I know where I am staying next time I come to the Cayman Islands. Kevin was a great host!

Amazing stay, amazing host, very easy and accessible place to stay. The place was very clean and cozy.

The apartment itself was excellent—spotless, comfortable, well-designed, and in a beautiful complex with a great view. No complaints about the space or cleanliness.

Good to know: you’ll definitely want a rental car. The 5 PM check-in is quite late, and the 10/11 AM checkout is less generous than it sounds because guests are required to wash and dry all towels before leaving, which can take hours.

Unfortunately, check-in day was extremely frustrating. Our entry code didn’t work, and responses were slow, with repeated instructions to simply try it again. After about 40 minutes, they eventually unlocked the door remotely. We later confirmed the code still didn’t work, sent a video, and asked them to fix it while we were at dinner. It still wasn’t fixed when we returned, and they refused to provide a phone number. After another 40 mins of being outside in the heat, the code was finally reset—without any apology. Great property, but poor communication and a frustrating check-in experience

After all my travels from a few different islands. This place was finally perfect. Skip the hotel, rent a cheap car and stay at this place you will not be disappointed. Everything was well thought out for guests from all the amenities and facilities. By far best Airbnb I’ve stayed…

Our stay was amazing! Everything is so accessible and even has some attractions and restaurants that are within walking distance. Kevin was very responsive and flexible with checkin and check out! Waking up to the views were breathtaking. It’s a very safe and quiet area. They also have guards on site as well at night which made us feel super safe. The community is very clean and well kept also. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about Kevins condo!!! He even made it possible for us to check in early, which came as a very pleasant surprise to us. The air was very cold and the space was comfortable and as described. We had a perfect time.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The ocean view is a real highlight. The balcony offers lovely morning shade — perfect for a cup of tea — and beautiful sunset views in the evening. What truly made this stay special was the location next door to Macabuca, a fantastic tiki bar and restaurant with direct water access via easy entry stairs. We fell into a perfect daily rhythm: snorkel, surface for a cold drink and coconut shrimp while watching other divers, then slip back into the sea. Pure island bliss. The on-site dive operation (In-Depth) was a gem — we wished we'd booked all our dives through them. The night dive with Raphael was absolutely worth it. No beach within walking distance, but a short drive gets you there. The pool was nice with plenty of seating in and out of the shade. A perfect base for a laid-back, ocean-focused trip — we would definitely come back.

Beautiful space with an amazing view

Myself and my 9 year old daughter enjoyed our stay at Kevin's condo. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub (it is hot) were very much enjoyed There are bathrooms and showers at the pool area. Unlike a lot of pools, this one has a very shallow area and 6 ft deep end. The was ample parking outside the building. There is both elevator and stairs access. Macabau restaurant next door was great for a few lunches/dinners. Their desserts are delicious. The snorkelling from the stairs is also very good. We saw many fish, an octopus and a stingray. It was easy access for my daughter. Be aware of currents. We rented a car which allowed us to travel the entire island at our leisure (East End Parrot Sanctuary, Rum Point, Turtles at Spotts Beach, Smith's Cove, Goveners Beach, Cemetery Beach, West Bay Beach). Foster's grocery store is great and close by.I wish we had stayed for longer🌞

Kevin was very responsive, we really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful views, very clean. We’re back home feeling relaxed and also sad 😂

Very nice single bedroom with excellent views of the ocean - albeit from second row of condos. Grounds and Common pool area were immaculate and well maintained. Condo was very clean, modern and well appointed. Location is very convenient to local restaurant, tiki bar and outstanding dive center. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Perfect condo for spring break vacation. Kevin was a fantastic host! The Condo was clean, bright, ocean view. Walking distance to a great snorkel spot our favorite restaurant- The Cracked Conch! The Turtle farm was just down the street. Our daughter is a turtle fanatic. Appreciated the clean bathrooms by the pool and hot tub. Cemetary beach just a 10 min drive where we spent most of our days. Thanks for sharing your nice Condo with us.

Lovely place!

