Peaceful Studio | Steps to Beach & Snorkeling

We had a perfect stay! It was everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clean, well decorated, with many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. AC worked awesome, and shower had good water pressure/hot water. Great location near the beach and lots of resturants nearby. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Kevin’s place was extremely nice and the location is the highlight for our vacation. A 5 to 10 minute to all the nice restaurants, beaches, tours and prime locations. Check in and check out was very clear and he was very communicative with us when we had questions. I will be staying here again if there is a next time or book with his other rentals.

Amazing spot for anyone looking to rest their head. Good shower comfy bed and solid kitchen. Gorgeous beach just across the street and Pickleball courts right next-door. Kevin was extremely attentive and responsive, and we cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. Thank you!

This place was exactly what we as a couple needed. Worth every penny. Very close to the 7 mile beach and in the middle between Governors and Cemetary beaches. We came the first week of June and found incredible beach FREE OF PEOPLE. The cluseness to the beach (just across the street) was delightful as we could walk 1 min home for lunch and quick nap during the hotest time of the day just to return for more water and sand or before setting out for excursions. Uber is 5-10 away and a Public bus stop is 30 meters away. Parking for a rental is in front on the front door. The studio was very clean, well stacked with kitchen necessities, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs... We cook and the well-stacked kitchen was apreciated. The host even provided coffee and snacks. COMFORYABLE BED. Kevin was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. We appreciated all instructions, laminated maps and suggestions. Good size smart TV with Netflix and other Apps. This place is a paradise for couples.

Really great place to stay! Very well located - with walking distance to the beach. The apartment was spotless with plenty of clean towels, beach towels, linen and also has a washer and dryer which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We loved our stay! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and apartment is exactly as pictured and described and close to all of the restaurants and other resorts. This was our first visit to grand cayman and would definitely return and definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Amazing location close to everything. Less than 5 minute drive to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. And a quick walk across the street to a phenomenal beach. The apartment itself was very modern, clean, and secure. I loved the keyless entry as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a mixed experience. It’s a beautiful island with so much to do - if you have a vehicle to get around. We really enjoyed the area. The host was very responsive and communication was excellent.

However, the AC wasn’t working, the humidity was high, and there was a strong ammonia-like smell in the unit. The shower also had a sewer-like odor. Maintenance visits did not fully resolve the issues, and they entered the unit without notice—make sure you’re notified before maintenance comes. Additionally, the photos make the unit look more modern than it actually is; it’s more outdated than expected.

The host manages multiple properties, so double-check reviews to ensure you’re reading feedback for the specific unit you’re booking.

Looked exactly like the photos, felt at home, l loved the outdoor space too. Easy keypad, l did walk to supermarket a few times but l preferred to use the public bus. Beach near by was perfect, lots of trees to sit under. I would recommend & l will stay again.

Kevin's property offers excellent value with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable memory foam mattress, and convenient location just two minute walk across the street from pristine, uncrowded shores—a refreshing contrast to busy Seven Mile Beach although you can walk there in about 30 minutes if you wish. The patio is perfect for relaxing, and amenities not shown also include washer/dryer and microwave. Nearby grocery stores make self-catering easy. While restaurants aren't walkable, the privacy and beach access make this our preferred accommodation style. Highly recommended!

Check-in was simple. Great communication, i.e., the umbrella was broken and he replaced it quickly. The complex was small and quiet, located about a 3 minute walk across the street to the pristine 7 mile beach. It’s about 3/4 mile to the nearest restaurant or grocery store, but that was also enough buffer from the crowds at the resorts. The bed was a bit firm for us, but that might be a personal preference. Overall, great host, convenient location, and it made for a very positive experience.

Loved being steps away from 7 Mike Beach! The ocean was warmer than the pool I was able to use, a gift!

This place was just as it was described & photographed in the listing. A short walk to the beach & public transportation. Very quiet, safe & relaxing place to stay. Clean & well stocked with kitchen & bathroom items as well as things for the beach - chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear. There's great snorkeling just off 7 mile beach. Kevin is an attentive host and responds quickly. Hope to stay here again!

The property is ideally situated on a quiet residential street in the West Bay area, offering both tranquility and convenience. A major benefit for our trip was the close proximity and easy access to Foster’s market. The surrounding neighbors maintain a consistently peaceful atmosphere.

The room was exactly as anticipated—a cozy, comfortable space that was well-equipped with all the necessary provisions for a relaxing and self-sufficient week-long visit.

