is effort.