Kevin’s condo is in a great place on the island and is impeccable! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The area is quiet and peaceful but there are also great restaurants in walking distance with a lively vibe. The space is beautifully kept. It has an excellent view and well kept pool/hot tub that at times; felt like it was just ours since there is not many people consistently there. Thank you again Kevin for your great hosting and prompt responses!

Struttura nuova in bel complesso residenziale. Zona tranquilla non distante dalle spiagge principali dell’isola. Buona la comunicazione con l’host. La casa è come da immagini del sito, consiglio vivamente Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 2 adulti e 2 bambini, la struttura si addice di più a 2 adulti. Il check in alle 17 è limitante, sarebbe meglio impostarlo alle 15

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Close to Turtle centre that we could walk to. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the Caymans. Kevin responded quickly with any questions we had. Great host!!

This place was an absolute gem: steps from the beach, walkable to great restaurants, and incredibly peaceful and restorative, making it the perfect escape for my husband and me. The home was impeccably sized for two, cozy yet elevated, and Kevin was a phenomenal host, even accommodating a seamless two-day extension. We left feeling recharged, relaxed, and already planning our return.

Great location on West Bay at a brand new condo complex. Good ocean view balcony with great sunsets. Condo very well appointed with the exception of a blender! Like to make my own frozen drinks but this is an easy fix for them to make. Used the small but nice gym and pool has a hot tub. Definitely want to rent a car as West bay location is away from majority of restaurants. Nice to have Macabuca/Cracked Conch next door as it’s a great bar and both casual and fine dining options. Condo provided beach chairs which is a huge plus! Only other issue was water pressure but we worked around it. We would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect location if you do not ever feel the need to leave the ladder next to Macabucca, Macabucca itself and Cracked Conch (all next-door). We had groceries delivered from Fosters and made great use of the kitchen too. Immaculately clean and it has incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows. The pool was nice and often empty. The gym was well-equipped with kettle-bells and dumbbells up to 50lb, elliptical, bike, treadmill, rower, dip-bar and pull-up bar. The gym was very clean as well. The neighborhood is super-quiet and a nice change of pace from 7-mile. Kevin was responsive and accommodating all our request and questions. Thank you!!

Very great place to stay !

Wonderful location. Fantastic food right next door. Sunset views. Perfect porch for a morning coffee. Great kitchen/living space. Comfy bed. All around top notch spot to be on the island. Will definitely be returning to stay again.

Kevin’s place is truly fantastic! It’s set in a quiet part of the island which despite a restaurant next door, it was pleasant and peaceful. Ideally you will need a car to get to the property and Kevin provided great details in order to have a parking spot on site with no issues. If you want to be within walking 1 minute walking distance to the Tortuga Rum distillery or the Turtle Sanctuary, then this is the perfect place! A great view of the sea which made sitting on the balcony a must everyday. Everything Kevin mentioned was exactly how we found it and it made our experience in the Cayman Islands very memorable!

Kevin was always reaching out, was really reasonable with timing. The place was exactly how it looked online and had everything we needed and more.

Great stay

We stayed at Kevin’s place for almost a month and we were heartbroken when it was time to leave. I don’t think we’ve stayed somewhere before that has so much natural light and coupled with the view of the ocean it’s just enchanting. There is an extra large balcony that gives you a wonderful outside space to eat and take in the vista which is never the same, continually changing but always so beautiful to look at . Oh and we caught ISS on several nights orbiting the earth over west bay ! The apartment was perfect for us, we stayed for more than 3 weeks , did washing , cooking and everything worked fine , save for a couple of issues with consumables that Kevin responded to immediately and the batteries/filters were replaced in no time. The outside pool space and gym were excellent, we used them frequently and were often the only souls around. Sunset point is extremely well appointed, is super quiet, relaxing and peaceful - can completely recommend the apartment and its host .

Had such an enjoyable experience! The apartment is beautiful and has a nice view of the ocean. It’s very close to many great restaurants and beaches, especially if you have a car. I felt right at home, and would love to stay again!

really convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, spacious and private. We loved being able to walk over to Macabuca to have cocktails, food and to snorkel. The pool space was lovely, we had it to ourselves while we were there. If you are thinking about booking this space and want a quiet and relaxing vacation, don’t second guess it! I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings, looking out onto the water. You can walk over to Macabuca or stay on the balcony for a beautiful sunset.