While the initial moments of our stay were not seamless, the host’s intervention was truly exemplary. The level of care provided was outstanding; the host went above and beyond to ensure our safety, comfort, and immediate resolution of any concerns. Kevin's place was great! Centrally located on 7 Mile Beach with quick access to anything in West Bay. Place was clean and had plenty of the amenities. We dropped the ball on checking out on time and he seemed understanding. Would definitely stay again if we came back.

Great value for an amazing and convenient location. The place did smell like cigarettes, however, and the multiple plug in air fresheners made my head hurt. Also, the check in was not available until 5PM, which was a bit inconvenient.

Kevin and the accommodation were great! The location was very quiet and peaceful, just a short walk from the beach. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely return in the near future. I highly recommend him!

Had a great stay! The place was exactly how described. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to all inquiries. There are food options including a Foster’s grocery store a short drive from the location. The public beach access is a short walk from the condo. The beach was beautiful and was never crowded.

Great Place! Really clean, and well furnished. Some snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels provided. I’d estimate 250 meter walk to the beach, where you do need to cross a major road (no cross walk). But the lower price reflects this relative to the beachside resorts. Early checkin was not very smooth, as we had to wait until 5 to get in with our code, despite requesting early check-in well in advance. For longer stays, you will need extra supplies like trash bags and paper towels. Overall, pleased with the stay, great value.

Kevin’s apartment is conveniently located across the street from the beach. The available sun umbrella and beach chairs are welcomed. We really liked that area of the seven miles beach. The apartment has everything you need (well equipped kitchen) to spend an extended stay. There are a few good restaurants in the area (requires car/transportation)

Kevin was a great host, always got back to us quickly and was very accommodating of our arrival time. The place was in a great location with everything we needed only a couple minute drive away. The apartment was very cozy and well maintained, and I highly recommend it for any couple wanting to stay in the area.

Kevin was a wonderful host, very quick to respond and very helpful. He allowed us to check in early which was very helpful for us to make it to our first excursion without all our luggage. There were extra little touches like snacks and some drinks provided on arrival, a welcome booklet with maps and suggestions for restaurants and things to do around the island, and laundry detergent for us to use. Unfortunately one of the beach chairs were broken but we didn’t mind just using the provided beach towels instead. The apt itself was clean, comfortable, felt very safe and in a quiet area. There is a dishwasher on the listing, but this apt did not have one, we didn’t mind doing our dishes though as we did not have too many. Overall, would absolutely stay here again, Kevin made the stay very enjoyable.

Loved our stay here! Very private and clean. We loved enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning. Super quick walk across the street to the public beach. This was our sixth time in GC, but first time here - we would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our 5 night stay! Kevin was super helpful from the moment we booked through check out. He gave us helpful information and recommendations as well. Loved the convenience of the beach chairs and towels, we used them every day as we explored the island, visiting two beaches a day most days. Loved the location! Sweet stay in West Bay! Great location, literally steps from the beach! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed. Kevin was very responsive and helped immediately to resolve our wifi issue.

Kevin was a wonderful host!! He communicated quickly and proactively! The previous guests must have taken the hairdryer as it was nowhere to be found, but Kevin sent over a replacement right away! The location was quiet, peaceful, and just steps from the beach as advertised. He kindly allowed us to have an add'l hour before checkout on the last day which was very much appreciated! This space was exactly as pictured, perfect for a couple or 2 people who dont mind sharing a bed! It was clean and even had a welcome gift with some goodies in it. If you dont mind not having a pool and dont want to be in a large condo complex or hotel this is a great option. The beach is just a short walk across the street and down a path.

Overall very solid spot for 3-4 days. Really good location on West Bay Road' it's about a mile north of the Kimpton Hotel. Bathroom and shower are nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning.

Keep in mind that the wifi really doesn't work at all. I couldn't really load a webpage and I do not believe the TV had any channels working. We didn't really care because we were there to get away from the internet and work, etc. If you do have to work from home for a prolonged period of time, just go down the street to the Kimpton Hotel. Wifi is really fast and they don't require login information to obtain access.

Finally - for food options - use Google Maps and not Apple Maps. Many restaurants only enlist with Google Maps down there.

Check-in was easy and was in a good location. Walkable to 7 mile beach even though we drove a minute down the road and entered the Cemetery Beach location during our stay. Equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay.