Very clean, new and quiet Nothing

It was a lovely apartment, spacious, clean, great views, comfortable bed, great kitchen. Had some nibbles/snacks as a welcome gift which was lovely and the communication with the owner was great. There was no key, just a code so that was great. It was lovely to sit on the deck to watch the sun set each night. A lovely pool area too. Could have just stayed in the complex and not done any sightseeing. It would have been a good relaxing holiday with everything we needed. The restaurant next door was a bonus as it was great too. I would say there was nothing that could have been improved. It didn't have a beach right in front but we loved it any way and beaches were close enough to visit if we wanted that.

We loved our 5 night stay. The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. So very clean and comfortable! Nice and quiet, too. The pool area was very nice. We especially loved the location. The drive into the 7 Mile Beach area was easy for groceries and restaurants. Having the Macabuca Restaurant right next door was an added bonus. The food was delicious and we loved the easy access from there for really good snorkeling. We will definitely recommend Kevin’s place to friends planning a Cayman getaway.

Ecxellent place to stay and relax!

My husband and I stayed at Kevin's condo for just about two weeks. The property was extremely well maintained, clean and gorgeous views. The two things I'd like to suggest would be to provide a small dresser with drawers for clothing storage, as it was disappointing for such an amazing place to not provide storage for folded clothes, it was unfortunate we had to live out of our suitcases for that part. My only other suggestion would be please have someone clean the pool or provide a skimmer for guests to get bugs out. The condo had updated, beautiful appliances, I loved the fridge that dispensed ice and water! The oven even had to technology to display the current temperature as it climbed to your desired temp. The washer/dryer was great. The bathroom lighting & fans were fantastic. All cleaning supplies are left for you. Kevin was great to communicate with. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is well beyond Airbnb standards.. Looking forward to the next stay!

We had the perfect stay at Kevin’s. The flat was very comfortable with great views - the pool and free gated parking was a plus!

Who needs a hotel, this is better! Brand new, private, quiet, and super clean. We loved the quiet residential vibe away from the tourist crowds. The pool area was great and often times we had it to ourselves. If you’re a diver, there is diving right behind the complex and a dive shop next door (however a short walk or car ride to prime sandy beaches). The condo had everything we needed and the host was great!

Absolutely beautiful! This place was pristine, so peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. I honestly can't say enough about how perfect everything was. The bed was so comfortable, the AC was spot on, and the views—oh my gosh—the views were incredible. There are just too many great things to list. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I already can’t wait to book it again!

Best Stay Hands Down!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. As someone who is a bit of a cleanliness fanatic (okay, maybe more than a bit!), I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I was with the level of cleanliness here. This place was spotless! Every corner, every surface — meticulously clean. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire stay, which is honestly a rare feeling for me. Huge kudos to the cleaning staff — they clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows!

But what really made the stay exceptional was Kevin’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel like a valued guest. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was offering local recommendations or just checking in to see if I needed anything, his personalized touch made the entire experience feel special. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Kevin truly made this stay unforgettable.

The stay in the apartment was great. The apartment was bright with a wonderful view of the sea and the pool area. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was very clean. Kevin was a very attentive host, helpful and easy to contact. There is a great restaurant within walking distance and lots of other things to explore. We felt very comfortable, thank you Kevin.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! The condo is brand new, with all new furnishings. My husband and I stayed here for a week and did not want to leave! The bed is super comfortable with nice linens and towels. The entire condo is spotless. The patio has beautiful furnishings with a view of the ocean. The common area has a beautiful pool and veranda. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided. Kitchen has everything you would need. Right next door to the condo is the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Tiki Bar....both are very good! This was our 5th visit to Grand Cayman and one of our favorite stays. We will be back for sure! Thank you Kevin!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations and all of the extra touches made all the difference. From the decor, to snacks for when we first arrive, to beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. The pool and amenities were top notch. Honestly, the pictures didn't do it justice - easily one of our most pleasant stays at an Air B&B. Thanks again Kevin for making our families stay enjoyable.
